Abstract
【解決手段】第1のシリンダ室122に連通する第1のマフラ室142に、障壁181にて形成される淀み空間180を設けている。この淀み空間180は、上記第1のシリンダ室122の中心軸122aの方向からみて、中心平面S1よりも、上記第1のシリンダ室122の冷媒ガスの吸入側に、重なる。上記第1のマフラ室142では、高温高圧の冷媒ガスは、上記淀み空間180に進入しにくくなって、上記第1のシリンダ室122の吸入側へ、熱を奪われにくくなる。

シリンダと、
このシリンダの開口端に取り付けられる端板部材と、
この端板部材に上記シリンダと反対側に取り付けられるマフラカバーと、
上記シリンダと上記端板部材によって形成されるシリンダ室を冷媒ガスの吸入室と冷媒ガスの吐出室とに仕切るローラおよびブレードと
を備え、
上記ブレードは、上記シリンダに支持され、上記ローラは、上記シリンダ室の中心軸を公転運動し、
上記マフラカバーと上記端板部材によって形成されると共に上記シリンダ室に連通するマフラ室に、障壁にて形成される淀み空間を設け、
この淀み空間は、上記シリンダ室の中心軸の方向からみて、上記シリンダ室に最も突出した状態の上記ブレードの中心と上記シリンダ室の中心軸とを通る中心平面よりも、上記シリンダ室の冷媒ガスの吸入側に、重なることを特徴としている。

上記シリンダ(121,221)と上記端板部材(50,60)によって形成されるシリンダ室(122,222)を冷媒ガスの吸入室(123)と冷媒ガスの吐出室(124)とに仕切るローラ(127,227)およびブレード(128,228)と
を備え、
上記ブレード(128,228)は、上記シリンダ(121,221)に支持され、上記ローラ(127,227)は、上記シリンダ室(122,222)の中心軸(122a,222a)を公転運動し、
上記マフラカバー(140,240)と上記端板部材(50,60)によって形成されると共に上記シリンダ室(122,222)に連通するマフラ室(142,242)に、障壁(181,281)にて形成される淀み空間(180,280)を設け、
この淀み空間(180,280)は、上記シリンダ室(122,222)の中心軸(122a,222a)の方向からみて、上記シリンダ室(122,222)に最も突出した状態の上記ブレード(128,228)の中心と上記シリンダ室(122,222)の中心軸(122a,222a)とを通る中心平面(S1,S2)よりも、上記シリンダ室(122,222)の冷媒ガスの吸入側に、重なることを特徴とするロータリ圧縮機。 - 請求項1に記載のロータリ圧縮機において、
上記障壁(281)は、上記端板部材(60)に一体に形成され、
上記マフラカバー(240)は、平板状であることを特徴とするロータリ圧縮機。 - 請求項1に記載のロータリ圧縮機において、
上記マフラカバー(140)に上記端板部材(50)と反対側に取り付けられる他のマフラカバー(340)を有し、
この他のマフラカバー(340)と上記マフラカバー(140)によって、上記マフラ室(142)に連通される他のマフラ室(342)を形成したことを特徴とするロータリ圧縮機。 - 請求項1に記載のロータリ圧縮機において、
上記端板部材(50,60)は、本体部(51,61)と、この本体部(51,61)の一面に設けられたボス部(52,62)とを有し、
上記障壁(181,281)は、上記本体部(51,61)と上記ボス部(52,62)とを連結するように、上記端板部材(50,60)に一体に形成されていることを特徴とするロータリ圧縮機。
