Claims (17)
- Gargerät mit einer in einem Gehäuse (10) angeordneten Gargerätemuffel (11) und wenigstens einem Befestigungselement (12, 13) zur Befestigung der Gargerätemuffel (11) im Gehäuse (10), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Befestigungselement (12, 13) nach einem Beschichtungsprozess der Gargerätemuffel (11) an derselben befestigt ist.
- Gargerät nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Befestigungselement (12, 13) über wenigstens eine Schraubverbindung (14) an der Gargerätemuffel (11) befestigt ist.
- Gargerät nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Befestigungselement (12, 13) einen Teil einer Türlagereinheit bildet.
- Gargerät nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Befestigungselement (12, 13) über wenigstens drei, eine Ebene aufspannende Befestigungsstellen mit zumindest einem angrenzenden Bauteil (10a) gekoppelt ist.
- Gargerät nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein zwischen den Befestigungsstellen aufgespanntes Feld (19) innerhalb einer Wand (20, 21) des Befestigungselements (12, 13) liegt.
- Gargerät nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Wand (20, 21) des Befestigungselements (12, 13) von seiner Außenkontur im Wesentlichen dem von den Befestigungsstellen aufgespannten Feld (19) angepasst ist.
- Gargerät nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Befestigungselement (12, 13) im Wesentlichen als U-Profil ausgebildet ist.
- Gargerät nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass wenigstens ein Schenkel (23) des U-Profils eine Abkröpfung (28) aufweist.
- Gargerät nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Befestigungselement (13) wenigstens eine Prägung (24, 25, 26) aufweist.
- Gargerät zumindest nach Anspruch 3 und 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Prägung (24, 25) ein Sicherungsmittel für ein Scharnierteil (27) bildet.
- Gargerät nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Befestigungselement über die halbe Höhe des Gehäuses (10) ragt.
- Gargerät nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Befestigungselement (12, 13) über seine Schnittgeometrie in zumindest einer Richtung (29) positioniert ist.
- Gargerät nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Gargerätemuffel (11) und ein Gargeräteflansch (30) von getrennten Bauteilen gebildet sind.
- Gargerät nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Anbindungslappen (31) des Gargeräteflansches (30) und ein Anbindungslappen (32) der Gargerätemuffel (11) gekoppelt sind.
- Befestigungselement (12, 13) zur Befestigung einer Gargerätemuffel (11) in einem Gehäuse (10) eines Gargeräts, insbesondere nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, gekennzeichnet durch die Ausbildung als Teil einer Türlagereinheit.
- Befestigungselement (12, 13) nach Anspruch 15, gekennzeichnet durch wenigstens ein Befestigungsmittel (33, 34, 35, 36, 37) zur Herstellung einer kraftschlüssigen und/oder formschlüssigen Verbindung mit der Gargerätemuffel (11).
- Verfahren zur Montage eines Gargeräts nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Befestigungselement (12, 13) nach einem Beschichtungsprozess der Gargerätemuffel (11) an derselben befestigt wird.
