Description
Claims (4)
- 単段式または多段式の蓄冷式冷凍機であって、
冷却ステージを備えるシリンダと、
前記冷却ステージと同一段の蓄冷器を備え、前記シリンダの中を軸方向に移動可能に配設されているディスプレーサと、
前記ディスプレーサと前記冷却ステージとの間のガス膨張空間と前記蓄冷器の低温端とを連通する低温側ガス流路と、を備え、
前記シリンダは、前記冷却ステージから高温側へと前記軸方向に延びるシリンダ側壁を備え、前記ディスプレーサは、前記シリンダ側壁に対向して前記軸方向に延びるディスプレーサ側壁を備え、
前記低温側ガス流路は、前記ディスプレーサ側壁の外周面と前記シリンダ側壁の内周面とにより画定されているガス流通隙間と、前記ガス流通隙間と前記蓄冷器の低温端とを連通するディスプレーサガス通路と、を備え、前記ガス流通隙間は、前記軸方向において低温側で前記ガス膨張空間に連続しており、
前記ディスプレーサガス通路は、前記ガス流通隙間に通じる隙間側開口を前記ディスプレーサ側壁の外周面に有し、前記隙間側開口の軸方向位置は、前記蓄冷器の低温端の軸方向位置に比べて高温側にあることを特徴とする蓄冷式冷凍機。 - 前記ガス流通隙間は、前記ディスプレーサガス通路より狭いことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の蓄冷式冷凍機。
- 前記ディスプレーサガス通路は、前記蓄冷器の低温端に通じる蓄冷器側開口を有し、
前記ディスプレーサは、前記隙間側開口を有する本体部と、前記蓄冷器側開口を有する蓋部と、を備え、前記本体部は本体ネジ部を備え、前記蓋部は前記本体ネジ部に螺合されている蓋ネジ部を備えることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の蓄冷式冷凍機。 - 前記多段式の蓄冷式冷凍機は、高温段である第一段と低温段である第二段とを備える二段式の蓄冷式冷凍機であり、前記ディスプレーサガス通路は、前記第二段に設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれかに記載の蓄冷式冷凍機。
