Abstract
Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.約1nm乃至約100nmの一次粒度を有するナノスケール充填剤からな る歯科材料。 2.約0.0001Pasから約1Pasまでの粘度を有する、請求項1の歯科材料 。 3.前記ナノスケール充填剤を有する歯科材料が安定で非沈降性のゾルを形成 する、請求項2の歯科材料。 4.前記充填剤がナノスケール材料の化学的表面処理により製造され、該表面 処理によりナノスケール材料が約1Pas以下の粘度の歯科材料と安定なゾルを形 成できる、歯科材料で使用するための約1nm乃至約100nmの粒度を有する 充填剤。 5.前記表面処理が前記ナノスケール材料のシラン化を含む、請求項4の充填 剤。 6.シラン化を非水溶剤中で行う、請求項5の充填剤。 7.シリル化剤が少なくとも一つの重合性二重結合および水で加水分解される 少なくとも一つの基を有する、請求項5の充填剤。 8.シリル化剤が、3−メタクリルオキシプロピルトリメトキシシラン、3− メタクリルオキシプロピルジメトキシモノクロロシラン、3−メタクリルオキシ プロピルジクロロモノメトキシシラン、メタクリルオキシプロピルトリクロロシ ラン、3−メタクリルオキシプロピルジクロロモノメチルシラン、3−メタクリ ルオキシプロピルモノクロロジメチルシランおよびそれらの混合物 からなる群から選択される、請求項7の充填剤。 9.前記充填剤が、粉砕したガラスまたは石英、高度に分散したシリカ、ゼオ ライト、ラポナイト、カオリナイト、バーミキュライト、雲母、セラミック金属 酸化物、アルミナ、発熱性シリカ、チタン、ジルコニウム、ゲルマニウム、スズ 、亜鉛、鉄、クロム、バナジウム、タンタル、ニオブおよびそれらの混合物 からなる群から選択される、請求項4の充填剤。 10.前記充填剤が、高剪断力の適用後、1Pas以下の粘度の、歯科材料と 安定で非沈降性のゾルを形成する、請求項4の充填剤。 11.前記高剪断力が音波処理により達成される、請求項10の充填剤。 12.請求項4の充填剤からなる歯科結合材。 13.非沈降性ナノスケール充填剤が歯科結合材の結合強度および周縁品質を 改良する、請求項12の歯科結合材。 14.請求項4の充填剤からなる歯科ワニス。 15.非沈降性ナノスケール充填剤が歯科ワニスの摩耗抵抗性および表面硬度 を改良する、請求項14の歯科ワニス。 16.重合性材料および充填剤からなる歯科材料であって、該歯科材料が、歯 科材料の100重量%基準で約0.01乃至約20重量%の当該充填材料、およ び歯科材料の100重量%基準で約10乃至約90重量%の当該重合性材料から なる。 17.前記重合性材料が、少なくとも一つの飽和二重結合を有するメタクリラ ートモノマーおよびアクリラートモノマー、およびそれらの混合物からなる群か ら選択される、請求項16の歯科材料。 18.前記重合性材料が光硬化性である、請求項16の歯科材料。 19.前記充填剤が、約1nm乃至約100nmの一次粒度を有する、請求項 16の歯科材料。 20.前記充填剤が、粉砕したガラスまたは石英、高度に分散したシリカ、ゼ オライト、ラポナイト、カオリナイト、バーミキュライト、雲母、セラミック金 属酸化物、アルミナ、発熱性シリカ、チタン、ジルコニウム、ゲルマニウム、ス ズ、亜鉛、鉄、クロム、バナジウム、タンタル、ニオブおよびそれらの混合物か らなる群から選択される、請求項19の歯科材料。
