Abstract
Description
従来技術のものから出発して、本発明の課題は、特に自動車のエンジンルーム内において構成部分複合体がさらされるような、温度変化及び繰り返し応力若しくは媒体の影響下においても、特に高いシール性が得られるような構成部分複合体を提供することである。この構成部分複合体は、有利には確実かつ持続的に気密でなければならない。さらに本発明の課題は、相応の構成部分複合体を製造するための方法を提供することである。
Claims (15)
- 特に自動車に使用するための構成部分複合体(2)であって、第1の接触表面(3)を備えた第1の構成部分(1)と、第2の接触表面(5)を備えた少なくとも1つの第2の構成部分(4)とを有しており、前記第1の接触表面(3)が、マイクロ構造(7)及び該マイクロ構造(7)上に重ねられたナノ構造(10)を備えた表面組織(6)を有している形式のものにおいて、
前記両構成部分(1,4)の前記両接触表面(3,5)間に、素材結合するための媒体、特に接着剤層(12)が配置されていることを特徴とする、構成部分複合体。 - 前記第2の接触表面(5)も、前記第2の構成部分(4)において、マイクロ構造(7)及び該マイクロ構造(7)上に重ねられたナノ構造(10)を備えた表面組織(6)を有している、請求項1記載の構成部分複合体。
- 前記表面組織(6)が、電磁線によって、電気的な微細加工によって又は機械的な微細加工によって生ぜしめられる、請求項1又は2記載の構成部分複合体。
- 前記マイクロ構造(7)が、1μm〜約999μm範囲の直径を有するマイクロ構造エレメント(8)及び/又は約1nm〜約999nm範囲の直径を有するナノ構造エレメント(9)を有している、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の構成部分複合体。

- 前記表面組織(6)が、約10nm〜約11μm、特に有利には約100nm〜約1500nmの範囲の電磁線波長によって、及び/又は約100fs〜約10μs、特に有利には約10fs〜約100psの範囲の電磁線パルス継続時間によって、生ぜしめられる、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の構成部分複合体。
- 前記第1の接触表面(3)が金属より成っていて、前記第2の接触表面(5)が金属、特に鋼、プラスチック、特に熱可塑性プラスチック又は熱硬化性プラスチック、又はセラミックより構成されている、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の構成部分複合体。
- 前記第2の接触表面(5)、有利には第2の構成部分(4)全体が、プラスチック、特に熱可塑性プラスチックより構成されていて、前記第1の構成部分(1)が少なくとも部分的に前記第2の構成部分(4)によって射出成形で包囲されている、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載の構成部分複合体。
- 前記第1の構成部分(1)と前記第2の構成部分(4)とが、少なくともほぼ同じ熱膨張係数を有している、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項記載の構成部分複合体。
- 前記第1の接触表面(3)若しくは第2の接触表面(5)が全面的に表面組織(6)を備えている、請求項1から9までのいずれか1項記載の構成部分複合体。
- 前記構成部分複合体(2)が、燃料噴射弁の構成部分であるか、又は特に制御装置のためのハウジングカバーの構成部分であるか、又はセンサの構成部分である、請求項1から10までのいずれか1項記載の構成部分複合体。
- 第1の接触表面(3)を備えた第1の構成部分(1)と、第2の接触表面(5)を備えた少なくとも1つの第2の構成部分(4)とを有しており、前記第1の接触表面(3)が、マイクロ構造(7)及び該マイクロ構造(7)上に重ねられたナノ構造(10)を有する表面組織(6)を備えている形式の、請求項1から11までのいずれか1項記載の構成部分複合体(2)を製造するための方法において、
前記両接触表面(3,5)間に、これらの両接触表面(3,5)を素材結合するための、媒体、特に接着剤層(12)を被着することを特徴とする、構成部分複合体を製造するための方法。 - 第1の接触表面(3)又は両接触表面(3,5)において表面微細加工を電磁線によって生ぜしめ、該表面微細加工を、プロセス媒体、特にプロセスガス雰囲気下で、有利な形式で不動態化のために及び/又は効果を高めるために行う、請求項12記載の方法。
- 表面組織(6)を、100fs〜100psのパルス継続時間を有するレーザによって生ぜしめる、請求項12又は13記載の方法。
- 前記第1の構成部分(1)を、特に有利には少なくとも部分的にプラスチック材料より形成された第2の構成部分(4)で以て有利な形式で少なくとも部分的に射出成形により包囲することによって、前記第1の構成部分(1)を前記第2の構成部分(4)に形状結合式に結合する、請求項12から14までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
