Claims (8)
- 組込部品を内包した熱可塑性プラスチック材料製の中空体を製造する方法であって、成形キャビティを形成する分割構造のブロー成形金型を縦に分割開放して形成される金型開放間隙に可塑化プラスチック材料からなる1つ以上の帯板状又はチューブ状のパリソンを垂下配置すると共に該金型開放間隙内に最終製品に内蔵させるべき少なくとも1つの組込部品を配置してこれらパリソンと組込部品の周りで金型を閉じ、この閉じた金型によって囲まれるキャビティの内部で前記パリソンを製品外形にブロー成形するに際して、成形中又は成形直後に依然として塑性状態にある製品内壁に組込部品を押し付けることにより、該製品内壁の塑性状態のプラスチック材料の一部を組込部品の少なくとも1つの穴から該穴の背後に拡がる空間にまで流入させることを特徴とする組込部品付きプラスチック中空体の製造方法。
- 塑性状態にある製品内壁に対する組込部品の押し付けを、残置される補助具を用いることなく実行することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 縦に分割開放された2分割構造のブロー成形金型の各金型半割体の間に帯板状の2つのパリソンを垂下配置し、これとは別に組込部品を組込用支持フレームの内部に配置された位置決め用可動手段に装着して該組込用支持フレームが2つのパリソンの間に位置するように該組込用支持フレームを各金型半割体の間に配置し、その後、まず各金型半割体を2つのパリソンの間に配置されている前記組込用支持フレームに対して閉じてから、前記位置決め用可動手段によって組込部品を前記組込用支持フレームの外方へ向けて押し出すことにより組込部品を依然として塑性状態にある製品内壁に押し付けて該組込部品を該製品内壁に取り付け、しかる後、前記位置決め用可動手段を前記組込用支持フレームの内部へ待避させて該組込用支持フレームを各金型半割体の間から取り出してから各金型半割体を閉じて2つのパリソンを中空体の製品形状に仕上げることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- プラスチック中空体からなり、予め該中空体の製造過程で該中空体に結合された少なくとも1つの組込部品を有する容器において、中空体と組込部品が互いに係合して止着されており、組込部品が中空体の壁(4)との接触面(6)の領域内に少なくとも1つの貫通穴(3)を有し、該壁(4)のプラスチック材料が前記貫通穴を通して該穴の背後に拡がる空間にまで入り込んで係合していることを特徴とする組込部品付きプラスチック容器。
- 組込部品が少なくとも1つの突部(2)を有し、この突部の先端面が中空体の壁(4)に食い込んで段付きの接触面(6)を形成していることを特徴とする請求項4に記載のプラスチック容器。
- 貫通穴(3)が突部(2)の先端面の接触面(6)を貫通していることを特徴とする請求項5に記載のプラスチック容器。
- 接触面(6)が擂り鉢状の凹面に形成されており、該凹面の底に貫通穴(3)が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項4〜6のいずれか1項に記載のプラスチック容器。
- 貫通穴(3)の前記壁(4)とは反対側の端部に背後の空間へ向かって拡がるアンダーカット部分(7)が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項4〜7のいずれか1項に記載のプラスチック容器。
