Definitions

  • the invention relates to a piece of furniture with a furniture body and a hinged to a horizontal pivot axis, furniture flap, wherein the furniture flap is movably mounted on a furniture body mounted on the furniture body relative to the furniture body, wherein the furniture drive comprises: an associated with the furniture flap actuator arm, wherein on the Stellarm the furniture flap is movable, the actuating arm kraftbeauf muchde main spring, a lockable opening device for moving the furniture flap from a closed position to an open position, a locking device for locking the opening device, at least in the closed position on the furniture flap or the actuating arm fitting trigger element, wherein the trigger element with the locking device is connected and wherein the locking device can be unlocked by the triggering element in an override of the furniture flap in the closing direction
  • Furniture flaps are used in a variety of ways.
  • a so-called touch-latch device (opening device) is arranged in the region of the furniture body. This allows when pressing the closed furniture flap ejecting the furniture flap in the opening direction.
  • the opening device is mounted in the lower region of the furniture body and acts directly on the furniture flap, the ejector of the opening device rests only on a first ejection path on the movable furniture part. After completing the ejection movement, the flap must be lifted manually, partially supported by the main spring.
  • the AT 009 076 U1 forms a generic stranger state of the art, since there is no on the furniture flap or on the actuating arm fitting - but only fixedly connected - trigger element is shown, which must always be adversely affected with the furniture flap or the actuator arm.
  • a disadvantage of these designs is that especially at high valves, the ejectors only allow a relatively small opening angle of the furniture flap. This is often less than 5 degrees. This means that the user still has to perform a relatively long opening path of the furniture flap automatically. To increase the opening angle, it would be possible to make the ejectors much longer.
  • these ejectors protrude far with the door open and are a hindrance to the use of the furniture and affect the aesthetics of the furniture.
  • Another disadvantage is that with very heavy valves, the ejectors (also called TIP-ON) do not have enough power to perform the ejection process. Furthermore, it is disadvantageous that it is often difficult to match the spring force of the ejector to the spring force of the main spring.
  • the object of the present invention is therefore to provide a given over the prior art improved furniture drive for a movable furniture flap.
  • the above-mentioned disadvantages are to be eliminated and the user is provided a furniture flap drive available, which significantly increases the ease of use.
  • This object is achieved for a furniture drive with the features of the preamble of claim 1, characterized in that the opening device is in communication with the actuating arm via a connecting device and that by the unlocked opening device opening force on the actuating arm for opening the movable furniture flap on the actuator arm can be applied.
  • This has the advantage that the opening device no longer acts separately on the furniture flap, but ejects the already associated with the furniture flap actuator arm in the opening direction. As a result, a separate TIP-ON mechanism in the lower part of the furniture body is no longer necessary. Furthermore, a direct power transmission from the opening device to the actuator arm is possible by the connecting device.
  • the trigger element loose on the furniture flap or on the actuator arm is applied.
  • the trigger element is connected to the locking device via a transmission mechanism, which is preferably formed separately from the furniture flap.
  • This transmission mechanism can be arranged along the side wall of the furniture body and effect the transmission of the triggering. The further down in the area of the furniture body this release element is arranged, the better an already slight movement of the furniture flap in the closing direction can be registered.
  • the opening device has an opening spring acting on the actuating arm in the opening direction, wherein the opening spring is formed separately from the main spring.
  • the locking device between the opening spring and the connecting device is arranged to act and prevents in the locking position, a power transmission between the opening spring and the connecting device. That is, the locking takes place in the mechanism between the acting in the opening direction of the opening spring and acting on the furniture flap actuating arm. When unlocking the spring force of the opening spring can unfold and act on the connecting device on the actuator arm and thus on the furniture flap.
  • the force acting on the furniture flap opening force is greater at least in a first portion of the opening movement than acting in this section on the actuator arm locking force.
  • This locking force can come from the main spring and / or the weight of the furniture flap itself.
  • the main spring is preferably balanced so that it always keeps the furniture flap neutral. This means that the furniture flap can be easily moved by the user and as soon as the user releases the furniture flap, it remains in the release position.
  • a particular advantage over the prior art is the larger ejected opening angle, wherein the first portion of the opening movement in an opening angle of the furniture flap between 0 ° and 15 °, preferably up to 20 °, no matter how high the furniture flap.
  • the opening spring of the opening device can be tensioned in an opening angle range of the furniture flap lying outside the first section of the opening movement.
  • the user automatically loads the spring of the ejection device when closing the movable furniture flap.
  • the opening spring when closing the furniture flap preferably in an opening angle range between 150 ° and 15 °, more preferably between 75 ° and 25 °, can be tensioned.
  • the opening device acts only on the connecting device - and not on the furniture flap. That is, the opening device is thus not - as in the prior art - directly on the furniture flap, but unfolds its effect indirectly via a connecting device on the actuator arm.
  • the opening spring acts directly on the actuating arm, wherein the opening spring and the actuating arm forms the connecting device, but for the power transmission, the interposition of at least one, the connecting device forming lever cheaper.
  • a connection device is not considered the furniture flap, but the opening device is connected to the actuating arm via a separate from the furniture flap connecting device.
  • the connecting device between opening device and actuator arm is formed separately from the triggering element.
  • the trigger element rests directly on the actuating arm and detects an overpressure, yet the opening force is not transmitted via this trigger element - but via a separate connection device - on the actuator arm. Thereby, the opening force transmission can be made more efficient.
  • the triggering element, the transmission mechanism, the locking device, the opening device and the connecting device are designed in operation as a structural unit.
  • the separate in the prior art TIP-ON mechanism is structurally integrated directly into the furniture drive and with the remaining components of the unit directly - and not on the furniture or the furniture flap - connected.
  • this unit can be applied to a Stellarman extract (including main spring, lever mechanism and actuating arm) via a mounting plate or retrofitted (see Fig. 1 to 12 ) or directly integrated into the Stellarman extract (see Fig. 13 to 22nd ).
  • the abutment lever of the connecting device via at least one connecting element, preferably via a connecting pin and preferably form-fitting, is connected to an element of a lever arm connected to the actuating arm. It does not necessarily have to be provided that the said element (or also the actuating arm) is part of a lever mechanism.
  • the touch-latch mechanism can be attached laterally to a known lever mechanism.
  • the second embodiment shows a built-in lever system (Stellarman für) version.
  • the release can be moved relatively close to the pivot axis.
  • the closer a detection is to the pivot axis of the furniture flap the more sensitively and precisely the triggering must react and be set. This is difficult to handle due to the often necessary tolerances.
  • the actuating arm is formed in two parts, wherein in the closed position of the furniture flap a first, attached to the furniture flap part relative to the second part, via a lever mechanism (and thereby motion-coupled with the main spring) of the furniture drive, is movable. This means that when pressing on the flap located in the closed position, not the entire lever mechanism must be pressed against the main spring, but only the immediate flap fitting is moved with the first part of the actuator arm.
  • a release element by which the locking device can be unlocked when the furniture flap is over-pressed in the closing direction, in the closed position of the furniture flap on first part of the actuating arm is applied.
  • the two parts are pivotable relative to each other and that between the two parts in the opening direction acting on the first part of energy storage is arranged.
  • the furniture flap has a vertical or possibly also inclined pivot axis.
  • the furniture flap is pivotable about a horizontal pivot axis.
  • Fig. 1 shows a furniture drive 51, in the background on the one hand a mounted on a mounting plate 62 lever assembly 57 (actuator arm assembly) with the actuator arm 52 and the main spring 59 is shown and on the other hand in the foreground a module plate 58 with attached opening device 10, connecting device 54 and locking device 17th Auch is the Transmission device 55 is shown, which passes on the housing 68 and the release bar 69 triggered by the furniture flap 11, not shown movement of the trigger element 53 to the locking device 17.

  • a rectangular fitting hole 67 is formed in the element 56 of the lever mechanism 57.
  • a connecting pin 54c engages positively.
  • This connecting pin 54c is fixedly connected to the abutment lever 54a and passes through the omission 60 in the module plate 58 therethrough. All movements of the push lever 54a and the entire lever mechanism 57 are transmitted via this connecting pin 54c.

It shows Fig. 5 the essential components of the touch-latch mechanism in the closed position SS. This entire mechanism is connected via the module plate 58 with the Stellarman extract and conceals them. The Stellarman extract itself is in turn attached to the furniture body 26 of the furniture 32 and is about the actuator arm 52 and the flap-side fitting 66 with the furniture flap 11 in conjunction. In this closed position SS, the trigger element 53 is against the furniture flap 11.

In addition, the opening spring 12 is connected via the guide pin 10n to the ejection lever 10a, which in turn is pivotable about the fixed pivot axis 10g connected to the mounting plate 62. At the right lower end, the ejection lever 10a has a pressure roller 10b, which abuts in the slightly depressed area between the abutment lever 54a and the tension curve 54d. • the furniture flap 11 is moved by hand further in the opening direction OR. Since in this further movement no spring force from the opening spring 12 on the ejection lever 10a and its pressure roller 10b acts on the cam 54d, the locking spring 17d can relax and pushes the articulated lever in the position according to Fig. 19 , In this case, the articulated lever pin 17j is again above the imaginary line between ejection pivot axis 54e and retaining tab 17k and the retaining lug 17b abuts on the locking pin 17e.
