Claims (9)
- 検査対象側に向けた作業面をもつ本体(1)と、本体(1)内にあって永久磁場を形成する磁気システムと、該磁気システムと協働する、磁場の集中装置(7)と、探傷パルスの形成および反射パルスの受信に適合したインダクタンスコイル(8)と、を含んでなる電磁超音波探触子において、前記磁気システムが、作業面(4)に対して平行で相互に直接隣接して本体(1)内に配置されかつ矩形横断面を有する少なくとも3つの永久磁石(5、6)を含み、中央磁石(5)は作業面(4)に対して垂直偏波を形成し、側方磁石(6)は水平偏波を形成し、かつ中央磁石(5)の作業面(4)に向いた磁極と同様の磁極をもって側方磁石(6)が中央磁石(5)に向いており、集中装置(7)は相互に離れて設置されていて、前記作業面に対して最も近接しており、インダクタンスコイル(8)が前記集中装置の下に取付けられていることを特徴とする電磁超音波探触子。
- 磁石(5、6)が、直方体形状を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電磁超音波探触子。
- 磁石(5、6)が、環状を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電磁超音波探触子。
- 磁石が、電磁石−ソレノイドからなることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の電磁超音波探触子。
- 磁石(14、15)が、結束具(16)によって締結されたセグメントで形成されることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の電磁超音波探触子。
- 強磁性プレート(9)が前記磁気システムの表面上に設置され、該プレートは作業面(4)に向けられた該表面の反対側にあることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の電磁超音波探触子。
- 集中装置(7)が化合物を含浸させたカルボニル鉄粉から形成されることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の電磁超音波探触子。
- 導電性材料のスペーサ(24)が、対面する磁石(14、15)の表面と集中装置(7)との間に設置されていることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の電磁超音波探触子。
- 集中装置(7)とインダクタンスコイル(8)との間の空間に化合物(11)が充填されることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の電磁超音波探触子。
