- 前記ループ(8)を形成する前記ワイヤ(9)は、前記インプラント(1)の近位側端部(10)に固定されている、請求項3記載のインプラント。
- 少なくとも幾つかのフィラメント(2)は前記インプラント(1)の前記近位側端部(10)に位置する前記交点(3)でアイレット(12)を形成しており、この交点(3)でそれぞれ前記フィラメント(2)に交差する別のフィラメント(2)が前記アイレット(12)を通って延びている、請求項1又は2記載のインプラント。
- 前記インプラント(1)の近位側端部(10)に位置する交点(3)の領域で交差する前記フィラメント(2)が、この個所で互いに結束又は接着又はろう接又は溶接されている、請求項1又は2記載のインプラント。
- 前記インプラント(1)の近位側端部及び/又は遠位側端部で一緒に案内された前記フィラメント(2)の端部に、X線不透過性マーキングが設けられている、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載のインプラント。
- 前記X線不透過性マーキングは、一緒に案内された前記フィラメント(2)を取り囲むスリーブ(5)である、請求項7記載のインプラント。
- 隣接して位置する、一緒に案内された前記フィラメント(2)を取り囲む前記スリーブ(5)は、軸方向で互いにずらされている、請求項8記載のインプラント。
- 前記フィラメント(2)は金属の単線又はより線である、請求項1から9までのいずれか1項記載のインプラント。
- 近位側及び/又は遠位側のフィラメント端部に、近位側方向又は遠位側方向で延び、その端部に膨大部(6)を有している結合エレメント(11)が取り付けられている、請求項1から10までのいずれか1項記載のインプラント。
- 請求項1から11までのいずれか1項前記インプラントと導入ワイヤ(14)とから成る組み合わせ体であって、前記インプラント(1)は、保持エレメント(15)を介して前記導入ワイヤ(14)に連結されていることを特徴とする、組み合わせ体。
- 前記インプラント(1)の近位側端部に膨大部(6)が位置しており、該膨大部(6)は前記保持エレメント(15)によって形状接続的に保持され、前記保持エレメント(15)の一区分(16)は電解腐食可能に形成されており、前記区分(16)が電解的に溶解された後、前記インプラント(1)の近位側端部が解放される、請求項12記載の組み合わせ体。
- 前記保持エレメント(15)の腐食可能に形成された前記区分(16)は、開口を備えたプレート(17)であって、前記インプラント(1)の近位側端部に位置する前記膨大部(6)は前記開口を通って延びており、前記開口の直径は前記膨大部(6)に合わせて調整されており、即ち、前記プレート(17)が損傷されていない状態では前記膨大部(6)は前記開口を通り抜けないようになっている、請求項13記載の組み合わせ体。
- 前記導入ワイヤ(14)はガイドワイヤ先端(18)を有しており、該ガイドワイヤ先端は、前記導入ワイヤ(14)の遠位側端部からさらに遠位側の方向へ、前記インプラント(1)の内室内へと延びており、特に、前記インプラント(1)の遠位側端部にまで、または該端部を超えて延びている、請求項12から14までのいずれか1項前記の組み合わせ体。
