Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 整列した貫通チャネルを有する支持体を含むアッセイを実施するためのデ バイスであって、前記チャネルはサンプル適用表面上に広がっており、サンプル 適用表面の少なくとも1区域内のチャネルにはアナライトに結合し得る第1結合 物質が設けられており、前記支持体は電気化学的に製造された金属酸化物膜であ ることを特徴とする前記デバイス。 2. 第1結合物質が核酸プローブ、抗体、抗原、レセプター、ハプテン及びレ セプターに対するリガンドからなる群から選択されることを特徴とする請求の範 囲第1項に記載のデバイス。 3. 第1結合物質が支持体に共有結合していることを特徴とする請求の範囲第 1項または第2項に記載のデバイス。 4. 金属酸化物膜が酸化アルミニウムからなることを特徴とする請求の範囲第 1項〜第3項のいずれかに記載のデバイス。 5. 第1結合物質をその場で合成することを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項〜第 4項のいずれかに記載のデバイスの製造方法。 6. 第1結合物質を合成するための化合物をインクジェット技術を用いて特定 区域に適用することを特徴とする請求の範囲 第5項に記載のデバイスの製造方法。 7. 化合物を静電引力を用いて適用することを特徴とする請求の範囲第6項に 記載のデバイスの製造方法。 8. 第1結合物質をインクジェット技術を用いて特定区域に適用することを特 徴とする請求の範囲第1項〜第4項のいずれかに記載のデバイスの製造方法。 9. 第1結合物質を静電引力を用いて適用することを特徴とする請求の範囲第 8項に記載のデバイスの製造方法。 10. プローブベースのアッセイを実施する請求の範囲第1項〜第4項のいず れかに記載のデバイスの製造における電気化学的に製造した金属酸化物膜の使用 。 11. 請求の範囲第1項〜第4項のいずれかに記載のデバイスを含むキットで あって、更に第1結合物質とアナライト間で結合が生じたかどうかを調べるため の検出手段を含むことを特徴とする前記キット。 12. 検出手段が標識を有する第2結合物質を含むことを特徴とする請求の範 囲第11項に記載のキット。 13. 標識が発色反応を生起し得るか及び/またはバイオ−もしくは化学−も しくは光ルミネセンスを生じさせ得ることを 特徴とする請求の範囲第12項に記載のキット。 14. サンプル中のアナライトの検出方法であって、 a)サンプルを請求の範囲第1項〜第4項のいずれかに記載のデバイスと接触さ せるステップ、 b)第1結合物質とアナライトとを結合させるステップ、及び c)第1結合物質とアナライトとの間で結合が生じたかを検出するステップ を含む前記方法。 15. アナライトが核酸からなることを特徴とする請求の範囲第14項に記載 の方法。 16. 核酸がヒト免疫不全ウィルスから誘導され得ることを特徴とする請求の 範囲第15項に記載の方法。
