Description
Claims (15)
- 1つ又は複数のLEDを駆動するドライバであって、1つの第1のバイアス電圧と1つの第2のバイアス電圧との差電圧を供給される少なくとも1つの駆動ユニットを有し、前記差電圧は前記1つ又は複数のLEDの順方向電圧の最大の予想されるばらつきに基づいて、当該最大の予想されるばらつき以上の値に選択される、
当該ドライバ。 - 駆動出力電圧を供給する電圧コンバータを有し、前記駆動出力電圧の時間特性は、前記差電圧の関数として実質的に方形波形である、請求項1記載のドライバ。
- 前記電圧コンバータが、スイッチドキャパシタコンバータにより形成された、請求項2記載のドライバ。
- 前記電圧コンバータが、ディクソンラダートポロジに基づく、請求項3記載のドライバ。
- 前記スイッチドキャパシタコンバータが、中間電圧を供給する複数の内部ノードを有し、当該ドライバは、前記駆動出力電圧を前記内部ノードのいずれか1つに選択的に接続するマルチプレクサを更に有する、請求項3又は4記載のドライバ。
- 入力電圧により供給され、2つの前記バイアス電圧を供給する電圧供給部を有する、請求項1ないし5のいずれか1項に記載のドライバ。
- 前記電圧供給部が、前記LEDの動作の経過時間及び温度よりなる群の中の少なくとも1つのばらつきの関数として前記2つのバイアス電圧の値を変化させる、請求項6記載のドライバ。
- 前記電圧供給部が、決定されたオフセット値を各バイアス電圧の値に加えることにより各バイアス電圧の値を変化させ、前記オフセット値は、LEDの動作の経過時間及び温度よりなる群の中の少なくとも1つの推定されるばらつきに依存する、請求項7記載のドライバ。
- 前記電圧供給部が降圧コンバータを有し、前記2つのバイアス電圧の低い方が前記降圧コンバータにより供給される、請求項6記載のドライバ。
- 前記降圧コンバータが、ディクソンラダートポロジに基づく、請求項9記載のドライバ。
- 少なくとも1つのLEDと、請求項1ないし10のいずれか一項に記載のドライバとを有する、LEDパッケージ。
- パワーシステムオンチップ(PSoC)又はパワーシステムインパッケージ(PSiP)として集積化された、請求項11記載のLEDパッケージ。
- 実質的に同じ電圧−電流特性を有する複数のLEDを有し、各LEDは、請求項1ないし10のいずれか一項に記載のドライバによって構成される駆動ユニットによって駆動される、光モジュール。
- 入力電圧により供給され、2つの前記バイアス電圧を複数の駆動ユニットに供給する電圧供給部を更に有する、請求項13記載の光モジュール。
- 少なくとも1つの負荷を動作させる方法であって、1つの第1のバイアス電圧と1つの第2のバイアス電圧との差電圧を供給される少なくとも1つの駆動ユニットを与えるステップを有し、前記差電圧は、前記少なくとも1つの負荷の順方向電圧の最大の予想されるばらつきに基づいて、当該最大の予想されるばらつき以上の値に選択される、
