Claims (8)

  1. Mécanisme de fermeture automatique d'une partie de meuble pouvant être retirée d'un corps de meuble par l'intermédiaire d'une glissière de retrait, présentant une partie de fermeture (10) sollicitant la partie de meuble pouvant être retirée (1), dans la direction de fermeture, dans une dernière partie du trajet d'insertion, au moyen d'un ressort (24), et dotée d'un levier (9) qui en pivotant autour d'un axe de pivotement (14) coopère avec le ressort (24) et qui est maintenu, dans une première position finale, par le ressort (24), dans une position reposant contre une butée (36) et, après le pivotement en passant par un point mort, est sollicité par celui-ci dans la direction d'une deuxième position finale, le mécanisme présentant également une glissière à coulisse pour le levier (9), comprenant une première et une deuxième surfaces de coulisse (25, 26) entre lesquelles pénètre le levier (9), lors de l'insertion de la partie de meuble pouvant être retirée (1) dans la dernière partie du trajet d'insertion, le levier étant pivoté à partir de la première surface de coulisse (25) en passant par le point mort alors que pour solliciter dans la direction de fermeture la partie de meuble retirée (1), il est tiré par le ressort contre la deuxième surface de coulisse (26),

    le mécanisme de fermeture automatique présente pour l'amortissement du mouvement d'insertion dans la dernière partie du trajet d'insertion, un dispositif d'amortissement qui coopère avec le levier (9) et amortit celui-ci lors de son pivotement en direction de la deuxième position finale, le levier (9) présente un segment intérieur (15) voisin de l'axe de pivotement (14) et un segment extérieur (16) rattaché à angle droit ceci jusqu'à l'extrémité libre du levier (9), et la deuxième surface de coulisse (26) est disposée sur au moins une partie de coulisse (29, 30) mobile ou pivotante qui, lors de l'introduction de la partie de meuble pouvant être retirée (1) et lorsque le levier (9) se trouve déjà dans sa deuxième position finale, peut être pivotée ou déplacée par le levier (9) à l'encontre de la force d'un ressort de rappel (33) dans une position dans laquelle le levier (9), qui se trouve dans sa deuxième position finale, peut pénétrer dans l'espace (27) situé entre les deux surfaces de coulisse (25, 26).

    une tige de piston (19) d'une unité piston-vérin d'amortissement (21), de préférence hydraulique, est reliée de façon pivotante au levier (9).
