Claims (5)
- 多数の空間部1dを有するように形状記憶合金のワイヤー1、2で綴った円筒状の内側ステントA及び外側ステントBと、これらのステントを一体に固定する固定糸Cを含み、前記内側ステントAの空間部と外側ステントBの空間部は、交互に配列するように前記内側ステントA上に前記外側ステントBが挿入され、前記内側ステントの外表面と外側ステントの内表面が互いに密着しており、前記外側ステントと内側ステントの両端は固定糸Cにより一体に固定することを特徴とする内腔拡張用ステント。
- 内側ステントAと外側ステントBとの間には円筒状のフィルム膜がさらに挿入されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の内腔拡張用ステント。
- 円筒状のフィルム膜はシリコン樹脂で構成されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の内腔拡張用ステント。
- 内側ステントAと外側ステントBの両端だけを固定糸Cにより一体に固定することを特徴とする請求項2に記載の内腔拡張用ステント。
- 内側ステントA及び外側ステントBは、第1の形状記憶合金ワイヤー1が多数の直線部1aと多数の曲げ点によって前記直線部1aを連結するピック部1b及び谷部1cを有するように、ジグザグ状に多数のターンを行い、前記ある1回のターンを行った谷部が、この1回ターンの谷部に隣り合ってターンを行った、対応するピック部1dと互いに撚り合って連結することによって、複数の空間部1dを形成し、対角線方向には第2の形状記憶合金ワイヤー2が一定の間隔をおいて前記第1の形状記憶合金ワイヤー1に撚り合った構造を有することを特徴とする1に記載の内腔拡張用ステント。
