Description
ことを特徴とする外科処置システム。
本参考発明の好ましい一参考態様では、外科処置システムは、前記無誘導抵抗部は前記外科処置装置に設けられている、ことを特徴とする。
以下、本発明の他の特徴的な技術事項を下記の通り付記する。

(付記項1)
操作者に保持操作される外科処置装置であって、
超音波振動を発生する振動発生部と、
前記振動発生部で発生された超音波振動を基端部から先端部へと軸方向に伝達する振動伝達部であって、前記振動伝達部の先端部に形成され、超音波処置のために超音波振動すると共に、高周波処置のための第1の電極として機能する処置部を有する、振動伝達部と、
前記処置部に対して開閉され、前記処置部に対して閉じられて前記処置部との間に生体組織を把持する把持部材であって、
前記処置部に対して前記把持部材が閉じられた場合に前記処置部に接触され、前記処置部の超音波振動によって磨耗される受部、
前記受部に対して絶縁され、前記処置部が前記受部に接触された場合に前記処置部から離間して配置され、高周波処置のための第2の電極として機能する電極部、及び、
前記電極部に対して絶縁され、前記受部が所定の量以上磨耗された後には、前記処置部に対して前記把持部材が閉じられた場合に、前記電極部よりも前に前記処置部に接触されて、前記電極部と前記処置部とが互いに接触するのを規制する規制部、
を有する、把持部材と、
を具備することを特徴とする外科処置装置。
Claims (5)
- 操作者に保持操作される外科処置装置であって、
超音波振動を発生する振動発生部と、
前記振動発生部で発生された超音波振動を基端部から先端部へと軸方向に伝達する振動伝達部と、
前記振動伝達部の先端部に形成され、超音波処置において超音波振動すると共に、高周波処置において第1の電極として機能する処置部と、
前記処置部に対して開閉可能に設けられ、前記処置部に対して閉じられることにより生体組織を把持可能な把持部材と、
前記把持部材に設けられ、高周波処置においての第2の電極として機能する電極部と、
前記把持部材に設けられ、前記処置部に対して前記把持部材が閉じられることにより、前記電極部と前記処置部との間に所定の隙間が形成される状態で前記処置部と当接する受け部と、
前記把持部材の閉方向側に位置する閉方向端が前記受け部よりも前記閉方向に対して突出しない状態で前記把持部材に設けられ、前記受け部よりも硬性な材料で形成される規制部と、
前記受け部が前記処置部に接触する場合を除き前記規制部が前記処置部に接触する位置まで閉じる状態に、前記把持部材を操作可能なハンドルユニットと、
を具備することを特徴とする外科処置装置。 - 前記処置部は、前記振動伝達部の軸方向に直交し、かつ、前記把持部材の前記処置部に対する開閉方向に直交する幅方向について、前記処置部の両側部に形成されている一対の電極面を有し、
前記電極部は、前記処置部に対して前記把持部材が閉じられた場合に、前記一対の電極面の中の対応する前記電極面にそれぞれが対面して配置され、前記幅方向について外側に向かうにつれて前記対応する電極面から距離が大きくなる状態にそれぞれが形成される一対の電極受面を有する、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の外科処置装置。 - 前記規制部は、前記処置部に接触された場合に前記振動伝達部にクラックを発生可能な強度を備える、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の外科処置装置。 - 前記処置部は、前記処置部が超音波振動されている場合に応力が集中される応力集中領域を有し、
前記規制部は、前記応力集中領域に接触される、
ことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の外科処置装置。 - 請求項3に記載の外科処置装置と、
前記外科処置装置への出力を行う出力装置と、
前記外科処置装置と前記出力装置とを互いに電気的に接続している接続装置と、
を具備する外科処置システムであって、
前記出力装置は、
前記振動発生部に前記振動発生部を駆動するための駆動信号を出力する超音波出力部と、
前記処置部及び前記電極部に高周波処置用の高周波電流を出力する高周波出力部と、
前記処置部にクラックが発生したか否かを検知するクラック検知部と、
前記超音波出力部及び前記高周波出力部を制御し、前記クラック検知部によってクラックが発生されたことが検知された場合には、前記超音波出力部による前記振動発生部への駆動信号の出力を停止すると共に前記高周波出力部による前記処置部及び前記電極部への高周波電流の出力を停止する、制御部と、
を有する、
ことを特徴とする外科処置システム。
