前記ロールのロール表面の算術平均粗さRaは、前記塗膜材料が含む粒子の粒径についての積算分布率が10%となる粒径d10の0.05倍より大きく、
前記塗膜材料が含む粒子の粒径についての積算分布率が90%となる粒径d90の20倍より小さく、
前記ロール表面粗さ曲線要素の平均長さRSmが、前記塗膜材料が含む粒子の粒径についての積算分布率が90%となる粒径前記d90の15倍より小さいことを特徴とする、塗膜物の製造装置である。
第2の本発明は、ロールを利用して塗膜材料を圧延していき、前記塗膜材料を走行させられる被塗布物に転写し、塗膜物を製造する塗膜物の製造装置であって、
前記ロールのロール表面の算術平均粗さRaは、前記塗膜材料が含む粒子の粒径についての積算分布率が10%となる粒径d10の0.05倍より大きく、
前記塗膜材料が含む粒子の粒径についての積算分布率が90%となる粒径d90の20倍より小さく、
前記ロール表面のロール周方向についての算術平均粗さRaは、前記ロール表面のロール軸方向についての算術平均粗さRaより小さいことを特徴とする、塗膜物の製造装置である。
第3の本発明は、前記ロール表面の任意の一点における算術平均粗さRaは、前記任意の一点よりもロール軸方向についてより外側にある前記ロール表面の他の任意の一点における算術平均粗さRaより小さいことを特徴とする、第1または第2の本発明の塗膜物の製造装置である。
第4の本発明は、走行方向と直交する方向についての前記被塗布物の幅に応じた所定範囲の内の、前記ロール表面の任意の一点における算術平均粗さRaは、前記所定範囲の外の、前記ロール表面の他の任意の一点における算術平均粗さRaより小さいことを特徴とする、第1または第2の本発明の塗膜物の製造装置である。
第5の本発明は、前記ロールは複数設けられており、
複数の前記ロールの内の隣接するロールに関して、ロール回転向きは互いに異なることを特徴とする、第1または第2の本発明の塗膜物の製造装置である。
第6の本発明は、前記ロールは複数設けられており、
複数の前記ロールの内の隣接するロールに関して、ロール周速度は互いに異なることを特徴とする、第1から第5の何れかの本発明の塗膜物の製造装置である。
第7の本発明は、前記塗膜材料の体積水分率は、20体積%以上65体積%以下であることを特徴とする、第1から第4の何れかの本発明の塗膜物の製造装置である。
第8の本発明は、前記ロール表面は粗面化されており、粗面化される前の前記ロール表面の水接触角は90度以上であることを特徴とする、第1から第4の何れかの本発明の塗膜物の製造装置である。
はじめに、図1を参照しながら、本実施の形態の塗膜物23の製造装置の構成および動作について説明する。

第一ロール11および第二ロール12のロール表面については、硬質クロムメッキ処理を施さずに、ブラスト処理により粗面化を行ったのみで、DLC膜で被覆することもしなかった。
粗面化は、第一ロール11および第二ロール12の被塗布物走行位置であるロール中央部の粗さについては、Raが0.01μmであり、RSmが8μmであるように行った。
粗面化は、第一ロール11および第二ロール12の被塗布物走行位置であるロール中央部の粗さについては、Raが10μmであり、RSmが150μmであるように行った。

- ロールを利用して塗膜材料を圧延していき、前記塗膜材料を走行させられる被塗布物に転写し、塗膜物を製造する塗膜物の製造装置であって、
前記ロールのロール表面の算術平均粗さRaは、前記塗膜材料が含む粒子の粒径についての積算分布率が10%となる粒径d10の0.05倍より大きく、
前記塗膜材料が含む粒子の粒径についての積算分布率が90%となる粒径d90の20倍より小さく、
前記ロール表面粗さ曲線要素の平均長さRSmが、前記塗膜材料が含む粒子の粒径についての積算分布率が90%となる粒径前記d90の15倍より小さいことを特徴とする、塗膜物の製造装置。 - ロールを利用して塗膜材料を圧延していき、前記塗膜材料を走行させられる被塗布物に転写し、塗膜物を製造する塗膜物の製造装置であって、
