- FIG. 1 schematically shows a link guide designed according to the invention 20 'shown, with smooth-running rollers 21' and 22 ' on the rail 8 'attached to the rotating frame 1' transversely to the transport direction 5 ', as indicated by the double arrow, is displaceable.
- the link guide 20 ' can also be on a completely separate rail, which is attached to the rotating frame 1 ', transversely to the transport direction 5' be led.
- a track 41 ' is guided in the guide 20', whose edges 410 'protrude approximately step-like parts 411' with larger Wide and recessed portions 412 'of narrower width exhibit. This type of edge contour can generally be considered diffuse or are more precisely referred to as stepped wave edge.
- This track 41 ' is inserted in the guide 20 'in such a way that it is above and below as well as on the edges 410 'with only little play through the thus drawn through the guide 20 'opening becomes.
- the link guide 20 'laterally moved with this You can say that the slide guide '20' swims with the track 41, i.e. their forcibly moves sideways.
- the scenery guide 20 ' has a straight edge 23 ', the sensor 7' a reference edge supplies. Instead of the diffuse edge 410 'of the web 41' with the front and recessed parts 411 'and 412' the sensor 7 'feels the as Straight edge 23 'of the guide 20' serving as reference edge.
- This reference edge follows through the forced movement of the link guide 20 'of the movement of the web 41', and can therefore be lateral Control and guidance of the web 41 'can be used.
- FIG. 13 and 14 is a schematic front view and Top view of the backdrop guide shown in its structure.
- the Rollers 21 'and 22' are attached to a bracket 24 'to which a Holding frame 25 'is attached to a base part 26'.
- a recess 27' is incorporated, in which on the one hand the web 41 'and on the other hand a transverse to the transport direction within the guide 20 ', corresponding to the double arrow in Fig. 12, adjustable part 30 '.
- Both, track 41 'and adjustable Part 30 ' are opposite the recess 27' by a cover 28 ' covered, for example with four screws 280 'on the base part 26 'and the holding frame 25' is attached.
- the track lies 4 'with its projecting parts 411' on the right in FIG. 12 on one first fixed lateral stop 29 'on the left in Fig. 12 at one second side stop 31 ', which according to the adjustability of part 30 'is adjustable, with its underside in the recess 27 'of the base part 26' and is on the upper side of the cover 28 'covered and held.
- the one between these delimiting parts 29 ', 27', 31 'and 28' formed space is dimensioned so that the Track 41 'on the one hand can slide well without much frictional loss and on the other hand, a sufficiently dimensioned lateral positive guidance for the guide 20 'forms.
- the side Play approx. 0.2 mm each and the height play approx. 0.5 mm.
- the adjustable part 30 forms one laterally adjustable stop 31 'of maximum web width, 13 and 14, as shown in FIGS fixed lateral stop 29 'is adjustable.
- These are in the cover 28 'two elongated holes 281' are provided. In these slots 281 'are set screws 328'. These locking screws 328 'are connected to the adjustable part 30', hold it to the Cover 28 'is firm, after loosening with it transversely to the transport direction 5 'slidable and hold it in the new position after tightening.
- an adjustable side stop is simple 31 'formed within the link guide 20'.
- the link guide 20 ' is made of lightweight material, in particular Made of aluminum to make it easy to go along with low weight to support with the lateral movement of the web guided in it.
- FIG. 12 is a dashed line parallel to the path 41 'a second track 42' is shown.
- This web 42 ' has waves shaped edges 420 'with protruding bellies 421' and receding Notches 422 '.
- This track 42 ' is a second backdrop guide 202 'provided, the dashed lines in Fig. 12 is shown.
- This second link guide 202 ' is through Means not shown with the first link guide 20 'mechanically connected.
- the backdrop guide according to the invention can be in a further embodiment also be designed such that one or preferably one Variety of very narrow bands, such as in particular only one mm or a few mm wide metal straps, for example as security strips be incorporated into banknotes and where the direct Detection of the straight edge because of the small web width considerable difficulties in edge detection by the sensor makes, in the scenery in one or a variety of culverts is or are managed.
- one or preferably one Variety of very narrow bands such as in particular only one mm or a few mm wide metal straps, for example as security strips be incorporated into banknotes and where the direct Detection of the straight edge because of the small web width considerable difficulties in edge detection by the sensor makes, in the scenery in one or a variety of culverts is or are managed.
- the backdrop guide designed according to the invention created an inexpensive part that is common to all conventional Web edge controls the flutter problem in processing of webs with diffuse edges on simple, reliable and cheap way solves. Furthermore, the invention creates the possibility one or a large number of particularly narrow bands next to one another to guide and laterally by means of the common reference edge to control.
