Claims (3)
- 複数の系列によって形成されるパケット信号を送信する無線装置であって、
パケット信号を形成する複数の系列のうちのひとつに配置された既知信号を基準として、他の系列に配置された既知信号に、既知信号内での循環的なタイミングシフトを行うことにより、最終的に送信されるパケット信号を複数生成する生成部と、
前記生成部において生成した複数のパケット信号を送信する通信部とを備え、
前記生成部は、複数のパケット信号の各々を一意に特定するための識別番号を各パケット信号に付加するとともに、複数のパケット信号のそれぞれに対するタイミングシフト量を異なるように設定し、
前記通信部は、複数のパケット信号のそれぞれを伝送レートの問い合わせ信号として送信し、各問い合わせ信号に対して同一の識別番号が付加された応答信号を受信するとともに、応答信号に含まれた伝送レートが最も高くなるタイミングシフト量を決定することを特徴とする無線装置。 - パケット信号に直交行列を乗算してそのパケット信号を形成する系列の数を拡張する拡張部をさらに含み、
前記生成部は、系列数が拡張されたパケット信号を形成する複数の系列に対して、前記タイミングシフトを行うことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の無線装置。 - 複数の系列によって形成されるパケット信号を送信する送信装置と、
前記送信装置から送信されたパケット信号を受信する受信装置とを備え、
前記送信装置は、
パケット信号を形成する複数の系列のうちのひとつに配置された既知信号を基準として、他の系列に配置された既知信号に、既知信号内での循環的なタイミングシフトを行うことにより、最終的に送信されるパケット信号を複数生成する生成部と、
前記生成部において生成した複数のパケット信号を送信する通信部とを備え、
前記生成部は、複数のパケット信号の各々を一意に特定するための識別番号を各パケット信号に付加するとともに、複数のパケット信号のそれぞれに対するタイミングシフト量を異なるように設定し、
前記通信部は、複数のパケット信号のそれぞれを伝送レートの問い合わせ信号として前記受信装置に送信し、各問い合わせ信号に対して同一の識別番号が付加された応答信号を受信するとともに、応答信号に含まれた伝送レートが最も高くなるタイミングシフト量を決定し、
前記受信装置は、
前記識別番号が付加された前記問い合わせ信号としてのパケット信号を複数受信する受信部と、
受信した複数のパケット信号のそれぞれに対する伝送レートを決定する決定部と、
決定された各伝送レートに関する情報と前記問い合わせ信号に付加された前記識別番号とを含むパケット信号を生成する生成部と、
前記生成部において生成したパケット信号を前記問い合わせ信号に対する応答信号として前記送信装置に返信する送信部と、
を備えることを特徴とする通信システム。
