Claims (13)
- 가전 기기의 액체 가열 장치(11)에 있어서,본체(1), 상기 본체(1)의 반대 면에 놓이는 보완 부재(3), 상기 보완 부재(3)와 상기 본체(1) 사이에 존재하는 액체 순환 채널(4)을 포함하고,상기 채널은 액체 저장부에 연결되도록 설계되는 입구(5)와 가열된 액체를 토출하도록 설계되는 출구(6)를 형성하는 두 개의 단부를 가지고,상기 보완 부재(3)은 상기 채널(4)을 따라 이동하는 액체의 가열을 가능하게 하기 위하여 설치되는 가열 저항체(2)를 가지고,상기 채널(4)의 단면은, 상기 본체(1)와 상기 보완부재(3)에 의해 그 깊이가 정의되고 상기 본체(1)로부터 상기 보완부재(3) 쪽으로 연장되는 적어도 하나의 블레이드(20)에 의해 그 폭이 형성되고,상기 채널(4)은, 상기 채널의 입구(5)보다 상기 채널의 출구(6)에 더 가깝게 위치하며, 상기 출구(6)로부터 이격되는 지점에서 최소 단면적(Smin)을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 가전 기기의 액체 가열 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 최소 단면적(Smin)을 가지는 지점 및 상기 채널 입구(5) 사이에서, 상기 채널의 입구(5)보다는 상기 채널의 출구(6)에 더 가까이 위치되는 압축 채널 부분을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 가전 기기의 액체 가열 장치.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 압축 채널 부분은 상기 채널 출구(6)의 방향으로 점진적으로 압축되도록 형성되고, 상기 압축 채널 부분은 압축부(7)로 정의되는 것을 특징으로 하는 가전 기기의 액체 가열 장치.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 최소 단면적(Smin)을 가지는 지점은, 전체 길이에 걸쳐 균일한 최소 단면을 가지는 채널 부분(8)에 위치되고, 상기 균일한 최소 단면을 가지는 채널 부분(8)은 상기 압축부(7)와 바로 인접하는 것을 특징으로 하는 가전 기기의 액체 가열 장치.
- 제 1 내지 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 가열 저항체(2)는 상기 본체(1)의 반대측 상기 보완 부재(3)의 표면(9)에 스크린 인쇄되는 것을 특징으로 하는 가전 기기의 액체 가열 장치.
- 제 1 내지 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 채널의 출구 및 상기 최소 단면적을 가지는 지점 간의 거리는, 상기 채널의 입구(5)와 출구(6) 사이에서 측정할 때, 상기 채널의 전체 길이의 적어도 10분의 1이 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 가전 기기의 액체 가열 장치.
- 제 1 내지 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 최소 단면적(Smin)은, 상기 채널의 최대 단면적(Smax)의 절반보다 적은 것을 특징으로 하는 가전 기기의 액체 가열 장치.
- 제 1 내지 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 채널의 전체 길이에 걸쳐, 상기 본체(1)와 상기 보완 부재(3) 사이의 거리는, 상기 최소 단면적(Smin)을 가지는 지점에서 최소(Dmin)가 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 가전 기기의 액체 가열 장치.
- 제 1 내지 3 항 중 한 항에 있어서,상기 보완 부재(3)는 내부에 상기 본체(1)가 놓이는 관(tube)인 것을 특징으로 하며,상기 채널(4)은, 상기 본체(1)에 나선형으로 감기는 형태인 것을 특징으로 하는 가전 기기의 액체 가열 장치.
- 제 9 항에 있어서,상기 나선형의 턴들(turns) 중 서로 인접한 턴 사이의 거리가 가장 가까운 턴들은 상기 최소 단면적(Smin)을 가지는 지점에 위치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 가전 기기의 액체 가열 장치.
- 제 1 내지 3 항 중 한 항에 있어서,상기 본체(1)는 편평하고, 상기 채널은 편평한 나선형(planar spiral) 형상인 것을 특징으로 하는 가전 기기의 액체 가열 장치.
- 제 1 내지 3 항 중 한 한에 있어서,상기 채널(4)은 상기 본체(1)에 형성되는 그루브(10)(groove)에 의해 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 가전 기기의 액체 가열 장치.
- 제 7 항에 있어서,상기 최소 단면적(Smin)은, 상기 최대 단면적(Smax)의 4분의 1보다 적은 것을 특징으로 하는 가전 기기의 액체 가열 장치.
