Abstract
Description
取り上げるため、対向する工作物スピンドル30に向かって及びそれから遠ざかるように移動することができる。
・バー貯蔵エリアから新しいバーを選択し、バーローダのガイドシステムへと持ち上げる。
・新しいバーをガイドシステムのバーローダチャネル内へ導入する。
・(例えば、例示的にはスピンドルコレットが開かれたことを示す特定の信号を受信した後に)加工プロセスのための新しい原材料を供給するためにバーを押す。
・バー要素を操作する。
Claims (15)
- 工作機械、特に多軸旋削加工機であって、
マシンフレーム(10)と、
前記マシンフレーム(10)によって回転可能に支持されたタレットボディ(20)と、
前記タレットボディ(20)に配置された複数の工作物スピンドル(30)であって、それぞれの前記工作物スピンドル(30)は、前記工作機械(100)の加工スペースに面する前記タレットボディ(20)の一方の側に、それぞれの工作物を受容するための工作物受容部を有する工作物スピンドル(30)と、
前記タレットボディ(20)の周りの前記マシンフレーム(10)によって支持された複数の工具ポストアセンブリ(40)と、を備え、
各工具ポストアセンブリ(40)は、工具(FT;ALT;PLT)を保持する工具ホルダカートリッジ(TC)を脱着可能に受容するようにそれぞれ構成された1つ以上の工具カートリッジ受容開口(41A,41B,41C)を有する工具ポスト(41)を含むことを特徴とする工作機械。 - 各工具ポストアセンブリ(40)は、それぞれの工具受容部(41A;41B;41C)に受容された工具ホルダカートリッジ(TC)を堅固にロックするように構成されたロック/アンロック機構を有する、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の工作機械。
- 前記ロック/アンロック機構は、それぞれの工具受容部(41A;41B;41C)に受容されロックされた工具ホルダカートリッジ(TC)をアンロックするように構成されている、ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の工作機械。
- 前記ロック/アンロック機構は、自動的に作動されるように構成されており、それぞれの工具受容部(41A;41B;41C)に受容された工具ホルダカートリッジ(TC)をロック/アンロックするために、機械的に、油圧によって、空気圧によって、または、電気的に制御されたアクチュエータを含む、ことを特徴とする請求項2または3に記載の工作機械。
- 前記工具ホルダカートリッジ(TC)は、固定工具(FT)または駆動可能な工具(ALT;PLT;DPLT)を保持するように構成され、
前記工具ポストアセンブリ(40)は、前記工具受容部(41A;41B;41C)に受容された工具ホルダカートリッジ(TC)によって保持された駆動可能な工具(ALT;PLT;DPLT)を回転駆動するように構成された駆動機構(42,43)をさらに含む、ことを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の工作機械。 - 前記駆動機構(42,43)は、駆動モータ(43)と、駆動可能な工具(ALT;PLT;DPLT)を保持する工具ホルダカートリッジ(TC)へ駆動モータ(43)の回転駆動トルクを伝達するギア機構を有するギアボックス(42)と、を含む、ことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の工作機械。
- 前記ギアボックス(42)は、異なるギア比の複数のギア機構と、前記複数のギア機構の間での切り替えのための機械的に、油圧によって、空気圧によって、または、電気的に制御されたアクチュエータを有する、ことを特徴とする請求項6に記載の工作機械。
- 前記ギアボックス(42)は、他のギア比の他のギア機構を有する他のギアボックス(42)と交換し得るよう脱着可能に取り付けられる、ことを特徴とする請求項6に記載の工作機械。
- 前記駆動機構(42,43)は、脱着可能に取り付けられている、ことを特徴とする請求項5〜8のいずれか1項に記載の工作機械。
- 前記工具ホルダカートリッジ(TC)は、前記工具カートリッジ受容開口(41A,41B,41C)内への前記工具ホルダカートリッジ(TC)の挿入方向に関して軸方向に配置された工具を保持し、または、
前記工具ホルダカートリッジ(TC)は、前記工具カートリッジ受容開口(41A,41B,41C)内への前記工具ホルダカートリッジ(TC)の挿入方向を横切って又はこれと垂直に配置された工具を保持する、ことを特徴とする請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の工作機械。 - 特にそれぞれのポストアセンブリ(40)において工具交換を行うために、前記工具受容部(41A;41B;41C)のうちの1つに受容された工具ホルダカートリッジ(TC)を取り上げるように構成され、及び/又は、前記工具受容部(41A;41B;41C)のうちの1つに工具ホルダカートリッジ(TC)を挿入するように構成された1つ以上のロボットを備える、ことを特徴とする請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載の工作機械。
- 前記工作物スピンドル(30)のそれぞれは、特に前記タレットボディの前記長手方向の回転軸に平行な、及び/又は、それぞれの前記スピンドル軸に平行な、前記タレットボディ(20)の長手方向に移動またはスライドし得る、ことを特徴とする請求項1〜11のいずれか1項に記載の工作機械。
- 各工具ポストアセンブリ(40)は、それぞれの前記スピンドル軸を横断して又は垂直に、1つ又は2つの方向に移動可能である、ことを特徴とする請求項1〜12のいずれか1項に記載の工作機械。
- 各工具ポストアセンブリ(40)は、それぞれの前記スピンドル軸に垂直な、及び/又は、前記タレットボディ(20)の長手軸に関して径方向に配置されたそれぞれのX方向に移動可能である、ことを特徴とする請求項1〜13のいずれか1項に記載の工作機械。
- 各工具ポストアセンブリ(40)は、それぞれの前記スピンドル軸に垂直な、及び/又は、前記タレットボディ(20)の長手軸に関して接線方向に配置されたそれぞれのY方向に移動可能である、ことを特徴とする請求項1〜14のいずれか1項に記載の工作機械。
