Description
前記熱封緘層が、酸変性ポリオレフィン系樹脂30〜90重量%、ワックス1〜50重量%、および粘着付与剤1〜40重量%を必須成分として含む樹脂組成物からなり、
前記ワックスおよび粘着付与剤の融点がいずれも80℃以上であることを特徴とする内容物付着防止蓋材。
基材フィルム(2)として厚さ12μmのポリエチレンテレフタレートフィルムを用い、その片面に厚さ30μmのアルミニウム箔(3)をポリウレタン系ドライラミネート接着剤により貼合わせ、基材層(1)とした。

付着防止層の材料として、下記の疎水性無機微粒子と熱可塑性樹脂微粒子を用意した。
SP(I) :疎水性乾式シリカ 一次粒子平均粒径 7nm
SP(II) :疎水性湿式シリカ 平均粒径 2700nm
SP(III):疎水性湿式シリカ 平均粒径 3900nm
MP(I):エチレン−酢酸ビニル共重合体(酢酸ビニル20%、エチレン80%、 平均粒径 100nm)
MP(II):酢酸ビニル−塩化ビニル共重合体(酢酸ビニル20%、塩化ビニル
80%、平均粒径 100nm)
上記各疎水性無機微粒子(SP)、または疎水性無機微粒子(SP)と熱可塑性微粒子(MP)の両方をエタノール中に均一分散させてコート液を作製した。疎水性無機微粒子の配合量、または、熱可塑性微粒子と疎水性無機微粒子の配合割合を表1に示す。
上記により得た表1に示す各種蓋材の試料1〜20のうち、試料1〜6、9〜11は、熱封緘層における酸変性ポリオレフィン、ワックス、粘着付与剤を変えて、その影響を調べたものである。試料10は粘着付与剤を変えてその影響を調べたものである。試料7、8、12〜16は、熱封緘層の各成分の配合割合を変えてその影響を調べたものである。試料17、18は、付着防止層を疎水性無機微粒子と熱可塑性微粒子との混合物からなるものとし、かつ塗布量を0.8g/m2に変えてその影響を調べたものである。試料19、20は、疎水性無機微粒子の粒径を変えてその影響を調べたものである。
(1)付着防止性能
各試料No.1〜20の蓋材の裏面、即ち付着防止層の外面上に、アロエヨーグルト(森永乳業株式会社製 商標「森永アロエヨーグルト」)を約0.5ccの液滴として滴下し、試料をゆっくりと傾けたときに上記液滴が「転がりはじめたときの傾斜角度」を測定して、次の基準で判定評価した。

各試料No.1〜20の各蓋材について、第1の耐熱試験は「温度100℃×時間30秒」の加熱条件で、第2の耐熱試験は「温度100℃×時間10分」の加熱条件で、第3の耐熱試験は「温度100℃×時間30分」の加熱条件で、それぞれ各試料を加熱雰囲気中に保管後、常温まで冷却した各試料について前記(1)と同様の付着防止性能評価試験を行った。
(3)−1 封緘強度
試料No.1〜21の蓋材を、150℃×90kgf×1.0secのシール条件で容器本体(紙/ポリエチレン製容器)のフランジ面上にヒートシールした。
次に、「開封強度」は、仰角45°、100mm/分の速度で蓋材を引っ張り、開封時の最大荷重を開封強度(N)とした。そして最適な開封強度の範囲を8〜15Nとし、この範囲内のものを合格(◎印)、範囲外のものを不合格(×印)として評価した。
試料No.1〜21の蓋材を15mm幅に切り出し、150℃×0.2MPa×1.0secのシール条件で容器本体(紙/ポリエチレン製容器)から切り出した15mm幅の短冊にヒートシールした。次いで、この蓋材を180°の方向に100mm/分の速度で引っ張り、剥離時の最大荷重をヒートシール強度とした。
○・・・強度低下又は増加10%〜20%未満
×・・・強度低下又は増加20%以上
試料No.1〜21の各蓋材の付着防止層の面に、黒い布を巻き付けた重り(500g)を垂直に載せ、ゆっくりと長さ200mm擦り、布の表面に付着した微粒子の有無を目視で検査した。
○・・・許容範囲と認められる僅かな付着あり
×・・・明らかに多くの付着あり

Claims (6)
- 少なくとも基材層と熱封緘層とを有し、該熱封緘層の外面に疎水性無機微粒子を主成分として含む内容物付着防止層が設けられた蓋材において、
前記熱封緘層が、酸変性ポリオレフィン系樹脂30〜90重量%、ワックス1〜50重量%、および粘着付与剤1〜40重量%を必須成分として含む樹脂組成物からなり、
前記ワックスおよび粘着付与剤の融点がいずれも80℃以上であることを特徴とする内容物付着防止蓋材。 - 前記ワックスおよび粘着付与剤の融点がいずれも90℃以上であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の内容物付着防止蓋材。
- 前記酸変性ポリオレフィン系樹脂に含有される不飽和カルボン酸又はその無水物の量が、0.001〜3重量%であることを特徴とする請求項1または2記載の内容物付着防止蓋材。
- 前記疎水性無機微粒子が疎水性シリカである請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の内容物付着防止蓋材。
- 前記疎水性無機微粒子は、平均粒径1nm〜5,000nmである請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の内容物付着防止蓋材。
- 前記付着防止層が、疎水性無機微粒子と、熱可塑性樹脂微粒子との混合組成物からなる請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の内容物付着防止蓋材。
