Abstract
Description
本発明は、請求項1の上位概念部に記載された、車両、特に商用車両の圧縮空気式ブレーキ装置用の、2つの別個の作業接続部にかかっているブレーキ圧を、車輪スリップに依存して制御または調整するための圧力調整モジュールであって、系統毎にその都度1つのリレー弁を備えた2系統式の弁ユニットが設けられており、両リレー弁のそれぞれの制御入力部に、その都度1つの制御電磁弁が対応配置されている形式のものに関する。
本発明の第1の択一的な構成では、両制御電磁弁が3ポート2位置切換弁として形成されており、該制御電磁弁が、別の弁の介在なしに、その都度のリレー弁の制御入力部を排気部または制御圧に接続する。両制御電磁弁を相応に起動制御することにより、作業接続部にかかるブレーキ圧はABSの意味で個別的に減じられたり、保持されたり、高められたりすることができる。このために本発明により、背景技術では3つ必要であった制御電磁弁が2つだけでよくなるので、圧力調整モジュールはより小型に、より軽量に、かつより安価に製作可能となる。
以下に図面を参照しながら本発明の実施例について詳説する。

図1には符号1で、圧力調整モジュールの有利な実施例が示されている。この圧力調整モジュール1は本発明により2系統式圧力調整モジュールとして形成されており、弁ユニット2と、該弁ユニット2に機械的かつ電気的に直接接続された電子ユニット4とを有している。圧力調整モジュール1は有利な実施形態では、商用車両の圧縮空気式ブレーキ装置内に統合されている。
Claims (12)
- 車両、特に商用車両の圧縮空気式ブレーキ装置用の、2つの別個の作業接続部(30,32)にかかっているブレーキ圧を、車輪スリップに依存して制御または調整するための圧力調整モジュール(1)であって、系統(A,B)毎にその都度1つのリレー弁(6,8)を備えた2系統式の弁ユニット(2)が設けられている形式のものにおいて、両リレー弁(6,8)のそれぞれの制御入力部(14,16)に、その都度唯一の、3ポート2位置切換弁(10,12)として2つの切換位置を備えて形成された制御電磁弁(10,12)が対応配置されていることを特徴とする、車両の圧縮空気式ブレーキ装置用の圧力調整モジュール。
- 制御電磁弁(10,12)が、
−別の弁の介在なしに、その都度のリレー弁(6,8)の制御入力部(14,16)を排気部(28)または制御圧(54)に接続する、または
−別の唯一の制御電磁弁(76)と相俟って、その都度のリレー弁(6,8)の制御入力部(14,16)を排気部(28)、制御圧(80)または圧縮空気貯蔵(22)に接続する、
請求項1記載の圧力調整モジュール。 - 両制御電磁弁(10,12)が、電子式の制御/調整ユニット(72)により、互いに無関係に起動制御されており、かつ入力側で制御圧(54)に連通し、出力側でその都度、対応配置されたリレー弁(6,8)の制御入力部(14,16)および排気部(28)に連通している、請求項2記載の圧力調整モジュール。
- 制御電磁弁(10,12)が、通電されていないばね負荷された基本位置で、制御圧(54)をリレー弁(6,8)の制御入力部(14,16)に通し、通電されると、リレー弁(6,8)の制御入力部(14,16)を排気部(28)に通す、請求項3記載の圧力調整モジュール。
- その都度の系統(A,B)の作業接続部(30,32)における圧力保持のために、対応配置された制御電磁弁(10,12)が制御/調整ユニット(72)により交互に増圧位置と減圧位置とに反復切換されている、請求項4記載の圧力調整モジュール。
- 別の制御電磁弁(76)が、電子式の制御/調整ユニット(72)により起動制御される別の3ポート2位置切換弁により形成され、該3ポート2位置切換弁が入力側で制御圧(80)に連通し、出力側で両制御電磁弁(10,12)の入力部(50,52)および圧縮空気貯蔵(22)に連通している、請求項2から5までのいずれか1項記載の圧力調整モジュール。
- 別の制御電磁弁(76)が、通電されていないばね負荷された基本位置で、制御圧(80)を両制御電磁弁(10,12)の入力部(50,52)に通し、通電されると、両制御電磁弁(10,12)の入力部(50,52)を圧縮空気貯蔵(22)に通す、請求項6記載の圧力調整モジュール。
- 別の制御電磁弁(76)が、制御圧(80)とは無関係に、加速時に発生する車輪スリップまたは横加速度に依存して操作されている、請求項7記載の圧力調整モジュール。
- 別の制御電磁弁(76)が、弁ユニット(2)を収容するハウジング(78)内に統合されている、請求項8記載の圧力調整モジュール。
- 別の制御電磁弁(76)が、両リレー弁(6,8)と、対応配置された制御電磁弁(10,12)とから成る、残りの弁ユニット(2)を収容するハウジング(78)の外側に配置されており、かつ弁ユニット(2)に接続可能に形成されている、請求項9記載の圧力調整モジュール。
- 両リレー弁(6,8)の中心軸線が同軸的かつ水平に配置されている、請求項1から10までのいずれか1項記載の圧力調整モジュール。
- 横加速度を検出するための加速度ピックアップが設けられており、該加速度ピックアップが有利には電子ユニット(4)内に統合されている、請求項1から11までのいずれか1項記載の圧力調整モジュール。
