Description
前記変速機構を収納する変速機ケースは、本体ケースと該本体ケースの端部の開口を閉塞するエンドカバーとを有し、前記多板ブレーキの摩擦板は該エンドカバーに保持され、かつ前記ピストンシリンダ部材は該エンドカバーに取り付けられていると共に、
前記バルブボディは前記ピストンシリンダ部材の外周側に隣接して配置されて連結部を介して該ピストンシリンダ部材に連結され、かつ、
該連結部を経由して前記バルブボディから前記油圧室へ油圧を供給する油路が設けられていることを特徴とする。
前記油路は、バルブボディ側の油圧出口とピストンシリンダ部材側の油圧入口とが、前記連結部において自動変速機のほぼ径方向に対向するように設けられていることを特徴とする。
前記バルブボディは変速機ケースに固定されるように構成され、
該バルブボディを変速機ケースに取り付けることにより、該バルブボディと前記ピストンシリンダ部材とが、前記連結部において前記油路を連通させて連結されることを特徴とする。
前記連結部における前記バルブボディの油圧出口または前記ピストンシリンダ部材の油圧入口の一方の周囲にシール部材が配設され、
前記バルブボディを変速機ケースに取り付けることにより、前記連結部において前記油路が前記シール部材により液密に連通されることを特徴とする。

Claims (4)
- 複数の摩擦板と、該複数の摩擦板を押圧するピストンと、該ピストンが摺動するシリンダが設けられたピストンシリンダ部材と、該ピストンとシリンダとの間に形成されて油圧が供給されることにより該ピストンを摩擦板側に付勢する油圧室とを有し、変速機構の所定の回転要素を制動する多板ブレーキと、前記多板ブレーキの油圧室に油圧を供給するバルブボディとを備える自動変速機であって、
前記変速機構を収納する変速機ケースは、本体ケースと該本体ケースの端部の開口を閉塞するエンドカバーとを有し、前記多板ブレーキの摩擦板は該エンドカバーに保持され、かつ前記ピストンシリンダ部材は該エンドカバーに取り付けられていると共に、
前記バルブボディは前記ピストンシリンダ部材の外周側に隣接して配置されて連結部を介して該ピストンシリンダ部材に連結され、かつ、
該連結部を経由して前記バルブボディから前記油圧室へ油圧を供給する油路が設けられていることを特徴とする自動変速機。 - 請求項1に記載の自動変速機において、
前記油路は、バルブボディ側の油圧出口とピストンシリンダ部材側の油圧入口とが、前記連結部において自動変速機のほぼ径方向に対向するように設けられていることを特徴とする自動変速機。 - 請求項1または2に記載の自動変速機において、
前記バルブボディは変速機ケースに固定されるように構成され、
該バルブボディを変速機ケースに取り付けることにより、該バルブボディと前記ピストンシリンダ部材とが、前記連結部において前記油路を連通させて連結されることを特徴とする自動変速機。 - 請求項3に記載の自動変速機において、
前記連結部における前記バルブボディの油圧出口または前記ピストンシリンダ部材の油圧入口の一方の周囲にシール部材が配設され、
前記バルブボディを変速機ケースに取り付けることにより、前記連結部において前記油路が前記シール部材により液密に連通されることを特徴とする自動変速機。
