Abstract
【解決手段】回転電機制御システム10の制御部30は、定常的運転状態において、実電流に対し高調波成分のフィルタ処理を行ったなまし電流の電流位相を用いて、矩形波電圧位相制御モードから過変調電流制御モードへの制御モード切替を行う定常的切替モジュール40と、過渡的運転状態において、実電流の電流位相を用いて矩形波電圧位相制御モードから過変調電流制御モードへの制御モード切替を行う過渡的切替モジュール42とを含んで構成される。実電流の電流位相は、なまし電流の電流位相と比較される切替ラインとは別に予め設定される過渡的切替ラインと比較されて制御モードの切替が実行される。

Claims (5)
- 正弦波電流制御モードと過変調電流制御モードと矩形波電圧位相制御モードとの間で制御を切り替える回転電機制御システムであって、
定常的運転状態において、実電流に対し高調波成分のフィルタ処理を行ったなまし電流の電流位相を用いて、矩形波電圧位相制御モードから過変調電流制御モードへの制御モード切替を行う定常的切替手段と、
過渡的運転状態において、実電流の電流位相を用いて矩形波電圧位相制御モードから過変調電流制御モードへの制御モード切替を行う過渡的切替手段と、
を備えることを特徴とする回転電機制御システム。 - 請求項1に記載の回転電機制御システムにおいて、
定常的切替手段は、通常の制御周期の下で制御モード切替を実行し、
過渡的切替手段は、通常の制御周期よりも短い制御周期の下で制御モード切替を実行することを特徴とする回転電機制御システム。 - 請求項1に記載の回転電機制御システムにおいて、
定常的切替手段は、直交するd軸とq軸とで構成されるdq平面上で回転電機についての電流指令の電流位相を基準として予め定めた定常的切替位相差を有する定常的切替ラインに基き、なまし電流の電流位相が定常的切替ラインを超えたときに制御モード切替を実行し、
過渡的切替手段は、dq平面上で回転電機についての電流指令のd軸電流と同じ極性で予め定めた切替d軸電流値を有する過渡的切替基準線に基き、実電流のd軸電流値が過渡的切替基準線を超えたときに制御モード切替を実行することを特徴とする回転電機制御システム。 - 請求項1に記載の回転電機制御システムにおいて、
定常的切替手段は、直交するd軸とq軸とで構成されるdq平面上で回転電機についての電流指令の電流位相を基準として予め定めた定常的切替電流位相差を有する定常的切替ラインに基き、なまし電流の電流位相が定常的切替ラインを超えたときに制御モード切替を実行し、
過渡的切替手段は、dq平面上で回転電機についての電流指令の電流位相を基準として定常的切替電流位相差よりも大きな電流位相差であってq軸よりも手前の電流位相差を有する過渡的切替曲線に基き、実電流の電流位相が過渡的切替曲線を超えたときに制御モード切替を実行することを特徴とする回転電機制御システム。 - 請求項1に記載の回転電機制御システムにおいて、
過渡的切替手段によって制御モードの切替が行われるときに、矩形波電圧位相制御モードにおけるトルクフィードバックを一時的に停止し、電圧位相を固定する電圧位相固定手段を備えることを特徴とする回転電機制御システム。
