Description
図1は本発明の実施の形態1に係る熱交換器の要部の説明図、図2は図1の伝熱管の説明図、図3は図1の板状フィンの要部の説明図である。なお、説明を容易にするため図面の一部を誇張して示してある。
図において、1は冷媒流路3が設けられた扁平管2からなる伝熱管、10は所定の間隔で積層され、伝熱管1が取付けられてその間を空気が流れる板状フィンである。
伝熱管1は、アルミニウム合金素材を、例えば、引き抜き加工あるいは押し出し加工により長尺に製造され、長軸方向の前縁部の外面にはんだ層4を設けたのち、適用する熱交換器の大きさに対応した寸法に切断される。
本実施の形態は、圧縮機、凝縮器、膨張弁及び蒸発器を冷媒配管によって順次接続した冷凍サイクルを有する空気調和機において、凝縮器及び蒸発器の両者又はいずれか一方に、実施の形態1に係る熱交換器を用いたものである。
本実施の形態によれば、省スペースで信頼性の高い空気調和機を得ることができる。
Claims (3)
- アルミニウム合金からなり、親水性皮膜処理が施されて所定の間隔で積層され、その間を空気が流れる複数の板状フィンと、アルミニウム合金からなる扁平管の断面の長軸方向に、該扁平管の長手方向に沿った複数の冷媒流路が設けられた扁平な伝熱管とを有し、
前記伝熱管を前記板状フィンに設けた溝に嵌入し、該伝熱管の前縁部外面の前記板状フィンと接触しない部分に設けたはんだ層を溶融させて該はんだを前記伝熱管と前記板状フィンとの間のすき間に充填することにより該伝熱管を前記板状フィンに固定し、
前記はんだは、Sn−Cu系、Sn−Bi系、Sn−Zn系のいずれかの組成のものである
ことを特徴とする熱交換器。 - アルミニウム合金からなり、冷媒流路が設けられた扁平で長尺の伝熱管の前縁部外面の前記板状フィンと接触しない部分に、Sn−Cu系、Sn−Bi系、Sn−Zn系のいずれかの組成のはんだ層を形成し、所定の長さに切断する第一工程と、
該第一工程後に行われる、アルミニウム合金からなり、前記伝熱管が嵌入し固定される溝を有する板状フィンの外面に親水性皮膜処理を施す第二工程と、
該第二工程後に行われる、複数の前記板状フィンを所定の間隔で整列させる第三工程と、
該第三工程後に行われる、前記板状フィンの溝に前記伝熱管を嵌入して加熱し、前記はんだを溶融させて前記伝熱管と板状フィンとの間に流入させる第四工程と、
該第四工程後に行われる、冷却された前記はんだにより前記伝熱管を前記板状フィンに固定する第五工程とを有することを特徴とする熱交換器の製造方法。 - 請求項1の熱交換器又は請求項2によって製造された熱交換器を備えたことを特徴とする空気調和機。
