Abstract
Description
図1は、本実施形態のモータを上側から見た斜視図である。図2は、本実施形態のモータを下側から見た斜視図である。図3は、本実施形態のモータを示す断面図である。
図5に示すように、カシメダボ部150は、ステータコア31のうちコアバック31aに設けられている。カシメダボ部150は、周方向に60°間隔をあけて六つ設けられている。カシメダボ部150は、径方向でティース31bと重なる位置に設けられている。カシメダボ部150とティース31bとが径方向で重なることにより、プレス加工時のカシメダボ部150の強度低下を抑えることができる。
カシメダボ部150は、コアバック31aの内周面31dから径方向の内側(他方側)に突出する突部153を有する。コアバック31aの内周面31dは、ステータ支持筒部43の外周面43aと固定される面である。
カシメダボ部160は、ヨーク円筒部22aの外周面22cから径方向の外側に突出する突部(第2突部)163を有する。ヨーク円筒部22aの外周面22cは、ロータ外縁部26の内周面26aと固定される面である。
Claims (9)
- 中心軸を中心として回転するロータと、前記ロータと径方向に対向するステータと、を備え、
前記ステータは、
環状のコアバックおよび前記コアバックから径方向の一方側に延びる複数のティースを有するステータコアを有し、
前記ステータコアは、
複数の電磁鋼板を前記中心軸方向に重ねた積層鋼板を有し、
前記複数の電磁鋼板のそれぞれは、圧入されて隣り合う前記電磁鋼板が連結されるカシメダボ部を有し、
前記カシメダボ部は、前記コアバックから前記径方向の他方側に突出する突部を有する、
モータ。 - 前記ステータコアが固定されるベース部を有し、
前記ベース部は、前記ステータコアの前記径方向の前記他方側で対向する円筒状のステータ支持筒部を有し、
ステータ支持筒部は、前記突部と前記中心軸を中心とする周方向の両側で対向する対向部を有し、
前記対向部は、前記突部と前記周方向で重なる、
請求項1に記載のモータ。 - 前記突部および前記対向部は、前記周方向に分離して複数配置されている、
請求項2に記載のモータ。 - 前記複数の電磁鋼板は、含浸接着剤により互いに接着されて前記中心軸方向に重ねられている、
請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載のモータ。 - 前記ロータは、環状の円筒部および前記円筒部から前記径方向の他方側に突出する複数の突出部を有するヨークを有し、
前記ヨークは、
複数の第2電磁鋼板を前記中心軸方向に重ねた第2積層鋼板を有し、
前記複数の第2電磁鋼板のそれぞれは、圧入されて隣り合う前記第2電磁鋼板が連結される第2カシメダボ部を有し、
前記第2カシメダボ部は、前記円筒部から前記径方向の一方側に突出する第2突部を有する、
請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載のモータ。 - 前記ヨークが固定されるロータ本体を有し、
前記ロータ本体は、前記ヨークの前記径方向の前記一方側で対向する円筒状のロータ周縁部を有し、
前記ロータ周縁部は、前記第2突部と前記周方向の両側で対向する第2対向部を有し、
前記第2対向部は、前記第2突部と前記周方向で重なる、
請求項5に記載のモータ。 - 前記第2突部および前記第2対向部は、前記周方向に分離して複数配置されている、
請求項6に記載のモータ。 - 前記複数の第2電磁鋼板は、含浸接着剤により互いに接着されて前記中心軸方向に重ねられている、
請求項5から7のいずれか1項に記載のモータ。 - 前記ロータは、前記ステータの前記径方向の外側に位置する、
請求項1から8のいずれか1項に記載のモータ。
