Abstract
【解決手段】内視鏡40の処置具挿通チャンネル45に挿入される鉗子1の可撓性コード3には、処置具導入部44の直近位置に回転操作部材50が設けられており、回転操作部材は外装側部材51とそれに嵌合される内装側部材52とからなり、可撓性コード3の先端に設けた鉗子本体2を処置具導出口46から導出させた状態で、外装側部材51の外周面に形成した突条57により回転操作することによって、可撓性コード3を処置具挿通チャンネル45の内部で軸回りに回転させて、その先端に設けた鉗子本体2の開閉可能な鉗子片10,10を所望の方向に向けるように回転させる。

Claims (5)
- 内視鏡の処置具導入部から処置具挿通チャンネルを通り、処置具導出口から導出可能な長さを有する可撓性コードの先端に、後端側がこの可撓性コードに連結した操作ハンドル部の操作によって動作可能な処置機能部が設けられ、この処置機能部は回転方向に方向性を有する内視鏡用処置具において、
前記可撓性コードは、前記処置機能部を前記処置具導出口から導出させた状態で、前記処置具導入部より基端側の位置となる長さを有するものであり、
前記可撓性コードの前記処置具導入部から外部に導出された位置の外周部に回転操作部材を固定して設け、この回転操作部材を回転させて、前記可撓性コードを回転させることにより前記処置機能部の方向調整を可能にする
構成としたことを特徴とする内視鏡用処置具。 - 前記回転操作部材は前記可撓性コードの外周面より大径の本体筒部に凹凸を形成した把持操作部を有する構成としたことを特徴とする請求項1記載の内視鏡用処置具。
- 前記本体筒部は前記可撓性コードの長さ方向に位置調整可能に固定される構成としたことを特徴とする請求項2記載の内視鏡用処置具。
- 前記回転操作部材には、さらに前記可撓性コードに係脱可能な相対回転防止機構を備える構成としたことを特徴とする請求項3記載の内視鏡用処置具。
- 前記処置機能部は一対の爪部材からなる鉗子部であり、前記可撓性コードは、可撓性スリーブの内部に操作ワイヤを挿通させたものであることを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項4のいずれかに記載の内視鏡用処置具。
