Claims (15)
- プロセスラインに接続可能であり、当該プロセスライン内の圧力に応じた出力を与える圧力伝送器であって、
ベースを有するハウジングであって、当該ベースは当該ハウジング内に形成された内部空洞へと接続されるプロセス端部を有しているようなハウジングと、
前記圧力を検知するためのセンサと、
前記ハウジングの前記プロセス端部に取り付けられており、前記プロセスライン内の流体を前記内部空洞から隔離する隔離部品と、を備え、
前記隔離部品はさらに、
前記プロセスライン内の前記圧力に流体的に接続されるように構成されている隔離ダイアフラムと、
前記ハウジングアダプタの前記プロセスに位置した隔離プラグであって、
前記隔離ダイアフラムに隣接した第1端面を提供する下側プラグ部分と、
前記第1端面から離れて位置しており且つ前記センサが内部に配置されるセンサ空洞に隣接している第2端面を提供する上側プラグ部分と、
前記下側プラグ部分及び前記上側プラグ部分を接合する接合構造と、
隔離流体で充填されており、且つ、前記第1端面から前記下側プラグ及び前記上側プラグ部分を貫通して前記第2端面まで延びている毛細管であって、前記隔離ダイアフラム及び当該毛細管を通じて前記圧力を前記センサ空洞及び前記センサへと接続させる毛細管と、を有する隔離プラグと、を有し、
前記上側プラグ部分は第1材料で形成されており、前記下側プラグ部分は前記第1材料よりも高い腐食耐性を有する第2材料で形成されていることを特徴とする圧力伝送器。 - 前記隔離プラグの前記下側プラグ部分は、前記圧力伝送器が前記プロセスラインに接続された際に、前記プロセスラインからのプロセス流体が触れる面を有しており、
前記上側プラグ部分は、前記圧力伝送器が前記プロセスラインに接続された際に、前記プロセス流体が触れる面を有していないことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の圧力伝送器。 - 前記下側プラグ部分及び前記上側プラグ部分を接合する前記接合構造が溶接接合であることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の圧力伝送器。
- 前記隔離部品がさらに、前記プロセスラインに接続し、前記隔離ダイアフラムを前記プロセス圧力に接続するコネクタを備えることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の圧力伝送器。
- 前記ハウジングが、当該ハウジングのベースを形成し且つ当該ハウジングの上側部分に接続されているハウジングアダプタを含むことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の圧力伝送器。
- 前記ハウジングアダプタ及び前記ベースが一体形成されていることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の圧力伝送器。
- 前記ハウジング内に配置され、前記センサの電気出力部に電気的に接続されている測定回路と、
前記測定回路に電気的に接続され、通信リンクを通じて制御室へと接続されるように構成されている端子ブロックと、をさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の圧力伝送器。 - 前記通信リンクがプロセス制御ループとして構成されていることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の圧力伝送器。
- 前記通信リンクが無線通信リンクであることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の圧力伝送器。
- 前記上側プラグ部分を形成している第1材料が316Lステンレス鋼であり、前記下側プラグ部分を形成している第2材料がC−276合金であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の圧力伝送器。
- 圧力伝送器に用いて圧力センサをプロセスライン内のプロセス圧力へと接続させる隔離部品であって、
前記プロセスライン内の前記プロセス圧力に流体的に接続されるよう構成されている隔離ダイアフラムと、
前記プロセスラインに接続して前記隔離ダイアフラムを前記プロセス圧力に流体的に接続するように構成されているコネクタと、
前記圧力送信機のハウジング部品内におけるプロセス端に配置されるよう構成された隔離プラグと、を備え、
前記隔離プラグは、さらに、
前記隔離ダイアフラムに隣接した第1端面を提供する下側プラグ部分と、
前記第1端面から離れて位置しており且つ前記伝送器内にあって前記センサが内部に配置されているセンサ空洞に隣接している第2端面を提供する上側プラグ部分と、を有し、
前記隔離プラグは、さらに、
前記下側プラグ部分及び前記上側プラグ部分を接合する接合構造と、
隔離流体で充填されており、且つ、前記第1端面から前記下側プラグ及び前記上側プラグ部分を貫通して前記第2端面まで延びている毛細管であって、前記プロセス圧力を前記伝送器の前記センサへと接続させる毛細管と、を有し、
前記上側プラグ部分は第1材料で形成されており、前記下側プラグ部分は前記第1材料よりも高い腐食耐性を有する第2材料で形成されていることを特徴とする隔離部品。 - 前記隔離プラグの前記下側プラグ部分は、前記隔離部品が前記圧力伝送器に用いられて前記プロセスラインに接続された際に、前記プロセスラインからのプロセス流体が触れる面を有しており、
前記上側プラグ部分は、前記隔離部品が前記圧力伝送器に用いられて前記プロセスラインに接続された際に、前記プロセス流体が触れる面を有していないことを特徴とする請求項11に記載の隔離部品。 - 前記下側プラグ部分及び前記上側プラグ部分を接合する前記接合構造が溶接接合であることを特徴とする請求項11に記載の隔離部品。
- 前記溶接接合が溶け込み深さの深いレーザ溶接であることを特徴とする請求項13に記載の隔離部品。
- 前記圧力伝送器をさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項11に記載の隔離部品。
