この例は、各フィルムをCVD(化学気相成長)により被着させ、TCOがフッ素をドープした酸化スズ(SnO2:F)であった実施形態を説明する。
・多層構造体の各フィルムの幾何学的厚さ(nm)。
・TEで表される、標準規格EN 410:1998の意味においての多層構造体被覆基材のエネルギー透過率(あるいは直接太陽エネルギー透過率)。
・CIE(1931)参照オブザーバーを使用しD65光源下で計算した、多層構造体側からの反射光における色座標a*、b*。
・TEで表される、グレージングのエネルギー透過率(あるいは直接太陽エネルギー透過率)。
・gで表される、グレージングのG値。
これらの2つの量は、標準規格EN 410:1998により計算した。
この例は、各フィルムをマグネトロンスパッタリングにより被着させ、TCOがITO(スズとインジウムの混合酸化物)であった実施形態を説明する。

Claims (21)
- 使用時の配置においてグレージングユニットの面1を構成することを意図する、面のうちの1つに、薄いフィルムの多層構造体を備えたガラス基材(1)を含むグレージングユニットであって、その多層構造体は、当該基材(1)の方から、透明導電性酸化物のフィルム(2)、屈折率が1.40〜1.55の範囲であり光学的厚さYを有する中間フィルム(3)、及び光学的厚さXが最大で50nmの光触媒フィルム(4)を含み、ナノメートルで表した当該光学的厚さXとYが、
110・e-0.025X≦Y≦135・e-0.018X
であるようなものである、グレージングユニット。 - 使用時の配置においてグレージングユニットの面1を構成することを意図する、面のうちの1つに、薄いフィルムの多層構造体を備えたガラス基材(1)を含むグレージングユニットであって、その多層構造体は、当該基材(1)の方から、透明導電性酸化物のフィルム(2)、屈折率が1.40〜1.55の範囲であり光学的厚さYを有する中間フィルム(3)、及び光学的厚さXが最大で50nmの光触媒フィルム(4)を含み、ナノメートルで表した当該光学的厚さXとYが、

- 前記保護フィルム(5)が窒化ケイ素のフィルムである、請求項2又は3記載のグレージングユニット。
- 前記保護フィルムの厚さが最大で5nmである、請求項2〜4の1つに記載のグレージングユニット。
- 複合グレージングユニット、特に二重又は三重グレージングユニットである、請求項1〜5の1つに記載のグレージングユニット。
- 透明導電性酸化物のフィルム(2)がフッ素をドープした酸化スズのフィルム又はインジウムとスズの混合酸化物のフィルムである、請求項1〜6の1つに記載のグレージングユニット。
- 透明導電性酸化物のフィルム(2)の屈折率が1.7〜2.5の範囲にある、請求項1〜7の1つに記載のグレージングユニット。
- 透明導電性酸化物のフィルム(2)の放射率が0.4以下、とりわけ0.3以下である、請求項1〜8の1つに記載のグレージングユニット。
- 中間フィルム(3)がシリカを基礎材料としている、請求項1〜9の1つに記載のグレージングユニット。
- 光触媒フィルム(4)が酸化チタンを基礎材料としている、請求項1〜10の1つに記載のグレージングユニット。
- 光触媒フィルム(4)が、屈折率が2.0〜2.5の範囲にある酸化チタンのフィルムである、請求項1〜11に記載のグレージングユニット。
- 光学的厚さXが最大で40nm、とりわけ30nmである、請求項1〜12の1つに記載のグレージングユニット。
- 基材(1)と透明導電性酸化物のフィルム(2)との間に、中和用フィルム又は複数フィルムの中和用多層構造体(6)が配置されている、請求項1〜13の1つに記載のグレージングユニット。
- 透明導電性酸化物のフィルム(2)がインジウムとスズの混合酸化物のフィルムであり、そして基材(1)と中和用フィルム又は多層構造体(6)との間に接着性フィルム(7)が配置されている、請求項1〜14に記載のグレージングユニット。
- 面1に配置された多層構造体が、次の多層構造体、すなわち、
・ガラス/SiOC/SnO2:F/SiO2/TiO2
・ガラス/SiSnOx/SnO2:F/SiO2/TiO2
から選ばれている、請求項1記載のグレージングユニット。 - 面1に配置された多層構造体が、次の多層構造体、すなわち、
・ガラス/SiO 2 /SiO x N y /ITO/Si 3 N 4 /SiO 2 /TiO 2
・ガラス/SiO 2 /Si 3 N 4 /SiO 2 /ITO/Si 3 N 4 /SiO 2 /TiO 2
・ガラス/Si 3 N 4 /SiO 2 /ITO/Si 3 N 4 /SiO 2 /TiO 2
から選ばれている、請求項2記載のグレージングユニット。 - 面2〜5から選ばれる少なくとも1つのほかの面、特に面2と5が、低E特性を有する多層構造体で被覆された三重グレージングユニットである、請求項1〜17の1つに記載のグレージングユニット。
- 前記保護フィルム(5)が前記透明導電性酸化物のフィルム(2)と直接接触し、かつ前記中間フィルム(3)が前記光触媒フィルム(4)と直接接触している、請求項2又は3記載のグレージングユニット。
- 前記フィルムをスパッタリングにより被着させ、次いで前記TCOフィルムと前記光触媒フィルムの結晶化の増進を目的とする熱処理にかけ、その熱処理が火炎、プラズマトーチ又はレーザーを使って行う急速徐冷処理である、請求項1〜19の1つに記載のグレージングユニットを得るための方法。
- グレージングユニットの表面に凝縮水が現れるのを減らすことへの、請求項1〜19の1つに記載のグレージングユニットの利用。
