したがって、その高密度によるとしても、普通、金属製本体が高熱慣性を示すことが見出される。言い換えれば、本発明によれば、本体は、加熱段階中、流通する液体よりずっと熱を奪うことが少ない一種の断熱材である。

言い換えれば、付加的構成要素は、高伝導率を持つアルミニウムのような材料に対し略3mm程度の厚さにまで減少させること、あるいは、ステンレス鋼のような低伝導率を有する材料に対し略1ミリメータ程度の厚さにまで減少させることのどちらかで、加熱抵抗の熱エネルギーを非常に迅速に液体に伝導により伝達する。
Claims (11)
- 液体貯蔵槽に連結される本体(1)であって、該本体(1)の面を覆い液体流通容積を画定する付加的構成要素(3)に関連する本体(1)を有する家庭電気器具用液体加熱装置において、
本体は、アルミニウムの熱慣性より低い熱慣性を示し、
前記付加的構成要素(3)は、本体(1)に面する面と反対側の面にスクリーン印刷された加熱抵抗(2)を有することを特徴とする液体加熱装置。 - 本体(1)は、プラスチックから作られることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の液体加熱装置。
- 付加的構成要素(3)は、金属製材料から作られ、40より高い横断熱伝導率(Cth)を示すことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の液体加熱装置。
- 付加的構成要素(3)は、0.5mmと1.5mmとの間、好ましくは、0.8mmと1mmとの間に含まれる厚さを有するステンレス鋼から作られることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の液体加熱装置。
- 本体(1)は、溝を有し、付加的構成要素(3)とともに液体の流通のための通路(4)を画定することを可能にすることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の液体加熱装置。
- スクリーン印刷された抵抗(2)は、液体流通通路(4)に略一致して配置されることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の液体加熱装置。
- 本体(1)は、平坦であり、溝は、渦巻きの形状であることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の液体加熱装置。
- 本体(1)は、円筒形状であり、その外面にスリーブの形状をした付加的構成要素(3)を受け入れることを特徴とする請求項1ないし5のいずれかに記載の液体加熱装置。
- 溝は、螺旋状であることを特徴とする請求項5または8に記載の液体加熱装置。
- 円筒状本体(1)は、中空であることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の液体加熱装置。
- 温度センサー(12)が付加的構成要素に配列され、装置は、付加的本体の温度を制御するために加熱抵抗に接続される電気/電子回路を備えることを特徴とする請求項1ないし10のいずれかに記載の液体加熱装置。
