Abstract
【解決手段】低SOC制御要求は出力されているが触媒暖機要求は出力されていないときには、制御モードとして低SOC制御モードを設定してバッテリの蓄電量(SOC)の管理中心SOC*を通常時の値S1より小さな値S2として制御し、触媒暖機要求が出力されているときには、低SOC制御要求に拘わらずに制御モードとして触媒暖機モードを設定してエンジンを点火遅角した状態でアイドル回転数Nidlで自立運転(無負荷運転)するよう制御する。即ち、バッテリの温度も触媒温度も低いときには低SOC制御より触媒暖機を優先することにより、エミッションの悪化を抑制する。

Description
排気を浄化する排気浄化用触媒を有する排気浄化装置が排気系に取り付けられた内燃機関と、
前記内燃機関からの動力を用いて発電する発電機と、
走行用の動力を出力可能な電動機と、
前記発電機および前記電動機と電力のやり取りを行なう蓄電手段と、
走行に要求される要求駆動力を設定する要求駆動力設定手段と、
少なくとも前記蓄電手段の温度が第1温度未満のときに前記蓄電手段の蓄電量を管理するための管理用蓄電量範囲の中心蓄電量を前記蓄電手段の温度が前記第1温度以上のときより小さくして前記蓄電手段の蓄電量を管理する低蓄電量制御の要請を行なう低蓄電量制御要請手段と、
少なくとも前記排気浄化用触媒の温度が第2温度未満のときに前記排気浄化用触媒の暖機を促進する触媒暖機促進制御の要請を行なう触媒暖機促進制御要請手段と、
前記低蓄電量制御が要請されており且つ前記触媒暖機促進制御が要請されていないときには前記低蓄電量制御により前記蓄電手段の蓄電量が管理されると共に前記設定された要求駆動力に基づく駆動力によって走行するよう前記内燃機関と前記発電機と前記電動機とを制御し、前記低蓄電量制御が要請されておらず且つ前記触媒暖機促進制御が要請されているときには前記触媒暖機促進制御により前記排気浄化用触媒が暖機されると共に前記設定された要求駆動力に基づく駆動力によって走行するよう前記内燃機関と前記発電機と前記電動機とを制御し、前記低蓄電量制御が要請されており且つ前記触媒暖機促進制御が要請されているときには前記低蓄電量制御の要請に拘わらず前記触媒暖機促進制御により前記排気浄化用触媒が暖機されると共に前記設定された要求駆動力に基づく駆動力によって走行するよう前記内燃機関と前記発電機と前記電動機とを制御する制御手段と、
を備えることを要旨とする。
排気を浄化する排気浄化用触媒を有する排気浄化装置が排気系に取り付けられた内燃機関と、前記内燃機関からの動力を用いて発電する発電機と、走行用の動力を出力可能な電動機と、前記発電機および前記電動機と電力のやり取りを行なう蓄電手段と、を備える車両の制御方法であって、
(a)少なくとも前記蓄電手段の温度が第1温度未満のときに前記蓄電手段の蓄電量を管理するための管理用蓄電量範囲の中心蓄電量を前記蓄電手段の温度が前記第1温度以上のときより小さくして前記蓄電手段の蓄電量を管理する低蓄電量制御の要請を行なうと共に少なくとも前記排気浄化用触媒の温度が第2温度未満のときに前記排気浄化用触媒の暖機を促進する触媒暖機促進制御の要請を行ない、
(b)前記低蓄電量制御が要請されており且つ前記触媒暖機促進制御が要請されていないときには前記低蓄電量制御により前記蓄電手段の蓄電量が管理されると共に走行に要求される要求駆動力に基づく駆動力によって走行するよう前記内燃機関と前記発電機と前記電動機とを制御し、前記低蓄電量制御が要請されておらず且つ前記触媒暖機促進制御が要請されているときには前記触媒暖機促進制御により前記排気浄化用触媒が暖機されると共に前記要求駆動力に基づく駆動力によって走行するよう前記内燃機関と前記発電機と前記電動機とを制御し、前記低蓄電量制御が要請されており且つ前記触媒暖機促進制御が要請されているときには前記低蓄電量制御の要請に拘わらず前記触媒暖機促進制御により前記排気浄化用触媒が暖機されると共に前記設定された要求駆動力に基づく駆動力によって走行するよう前記内燃機関と前記発電機と前記電動機とを制御する、
ことを特徴とする。

Claims (5)
- 車両であって、
排気を浄化する排気浄化用触媒を有する排気浄化装置が排気系に取り付けられた内燃機関と、
前記内燃機関からの動力を用いて発電する発電機と、
走行用の動力を出力可能な電動機と、
前記発電機および前記電動機と電力のやり取りを行なう蓄電手段と、
走行に要求される要求駆動力を設定する要求駆動力設定手段と、
少なくとも前記蓄電手段の温度が第1温度未満のときに前記蓄電手段の蓄電量を管理するための管理用蓄電量範囲の中心蓄電量を前記蓄電手段の温度が前記第1温度以上のときより小さくして前記蓄電手段の蓄電量を管理する低蓄電量制御の要請を行なう低蓄電量制御要請手段と、
少なくとも前記排気浄化用触媒の温度が第2温度未満のときに前記排気浄化用触媒の暖機を促進する触媒暖機促進制御の要請を行なう触媒暖機促進制御要請手段と、
前記低蓄電量制御が要請されており且つ前記触媒暖機促進制御が要請されていないときには前記低蓄電量制御により前記蓄電手段の蓄電量が管理されると共に前記設定された要求駆動力に基づく駆動力によって走行するよう前記内燃機関と前記発電機と前記電動機とを制御し、前記低蓄電量制御が要請されておらず且つ前記触媒暖機促進制御が要請されているときには前記触媒暖機促進制御により前記排気浄化用触媒が暖機されると共に前記設定された要求駆動力に基づく駆動力によって走行するよう前記内燃機関と前記発電機と前記電動機とを制御し、前記低蓄電量制御が要請されており且つ前記触媒暖機促進制御が要請されているときには前記低蓄電量制御の要請に拘わらず前記触媒暖機促進制御により前記排気浄化用触媒が暖機されると共に前記設定された要求駆動力に基づく駆動力によって走行するよう前記内燃機関と前記発電機と前記電動機とを制御する制御手段と、
を備える車両。 - 前記触媒暖機促進制御は、前記内燃機関を無負荷運転で点火時期を負荷運転のときより遅くして行なう制御である請求項1記載の車両。
- 前記低蓄電量制御要請手段は、前記内燃機関の冷却水の温度が第3温度以上のときには前記蓄電手段の温度が前記第1温度未満であっても前記低蓄電量制御の要請は行なわない手段である請求項1または2記載の車両。
- 前記蓄電手段は、リチウムイオン電池である請求項1ないし3いずれか記載の車両。
- 排気を浄化する排気浄化用触媒を有する排気浄化装置が排気系に取り付けられた内燃機関と、前記内燃機関からの動力を用いて発電する発電機と、走行用の動力を出力可能な電動機と、前記発電機および前記電動機と電力のやり取りを行なう蓄電手段と、を備える車両の制御方法であって、
(a)少なくとも前記蓄電手段の温度が第1温度未満のときに前記蓄電手段の蓄電量を管理するための管理用蓄電量範囲の中心蓄電量を前記蓄電手段の温度が前記第1温度以上のときより小さくして前記蓄電手段の蓄電量を管理する低蓄電量制御の要請を行なうと共に少なくとも前記排気浄化用触媒の温度が第2温度未満のときに前記排気浄化用触媒の暖機を促進する触媒暖機促進制御の要請を行ない、
(b)前記低蓄電量制御が要請されており且つ前記触媒暖機促進制御が要請されていないときには前記低蓄電量制御により前記蓄電手段の蓄電量が管理されると共に走行に要求される要求駆動力に基づく駆動力によって走行するよう前記内燃機関と前記発電機と前記電動機とを制御し、前記低蓄電量制御が要請されておらず且つ前記触媒暖機促進制御が要請されているときには前記触媒暖機促進制御により前記排気浄化用触媒が暖機されると共に前記要求駆動力に基づく駆動力によって走行するよう前記内燃機関と前記発電機と前記電動機とを制御し、前記低蓄電量制御が要請されており且つ前記触媒暖機促進制御が要請されているときには前記低蓄電量制御の要請に拘わらず前記触媒暖機促進制御により前記排気浄化用触媒が暖機されると共に前記要求駆動力に基づく駆動力によって走行するよう前記内燃機関と前記発電機と前記電動機とを制御する、
ことを特徴とする車両の制御方法。
