Description
Claims (8)
- 燃料電池における液体燃料クロスオーバーを防ぐための金属でコーティングされた高分子電解質膜(101)であって、前記膜が、
一方向に連続している山(303)及び谷(305)を有する波状表面微小構造(300)と、
前記膜に埋め込まれた複数の補強ワイヤ(301)と、
前記表面微小構造上に配置された金属フィルム(307)と、
を含んで成り、前記補強ワイヤが、前記膜のヤング率よりも大きいヤング率を有し且つ前記波状表面構造の谷に平行に配置されており、前記金属フィルムがプロトン及び水素のみを透過させ得る、金属でコーティングされた高分子電解質膜。 - 前記高分子電解質膜が、ポリスルホン(PSU)、ポリイミド(PI)、ポリフェニレンオキシド(PPO)、ポリフェニレンスルホキシド(PPSO)、硫化ポリフェニレン(PPS)、ポリパラフェニレン(PPP)、ポリフェニルキノキサリン(PPQ)、ポリアリールケトン(PK)、ポリエーテルケトン(PEK)、ポリエーテルエーテルケトン(PEEK)、ポリエーテルケトンケトン(PEKK)、ポリエーテルエーテルケトンケトン(PEEKK)、ポリエーテルケトンエーテルケトンケトン(PEKEKK)、ポリベンズアゾール(PBZ)、ポリベンズイミダゾール(PBI)、及びポリアラミド高分子から成る群から選択される高分子のスルホン化誘導体である、請求項1に記載の金属でコーティングされた高分子電解質膜。
- 前記高分子電解質膜が、ポリマーブレンドである、請求項1に記載の金属でコーティングされた高分子電解質膜。
- 前記高分子電解質膜が、複数の高分子電解質膜層からなる複合膜であり、前記複数の高分子電解質膜層が、混合高分子膜、非混合高分子膜、又はこれらの組み合わせを含む、請求項1に記載の金属でコーティングされた高分子電解質膜。
- 前記補強ワイヤが、前記膜のヤング率よりも少なくとも5倍大きいヤング率を有する、請求項1に記載の金属でコーティングされた高分子電解質膜。
- 前記金属フィルムが、パラジウム(Pd)、ネオジム(Nd)、バナジウム(V)、鉄(Fe)、タンタル(Ta)、及びそれらの合金から成る群から選択される金属又は合金を含む、請求項1に記載の金属でコーティングされた高分子電解質膜。
- 前記金属フィルムが、複数の金属層からなる複合フィルムである、請求項1に記載の金属でコーティングされた高分子電解質膜。
- 前記金属フィルムが、前記波状表面微小構造の谷の深さよりも小さい厚さを有する、請求項1に記載の金属でコーティングされた高分子電解質膜。
