Claims (13)
- 2以上の層を共注型して形成される微孔質多層膜であって、前記多層膜は、
第1ポリマー組成物を含む第1層と、
第2ポリマー組成物を含む少なくとも1つの第2層と
を有し、前記多層膜が連続し、層間に緻密な界面層を有せず、且つ、支持体を含まないように且つ起こり得るスキニング影響を解消できるように、前記第1層と第2層とが協働的に結合しており、
平均孔径が0.01〜10ミクロン(μm)の範囲にあり、
隣接する層が相互に不可分で一体的であり、中空構造(マクロ孔)を有しない
ことを特徴とする、多層膜。 - 一体型であり且つ全層が非対称性である請求項1に記載の多層膜。
- 隣接する層間に孔径が漸進的に変化する界面領域を有する請求項1に記載の多層膜。
- 第1および第2層を有し、第1層が10ミクロン(μm)から140ミクロン(μm)の間の厚さを有する請求項1に記載の多層膜。
- 層の一方の主表面から他方の主表面に至る孔径勾配(孔径の非対称性)が2:1〜100:1である請求項1に記載の多層膜。
- 平均孔径が0.01〜2ミクロン(μm)の範囲にある請求項1に記載の多層膜。
- 第1および第2ポリマー組成物がポリマーと溶媒を含み、第2ポリマー組成物の溶媒が第1ポリマー組成物の溶媒と相異する請求項1に記載の多層膜。
- 第2ポリマー組成物が、第1ポリマー組成物の粘度と相異する粘度を有する請求項1に記載の多層膜。
- 第2ポリマー組成物が、第1ポリマー組成物に存しない非溶媒添加剤を含む請求項1に記載の多層膜。
- 第1および第2ポリマー組成物がポリマーを含み、第2ポリマー組成物のポリマーが、第1ポリマー組成物のポリマーとは相異する熱履歴を有する請求項1に記載の多層膜。
- 第1および第2ポリマー組成物がポリマーを含み、第2ポリマー組成物のポリマーが、第1ポリマー組成物のポリマーとは相異するポリマー・グレードを有する請求項1に記載の多層膜。
- 第1ポリマー組成物が第1孔径を有し、第2ポリマー組成物が第2孔径を有する請求項1に記載の多層膜。
- 第1ポリマー組成物が第1ポリマーを含み、第2ポリマー組成物が第2ポリマーを含み、第1および第2ポリマーが同一である請求項1に記載の多層膜。
