Claims (3)
- 内視鏡の処置具導入部から処置具挿通チャンネルを通り、処置具導出口から導出可能な長さを有する可撓性コードの先端に、後端側がこの可撓性コードに連結した操作ハンドル部の操作によって動作可能な処置機能部が設けられ、この処置機能部は回転方向に方向性を有する内視鏡用処置具において、
前記可撓性コードは、前記処置機能部を前記処置具導出口から導出させた状態で、前記処置具導入部より基端側の位置となる長さを有するものであり、
前記可撓性コードの前記処置具導入部から外部に導出された位置の外周部に回転操作部材を固定して設け、この回転操作部材を回転させて、前記可撓性コードを回転させることにより前記処置機能部の方向調整を可能にするものであり、
前記回転操作部材は、それぞれ前記可撓性コードを挿通させる挿通孔が設けられており、相互に近接・離間させる方向に相対移動可能な外装側部材と内装側部材とから構成される筒状本体を有し、
前記内装側部材にはテーパ形状となった複数のクランプ部片が設けられ、前記外装側部材には、前記各クランプ部片を相互に近接するように押圧するようにして挿入されるテーパ孔を形成する
構成としたことを特徴とする内視鏡用処置具。 - 前記外装側部材には、凹凸を形成した把持操作部を有する構成としたことを特徴とする請求項1記載の内視鏡用処置具。
- 前記処置機能部は一対の爪部材からなる鉗子部であり、前記可撓性コードは、可撓性スリーブの内部に操作ワイヤを挿通させたものであることを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2記載の内視鏡用処置具。
