図1は、この発明の実施の形態1によるハイブリッド車両の全体構成を示すブロック図である。図1を参照して、ハイブリッド車両1は、エンジン100と、モータジェネレータMG1,MG2と、動力分割装置4と、減速機5と、駆動輪6とを備える。また、ハイブリッド車両1は、蓄電装置10と、PCU(Power Control Unit)20と、制御装置200とをさらに備える。
図2は、図1に示したエンジン100の構成図である。図2を参照して、エンジン100には、エアクリーナ102から空気が吸入される。吸入空気量は、スロットルバルブ104により調整される。スロットルバルブ104は、スロットルモータ312により駆動される。
上記の実施の形態1では、VVL装置400は、吸気バルブ118の作動特性を3段階に切替可能としたが、この変形例1では、吸気バルブ118の作動特性が2段階に切替可能とされる。
図16は、実施の形態2におけるエンジンの構成図である。図16を参照して、このエンジン100Aは、図2に示したエンジン100の構成において、EGR(Exhaust Gas Recirculation)装置をさらに含む。
上記の実施の形態2についても、上記の変形例1と同様に、吸気バルブ118の作動特性を2段階に切替可能としてもよい。なお、吸気バルブ118の作動特性を2段階に切替可能なVVL装置400Aにおいて実現されるバルブ変位量とクランク角の関係は、図13で説明したとおりである。
Claims (7)
- 車両駆動力を発生する電動機と、
吸気バルブの作動特性を変更するための可変動弁装置を有する内燃機関と、
触媒を用いて前記内燃機関の排気を浄化する排気浄化装置と、
前記排気浄化装置の触媒の暖機を行なう触媒暖機制御を実行する制御装置とを備え、
前記触媒暖機制御は、
前記内燃機関を第1の運転ポイントで運転する第1の制御と、
前記第1の制御の実行後、走行に要求される駆動力に拘わらず、前記第1の運転ポイントよりも前記内燃機関の出力が大きい第2の運転ポイントで前記内燃機関を運転する第2の制御とを含み、
前記制御装置は、前記第1の制御の実行中は、前記第2の制御の実行中よりも前記内燃機関の点火時期を遅角側にして前記内燃機関を運転し、
前記可変動弁装置は、前記作動特性を、第1の特性と、前記作動特性が前記第1の特性であるときよりも前記吸気バルブのリフト量および前記吸気バルブの作用角が大きい第2の特性とに変更可能に構成され、
前記制御装置は、さらに、
前記第1の制御の実行中は、前記作動特性が前記第1の特性となるように前記可変動弁装置を制御し、
前記第2の制御の実行中に、前記作動特性を前記第2の特性に切替えるように前記可変動弁装置を制御し、
前記第2の制御の実行後、走行に要求される駆動力に基づいて前記内燃機関を運転するとともに、前記内燃機関の回転数とトルクとに基づいて前記可変動弁装置を制御し、
前記可変動弁装置は、前記第1の特性と、前記第2の特性と、前記作動特性が前記第1の特性であるときよりも前記リフト量および前記作用角が大きく、かつ、前記作動特性が前記第2の特性であるときよりも前記リフト量および前記作用角が小さい第3の特性とのうちのいずれかに選択的に切替可能に構成され、
前記制御装置は、
前記第2の制御の実行が開始されると、前記作動特性を前記第3の特性に切替えるように前記可変動弁装置を制御し、
前記第2の制御の実行中に、前記作動特性を前記第2の特性に切替えるように前記可変動弁装置を制御する、ハイブリッド車両。 - 前記内燃機関は、前記内燃機関の排気を吸気側に還流するための還流装置をさらに含み、
前記制御装置は、さらに、前記第2の制御の実行中に前記還流装置を作動させる、請求項1に記載のハイブリッド車両。 - 前記制御装置は、前記第2の制御の実行中に前記還流装置を作動させる場合に前記作動特性が前記第2の特性であるとき、前記リフト量および前記作用角が縮小するように前記可変動弁装置を制御する、請求項2に記載のハイブリッド車両。
- 車両駆動力を発生する電動機と、
吸気バルブの作動特性を変更するための可変動弁装置を有する内燃機関と、
触媒を用いて前記内燃機関の排気を浄化する排気浄化装置と、
前記排気浄化装置の触媒の暖機を行なう触媒暖機制御を実行する制御装置とを備え、
前記触媒暖機制御は、
前記内燃機関を第1の運転ポイントで運転する第1の制御と、
前記第1の制御の実行後、走行に要求される駆動力に拘わらず、前記第1の運転ポイントよりも前記内燃機関の出力が大きい第2の運転ポイントで前記内燃機関を運転する第2の制御とを含み、
前記制御装置は、前記第1の制御の実行中は、前記第2の制御の実行中よりも前記内燃機関の点火時期を遅角側にして前記内燃機関を運転し、
前記可変動弁装置は、前記作動特性を、第1の特性と、前記作動特性が前記第1の特性であるときよりも前記吸気バルブのリフト量および前記吸気バルブの作用角が大きい第2の特性とに変更可能に構成され、
前記制御装置は、さらに、
前記第1の制御の実行中は、前記作動特性が前記第1の特性となるように前記可変動弁装置を制御し、
前記第2の制御の実行中に、前記作動特性を前記第2の特性に切替えるように前記可変動弁装置を制御し、
前記第2の制御の実行後、走行に要求される駆動力に基づいて前記内燃機関を運転するとともに、前記内燃機関の回転数とトルクとに基づいて前記可変動弁装置を制御し、
前記内燃機関は、前記内燃機関の排気を吸気側に還流するための還流装置をさらに含み、
前記制御装置は、さらに、前記第2の制御の実行中に前記還流装置を作動させ、
前記制御装置は、前記第2の制御の実行中に前記還流装置を作動させる場合に前記作動特性が前記第2の特性であるとき、前記リフト量および前記作用角が縮小するように前記可変動弁装置を制御し、
前記可変動弁装置は、前記第1の特性と、前記第2の特性と、前記作動特性が前記第1の特性であるときよりも前記リフト量および前記作用角が大きく、かつ、前記作動特性が前記第2の特性であるときよりも前記リフト量および前記作用角が小さい第3の特性とのうちのいずれかに選択的に切替可能に構成され、
前記制御装置は、
前記第2の制御の実行が開始されると、前記作動特性を前記第3の特性に切替えるように前記可変動弁装置を制御し、
前記第2の制御の実行中に、前記作動特性を前記第2の特性に切替えるように前記可変動弁装置を制御し、
前記還流装置を作動させる場合に前記作動特性が前記第2の特性であるとき、前記作動特性を前記第3の特性に切替えるように前記可変動弁装置を制御するとともに前記還流装置を作動させる、ハイブリッド車両。 - 前記第1の制御は、前記触媒の排気上流側の暖機を行なうものであり、
前記第2の制御は、前記触媒全体の暖機を行なうものである、請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載のハイブリッド車両。 - 前記制御装置は、第1から第5の実行条件のいずれかが成立している場合に、前記作動特性を前記第2の特性に切替えるように前記可変動弁装置を制御し、
前記第1の実行条件は、前記第2の制御の実行開始後に成立し、
前記第2の実行条件は、前記第1の制御から前記第2の制御への切替に伴なう前記点火時期の復帰完了後に成立し、
前記第3の実行条件は、前記第1の運転ポイントから前記第2の運転ポイントへの変更完了後に成立し、
前記第4の実行条件は、前記排気浄化装置の温度が予め定められた温度まで上昇した後に成立し、
前記第5の実行条件は、前記内燃機関の燃焼状態が安定したものと判定された後に成立する、請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載のハイブリッド車両。 - 前記制御装置は、前記第1および第2の制御の実行中、走行に要求される駆動力を前記電動機が出力するように前記電動機を制御する、請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載のハイブリッド車両。
