- 展開された状態に作動可能なカテーテルシステム100であって、
管腔47を備えるカテーテル本体50と、
前記管腔47内に少なくとも部分的に位置付けられた拡張器70と、を備え、前記拡張器70の遠位端78が、前記カテーテル本体50の遠位先端部51に解放可能に接続され、前記拡張器70が、前記遠位先端部51を拡大及び反転させ、前記展開された状態の漏斗形状を形成するように後退可能である、カテーテルシステム100。 - 前記遠位先端部51が、
近位セグメント55と、
前記近位セグメントから延在し、実質的に可撓性である遠位セグメント52と、を備え、前記遠位セグメント52の近位端53が、前記近位セグメント55から延在し、前記遠位セグメント52の遠位端58に隣接し、かつ/又は前記遠位端58に接続されたプルリング54を備える、請求項1に記載のシステム100。 - 潰れた状態の前記遠位セグメント52の中点が、前記カテーテル本体50の遠位の前記展開された状態の前記漏斗形状の最遠位の非侵襲性端に遷移する、請求項2に記載のシステム100。
- 前記遠位セグメント52が、潰れた状態では、実質的に管状であり、前記展開された状態では、前記漏斗形状を含み、エアクッションが前記漏斗形状によって前記遠位端58と前記プルリング54との間に形成される、請求項2に記載のシステム100。
