Description
Die Erfindung betrifft einen Befülladapter für einen mit Medien (z.B. Öle, Gase, Kältemittel und dergleichen) zu befüllenden Behälter, insbesondere für eine Erstbefüllung von Behältern mit Betriebsstoffen an Montagelinien zur Herstellung von Kraftfahrzeugen, wobei der Befülladapter mit einem Schlauchpaket, elektrischen, pneumatischen und hydraulischen Leitungen ausgestattet ist. Ein diesbezüglich typisches Anwendungsgebiet sind Kraftfahrzeuge, für die eine Befüllung von Gehäusen, Kreisläufen, Ausgleichbehältern und dergleichen mit Kraft-, Schmier-, Kühl- und sonstigen Betriebsstoffen notwendig ist. Hierbei müssen die Fahrzeuge im Herstellungsprozess beispielsweise mit Bremsöl, Servoöl, Kühlflüssigkeit, Kältemittel, Wischwasser und Kraftstoff befüllt werden. Diese Medien werden mit Befüllanlagen über Schläuche und spezielle Adapter in die jeweiligen Kreisläufe der Fahrzeuge eingespeist.For many technical applications, containers must be filled with liquids or gases. Diese Variante ermöglicht einen einfachen Schaltungsaufbau. Weiterhin sind lediglich zwei Ventile im Befülladapter und nur zwei Medienleitungen im Schlauchpaket notwendig. Nachteilig ist allerdings, dass ein großer Querschnitt zweimal (1x für Füllen, 1x für Vakuum) in den zu füllenden Behälter gezogen werden muss. Ein wesentlicher Vorteil dieser Variante ist, dass der große Querschnitt nur einmal in den zu füllenden Behälter gezogen werden muss. Hierdurch ergibt sich eine erhebliche Vergrößerung des möglichen Querschnitts. Nachteilig ist jedoch der aufwendigere Aufbau. So sind jeweils drei Ventile im Adapterkopf und drei Medienleitungen im Schlauchpaket sowie ein zusätzliches Ventil in der Anlage notwendig. Claims (3)
- A filling adapter for a container to be filled with media, particularly for the initial filling of containers with operating fluids on assembly lines for manufacturing motor vehicles, wherein the filling adapter is equipped with a hose pack, electric, pneumatic, and hydraulic lines; wherein the filling adapter comprises a barrel and a ball piece and is operatively connected to two media lines in a hose pack; wherein redistribution of the media takes place in the adapter head in which a filling valve and a vacuum valve are disposed, each of which being connected to the barrel, characterized in that a ventilation line is branched off via a check valve from a vacuum line in the hose pack and connected to the ball piece.
- The filling adapter according to claim 1, characterized in that, during evacuation, the vacuum valve is opened and the check valve remains closed, such that the vacuum is drawn over the barrel.
