Abstract
a. Procédé pour récupérer un oxyde ou hydroxyde de métal alcalin ou alcalino-terreux à partir d'une solution contenant des produits chimiques organiques et d'autres impuretés. b. Il se caractérise en ce que l'on ajoute à ladite solution un oxyde d'un métal de transition convenable choisi dans le groupe contenant Ti, Fe, Ce, Ni et Mn, on brûle ladite solution en obtenant un produit contenant un composé constitué par un oxyde mixte dudit métal alcalin ou alcalino-terreux et dudit métal de transition, on lave consécutivement ledit oxyde mixte dans de l'eau froide, puis on submerge la masse fondue ainsi lavée en obtenant une solution d'oxyde ou d'hydroxyde de métal alcalin ou alcalino-terreux et un précipité dudit oxyde de métal de transition et, consécutivement, on sépare ledit précipité pour le recycler dans ledit premier stade d'addition et on récupère une solution dudit oxyde de métal alcalin ou alcalino-terreux. c. Industrie du papier notamment.
