Claims (15)
- 空気調和装置であって、
冷媒が循環する室外機と、
水が循環する室内機と、
前記室外機と前記室内機を連結し、前記冷媒と水との間で熱交換を行う熱交換器を備える熱交換装置と、
前記室外機と前記熱交換装置を連結し、高圧の気相冷媒が流動する第1室外機連結管と、
前記室外機と前記熱交換装置を連結し、低圧の気相冷媒が流動する第2室外機連結管と、
前記室外機と前記熱交換装置を連結し、液冷媒が流動する第3室外機連結管と、
前記第3室外機連結管と前記第2室外機連結管を連通するためのバイパス配管と、
前記バイパス配管に備えられるバイパスバルブと、を備える、空気調和装置。 - 前記熱交換装置は、前記熱交換器の入口温度又は出口温度を感知する温度センサーを更に備え、
前記温度センサーで感知された温度が基準温度以下になると、前記バイパスバルブは開放される、請求項1に記載の空気調和装置。 - 前記熱交換装置は、
前記第1室外機連結管に連結される第1配管と、
前記第1配管に備えられる第1バルブと、
前記第2室外機連結管に連結される第3配管と、
前記第3配管に備えられる第2バルブと、
前記第3室外機連結管に連結される冷媒配管と、
前記冷媒配管に備えられる膨張バルブと、を備える、請求項2に記載の空気調和装置。 - 前記温度センサーは、前記冷媒配管のうち前記膨張バルブと前記熱交換器の間に配置される、請求項3に記載の空気調和装置。
- 前記温度センサーは、前記熱交換器に配置され、前記膨張バルブと隣接するように位置される、請求項3に記載の空気調和装置。
- 前記温度センサーで感知された温度が基準温度より高い場合には、前記第1バルブ及び前記バイパスバルブは閉じられ、前記第2バルブ及び前記膨張バルブは開放される、請求項3に記載の空気調和装置。
- 前記温度センサーで感知された温度が基準温度以下になると、前記バイパスバルブは開放され、前記第2バルブ及び前記膨張バルブは閉じられる、請求項3に記載の空気調和装置。
- 前記室外機に備えられる室外熱交換器の除霜のための除霜運転、
前記室外機に備えられる圧縮機でオイルを回収するためのオイル回収運転、及び、
前記室外機で冷媒を回収するためのポンプダウン運転、のうちの一つ以上の運転中に、前記温度センサーで感知された温度が基準温度以下になると、前記バイパスバルブは開放される、請求項2に記載の空気調和装置。 - 前記室外機は、前記第3室外機連結管における冷媒の流動を調節する室外機バルブを更に備え、
前記除霜運転又は前記オイル回収運転時には、前記室外機バルブは開放され、
前記ポンプダウン運転時には、前記室外機バルブは閉じられる、請求項8に記載の空気調和装置。 - 前記バイパスバルブが開放された以後に、前記除霜運転、前記オイル回収運転、又はポンプダウン運転が終了すると、前記バイパスバルブは閉じられる、請求項8に記載の空気調和装置。
- 前記熱交換装置は、
前記第1室外機連結管に連結される第1配管と、
前記第1配管に備えられる第1バルブと、
前記第2室外機連結管に連結される第3配管と、
前記第3配管に備えられる第2バルブと、
前記第3室外機連結管に連結される冷媒配管と、
前記冷媒配管に備えられる膨張バルブと、を備え、
前記バイパス配管は、前記第2室外機連結管又は前記第3配管に連結される、請求項1に記載の空気調和装置。 - 前記室外機に備えられる室外熱交換器の除霜のための除霜運転、
前記室外機に備えられる圧縮機でオイルを回収するためのオイル回収運転、及び、
前記室外機で冷媒を回収するためのポンプダウン運転、のうちの何れか一つの運転中に、前記バイパスバルブは開放される、請求項1に記載の空気調和装置。 - 前記除霜運転、
オイル回収運転、及び
前記ポンプダウン運転、のうちの何れか一つの運転が開始すると、前記バイパスバルブは直ちに開放される、請求項12に記載の空気調和装置。 - 前記除霜運転、
オイル回収運転、及び
前記ポンプダウン運転、のうち何れか一つの運転が開始し、設定時間が経過すると、前記バイパスバルブは開放される、請求項12に記載の空気調和装置。 - 前記熱交換装置は、
前記第1室外機連結管に連結される第1配管と、
前記第1配管に備えられる第1バルブと、
前記第2室外機連結管に連結される第3配管と、
前記第3配管に備えられる第2バルブと、
前記第3室外機連結管に連結される冷媒配管と、
前記冷媒配管に備えられる膨張バルブと、を備え、
前記バイパスバルブが開放される時、前記第1バルブ、前記第2バルブ、及び前記膨張バルブは閉じられる、請求項12に記載の空気調和装置。
