Abstract
Description
ブドウ種子1kgを乾燥後に摩砕して得た粉末300gを集気瓶に入れた後、70%エタノール1.8Lを入れ、85℃で3時間ずつ2回反復抽出してブドウ種子抽出液を得た。その後、ろ紙(whatman(商標) No.1、イギリス)で減圧ろ過した後、真空回転濃縮器でもって、60℃で減圧濃縮したのち、噴霧乾燥してブドウ種子抽出物を製造した。
バレリアンの根1kgを乾燥後に摩砕して得た粉末300gを集気瓶に入れた後、70%エタノール1.5Lを入れ、70℃で6時間ずつ3回反復抽出してバレリアン抽出液を得た。その後、ろ過紙(whatman(商標) No.1、イギリス)で減圧ろ過した後、真空回転濃縮器でもって、60℃で減圧濃縮したのち、噴霧乾燥してバレリアン抽出物を製造した。
ベニバナ種子1kgを乾燥後に摩砕して得た粉末300gを集気瓶に入れた後、水3Lを入れ、90℃で6時間ずつ3回反復抽出してベニバナ種子抽出液を得た。その後、ろ過紙(whatman(商標) No.1、イギリス)で減圧ろ過した後、真空回転濃縮器でもって、60℃で減圧濃縮したのち、熱風乾燥してベニバナ種子抽出物を製造した。
上記製造例1〜3で製造したブドウ種子抽出物、バレリアン抽出物、ベニバナ種子抽出物の配合比(重さ比)を、次表1のように別々にして複合物を製造した。
この実験例では、製造例1〜3で製造した単一抽出物、及び実施例1〜4で製造した複合物がTRAP(Tartrate−resistant acid phosphatase)活性に及ぶ影響を確認しようとした。
この実験例では、複合物の濃度によってTRAP活性に及ぶ影響を確認しようとした。
この実験例では、複合物の破骨細胞分化抑制効果を確認するためにRANKL(Receptor activator of NF−κB ligand)発現量を測定しようとした。
造骨細胞は細胞膜に塩基性リン酸分解酵素(ALP)を有するが、この酵素は、細胞の外膜と石灰化組織において高い濃度で発見され、石灰化過程において運搬、細胞分裂及び分化の調節作用をし、造骨細胞の活性標示因子として知られている(Int Rev Cytol.1995.265−358)。
IGF−1(Insulin−like Growth Factor−1)は、成長ホルモン(growth hormone)と深く関連している成長因子であり、成長ホルモンの刺激を受けた脳下垂体前葉から分泌する。IGF−1は、軟骨組織において軟骨細胞の成長と分化を促進させ、骨格成長を促進する機能を有するものと知られている(Nat Med.2003.9:1033−1038)。
本実施例では、下記のように、女性更年期症状の予防及び改善の効果を有する食品組成物を製造した。
玄米、大麦、もち米、ハト麦を公知の方法でアルファ化させて乾燥したものを焙煎した後、粉砕機で粒度60メッシュの粉末として用意した。黒大豆、黒ゴマ及びエゴマのそれぞれを公知の方法で蒸して乾燥させた後、焙煎及び粉砕して粒度60メッシュの粉末として用意した。その後、玄米30重量%、ハト麦15重量%、大麦20重量%、もち米9重量%,エゴマ7重量%、黒大豆8重量%、黒ゴマ7重量%、本発明のブドウ種子抽出物、バレリアン抽出物及びベニバナ種子抽出物で組成された複合物(実施例1)3重量%、霊芝0.5重量%、及び地黄0.5重量%を混合して禅食を製造した。
ガムベース20重量%、砂糖76.9重量%、香料1重量%、水2重量%、及び本発明のブドウ種子抽出物、バレリアン抽出物及びベニバナ種子抽出物で組成された複合物(実施例1)0.1重量%を配合し、通常の方法でチューインガムを製造した。
砂糖60重量%、水飴39.8重量%、香料0.1重量%、及び本発明のブドウ種子抽出物、バレリアン抽出物及びベニバナ種子抽出物で組成された複合物(実施例1)0.1重量%を配合し、通常の方法でキャンディを製造した。
薄力1等粉25.59重量%、中力1等粉22.22重量%、精白糖4.80重量%、食塩0.73重量%、ブドウ糖0.78重量%、パームショートニング11.78重量%、アンモニウム1.54重量%、重曹0.17重量%、重亜硫酸ナトリウム0.16重量%、米粉1.45重量%、ビタミンB 0.0001重量%、ビタミンB 0.0001重量%、ミルク香料0.04重量%、水20.6998重量%、全脂粉乳1.16重量%、代用粉乳0.29重量%、第一リン酸カルシウム0.03重量%、散布塩0.29重量%、噴霧乳7.27重量%、及び本発明のブドウ種子抽出物、バレリアン抽出物及びベニバナ種子抽出物で組成された複合物(実施例1)1重量%を配合し、通常の方法でビスケットを製造した。
蜂蜜0.26重量%、チオクト酸アミド0.0002重量%、ニコチン酸アミド0.0004重量%、リン酸リボフラビンナトリウム0.0001重量%、塩酸ピリドキシン0.0001重量%、イノシトール0.001重量%、オロト酸0.002重量%、水98.7362重量%、及び本発明のブドウ種子抽出物、バレリアン抽出物及びベニバナ種子抽出物で組成された複合物(実施例1)1重量%を配合し、通常の方法で健康飲料を製造した。
豚肉65.18重量%、鶏肉25重量%、澱粉3.5重量%、大豆蛋白1.7重量%、食塩1.62重量%、ブドウ糖0.5重量%、グリセリン1.5重量%、及び本発明のブドウ種子抽出物、バレリアン抽出物及びベニバナ種子抽出物で組成された複合物(実施例1)1重量%を配合し、通常の方法でソーセージを製造した。
本発明のブドウ種子抽出物、バレリアン抽出物及びベニバナ種子抽出物で組成された複合物(実施例1)50重量%、グアーガム酵素分解物16重量%、ビタミンB塩酸塩0.01重量%、ビタミンB6塩酸塩0.01重量%、DL−メチオニン0.23重量%、ステアリン酸マグネシウム0.7重量%、乳糖31.2重量%、及びとうもろこし澱粉1.85重量%を配合し、通常の方法で錠剤型の健康補助食品を製造した。
Claims (4)
- ブドウ種子抽出物、バレリアン抽出物及びベニバナ種子抽出物で組成された複合物を有効成分として含有することを特徴とする女性更年期症状の予防及び改善用の食品組成物。
- 上記複合物は、
ブドウ種子抽出物10〜40重量%、バレリアン抽出物15〜50重量%及びベニバナ種子抽出物30〜70重量%で組成された複合物であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の女性更年期症状の予防及び改善用の食品組成物。 - 上記ブドウ種子抽出物、バレリアン抽出物及びベニバナ種子抽出物は、
水、炭素数1〜4の低級アルコール又はこれらの混合物を抽出溶媒として抽出されたことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の女性更年期症状の予防及び改善用の食品組成物。 - 上記複合物は、
食品組成物全体に0.01〜50重量%で含まれることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の女性更年期症状の予防及び改善用の食品組成物。
