Description
セリウム化合物を含む液体媒体を形成するステップ;
この媒体を少なくとも100℃の温度に加熱するステップ;
前ステップ終了時に得られた沈殿物を液体媒体から分離し、別の希土類の化合物をこれに加え、別の液体媒体を形成するステップ;
こうして得た媒体を少なくとも100℃の温度に加熱するステップ;
前加熱ステップ終了時に得られた反応媒体を塩基性pHにするステップ;および
前ステップに由来する沈殿物を分離し焼成するステップを含むことを特徴とする。
この実施例は、酸化セリウムおよび酸化ランタンを主成分とし、酸化物の重量比がそれぞれ90/10である組成物の調製に関する。
この実施例は、酸化セリウムおよび酸化プラセオジムを主成分とし、酸化物の重量比がそれぞれ90/10である組成物の調製に関する。
この実施例は、酸化セリウム、酸化ランタンおよび酸化プラセオジムを主成分とし、酸化物の重量比がそれぞれ90/5/5である組成物の調製に関する。
この実施例は、酸化セリウムおよび酸化ランタンを主成分とし、酸化物の重量比がそれぞれ80/20である組成物の調製に関する。
この実施例は、酸化セリウムおよび酸化ランタンを主成分とし、酸化物の重量比がそれぞれ90/10である組成物の共沈法による調製に関する。
この実施例は、酸化セリウムおよび酸化プラセオジムを主成分とし、酸化物の重量比がそれぞれ90/10である組成物の共沈法による調製に関する。
この実施例は、酸化セリウム、酸化ランタンおよび酸化プラセオジムを主成分とし、酸化物の重量比がそれぞれ90/5/5である組成物の共沈法による調製に関する。
Claims (14)
- 酸化セリウム、および別の希土類の少なくとも1種類の酸化物から主としてなり、
当該希土類の酸化物の含有率は、組成物全体の重量に対して最大25重量%であり、
1000℃で5時間の焼成後に少なくとも20m2/gの比表面積を有することを特徴とする組成物。 - 1000℃で5時間の焼成後少なくとも22m2/gの比表面積を有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 1100℃で5時間の焼成後少なくとも10m2/gの比表面積を有することを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の組成物。
- 1100℃で5時間の焼成後に少なくとも14m2/gの比表面積を有することを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の組成物。
- 900℃で5時間の焼成後に少なくとも30m2/gの比表面積を有することを特徴とする、請求項1から4の一項に記載の組成物。
- 別の希土類が、イットリウム、ネオジム、ランタン、プラセオジムまたはこれらの最後2種類の元素の組み合わせであることを特徴とする、請求項1から5の一項に記載の組成物。
- 1000℃で5時間の焼成後、最大200nmを有する細孔によって得られる細孔容積が少なくとも0.15cm3/gである多孔度を有する
ことを特徴とする、請求項1から6の一項に記載の組成物。 - 1000℃で5時間の焼成後、最大200nmを有する細孔によって得られる細孔容積が少なくとも0.2cm 3 /gである多孔度を有することを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の組成物。
- 1000℃で5時間の焼成後、最大50nmを有する細孔によって得られる細孔容積が少なくとも0.10cm3/gである多孔度を有することを特徴とする、請求項1から8の一項に記載の組成物。
- 1000℃で5時間の焼成後、最大50nmを有する細孔によって得られる細孔容積が少なくとも0.15cm 3 /gである多孔度を有することを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の組成物。
- 請求項1から10の一項に記載の組成物の調製方法であって、
セリウム化合物を含む液体媒体を形成するステップ;
媒体を少なくとも100℃の温度に加熱するステップ;
前ステップ終了時に得られた沈殿物を液体媒体から分離し、および別の希土類の化合物をこれに加え、別の液体媒体を形成するステップ;
こうして得た媒体を少なくとも100℃の温度に加熱するステップ;
前加熱ステップ終了時に得られた反応媒体を塩基性pHにするステップ;および
前ステップに由来する沈殿物を分離し、および焼成するステップ
を含むことを特徴とする方法。 - セリウムおよび別の希土類の化合物として、硝酸塩、硫酸塩、酢酸塩、塩化物または硝酸第二セリウムアンモニウムから選択される化合物が使用されることを特徴とする、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 請求項1から10の一項に記載の組成物を含むことを特徴とする、排気ガスの処理のための触媒系。
- 触媒として、請求項13に記載の触媒系または請求項1から10の一項に記載の組成物を使用することを特徴とする、内燃機関の排気ガスの処理方法。
