  • a package consisting of at least one carrying a packaged carrier portion according to the preamble of independent claim 1.
  • at least one support portion is firmly connected to a surrounding protective cover in such a package, so that the packaged such as B. a blister film can not be damaged accidentally.
  • a generic comparable packaging has become known, for example, by GB-A-2 266 880.
  • the protective case forms a kind of plug-in case, in which the blister portion is attached in one piece on a narrow side.
  • a disadvantage of this packaging is that the protective cover is not pressure resistant, because it has no stable side walls. In addition, dust and dirt can penetrate in the corners.
  • a side wall forms a hinge strip, which is connected to the abutting box side walls such that the support portion is pivotable in the use position in the plane of the bottom portion and that the abutting box side walls are stabilized at least in the rest position, wherein the support portion is hinged to the hinge strip ,
  • the connection is advantageously carried out via a respective Gelenkfalz that connects the hinge strip in any possible relative position with the abutting box side walls.
  • the abutting box side walls are formed as approximately prismatic hollow side walls, each with an outer wall and an inner wall, which can be rectified parallelogram from the plane of the bottom portion.
  • each Gelenkfalz can connect to an outer wall of a hollow side wall.
  • Packages from a single blank with hollow side walls, for example, have already become known from EP-A-172 133. Such packaging has the advantage that it can be delivered as a prefabricated blanks in a flat state and that after erection of the hollow side walls good pressure stability is achieved.
  • the lid portion may be hinged to the bottom portion in exactly the same manner as the carrier portion.
  • it can likewise be arranged on a wall section which is connected to the adjoining box side walls via a respective joint fold.
  • the tightness of the package can be further increased when the lid portion is hinged to the hinge strip parallel box side wall and when arranged at the transverse to the hinge strip box side walls each have a dust flaps.
  • At least one second carrier section may be arranged on a first carrier section via a hinge web.
  • the hinge web ensures at the same time for a certain distance between the two support sections in the rest position. It would also be possible to string several carrier sections accordion-like.
  • the lid portion can be held with at least one adhesive strip in the closed position. It would also be conceivable, however, at least one insertion tongue, as is already known in cartons in itself.
  • the carrier section may, for example, carry a blister foil with sealed-in packaged goods.
  • blister films are also used in particular for packaging pharmaceutical products, such as pills or capsules.
  • the support portion may have openings, wherein the blister sheet is bonded to the support portion such that the welded Packaged, such as tablets or capsules in the area of the openings is. In this way, the packaged goods can be pressed for removal through the openings.
  • the support section can also carry at least one individual container which can be separated at a predetermined breaking point.
  • the single container can be a bottle-like or ampoule-like structure made of plastic material. It is also conceivable a foil bag, tubular bag or the like. Such containers are also used for example for the delivery of patterns for perfume, ointments, etc.
  • the individual container may have a removal opening with a closure element and the closure element may be connected directly or indirectly to the support section and the predetermined breaking point may be arranged between removal opening and closure element such that the individual container is opened after separation.
  • Particularly advantageous may be arranged on the support portion a whole contiguous series of individual containers.
  • the invention also relates to a method for producing and filling a packaging described above, having the features in claim 12.
  • a significant rationalization effect is thereby achieved in that the production of a stable box and the captive attachment of the packaged goods on the same packaging line can be done one behind the other.
  • the carrier section remains on the same horizontal plane as the bottom section, even after the box has been erected and glued, so that the packaged goods can be glued on.
  • the blanks used for the production of the box are preferably printed beforehand, wherein a further advantage of the packaging is that the end faces may also contain information that is easily visible during storage.
  • a separate leaflet can be inserted into the box.
  • a leaflet could be mounted on the inside of the lid portion, and preferably before erecting the box.
  • Figure 1 shows a single contiguous blank 15, for example made of cardboard or a laminate with a rectangular bottom portion 4, at its longitudinal sides, the longitudinal side walls 5, 5 'and at its transverse sides, the transverse side walls 6, 6' connect. At the transverse side walls 6, 6 'is ever a dust flap 12 connects.
  • a support portion 2 and on the longitudinal side wall 5 ' a lid portion 3 is arranged.
  • Adhesive tabs 9 are also arranged at the ends of the longitudinal side walls 5, 5 '.
  • the different material sections are separated by fold lines 11 from each other.
  • the incisions 10 extend, as can be seen, over the entire width (corresponding to the later height) of the longitudinal side wall 5.
  • the alternative blank 16 according to FIG. 2 differs from the blank described above only in that the longitudinal side walls 5, 5 'and the transverse side walls 6, 6' are connected to one another by a respective joint fold.
  • the entire longitudinal side wall 5 forms a hinge strip 7, which can be folded out around the joint fold 14.
  • the blank 17 according to FIG. 3 shows, in addition to a first carrier section 2a, a second carrier section 2b.
  • the two support sections are hingedly connected to each other via a hinge web 18.
  • the configuration of the remaining material sections is the same as in the embodiment according to FIG.
  • FIG. 4 shows the packaging 1 after the erection and bonding of the side walls.
  • the adhesive tabs 9 are glued to the transverse side walls 6 and 6 ⁇ .
  • the remaining side walls 8, 8 'remain in the erected position, while the incisions 10 (FIG. 1) ensure that the articulated strip 7 and thus also the carrier section 2 can be folded out into the plane of the bottom section 4.
  • a blister sheet 20 is glued in the individual packaging chambers 21 are welded. After gluing the blister foil, the support section 2 is folded into the interior 22 of the box on the same packaging line.
  • FIG. 13 Through the openings 13, the back of the blister sheet 20 can be seen, wherein behind each opening is a packaging chamber. After folding the dust flaps 12 and the lid portion 3 is closed and preferably fixed with an adhesive tape or with a tuck.
  • FIG. 6 shows a packaging 1 produced from the blank 17 according to FIG. 3.
  • Separate blister foils 20a and 20b are likewise adhesively bonded to the two separate carrier sections 2a and 2b.
  • the support section 2b is placed around the hinge web 18 on the support section 2a, and subsequently the entire unit is moved into the box interior 22 worked.
  • a leaflet 19 is attached captive.
  • the box body is the same or similar in construction as in the exemplary embodiment according to FIG. 4.
  • the carrier sections 2 have a somewhat different configuration and instead of a blister foil, the carrier sections carry a plurality of individual containers.
  • the individual containers 23 have the shape of a substantially round vial with a pour spout or with a removal opening 24.
  • the removal openings are closed by a closure element 25 and the closure elements are integrated in total in a fastening bar.
  • the fastening web 27 is glued to the support section 2. This itself has a floor plan that is slightly smaller than the floor plan of the bottom section 4.
  • the individual containers 23 themselves are not connected to the support section 2. When breaking a single container, the closure element 25 remains visible on the fastening web 27, so that the container is opened at the same time with the breaking.
  • an insertion tongue 28 is still arranged on the cover section 3, which can be inserted into a slot 30 after the carrier section has been folded into the box interior.
  • the carrier section 2 consists only of a relatively narrower one. Strips.
  • the individual containers 23 are ampoule-like structures of plastic material arranged in a continuous row 29. The individual ampoules can be released at the predetermined breaking point 26 from the support section 2, wherein subsequently also the closure element 25 must be turned off separately.
  • Such containers are suitable for example for the single dosage of adhesive or the like.
  • the two sections 2 and 2 'do not serve to accommodate separate blister foils. Rather, a single blister film is sandwiched between the two support sections 2 and 2 '. For this reason, the two sections are separated only by a fold line from each other.
  • the cut-out openings are different sizes.
  • the discharge openings 36 are slightly smaller than the product openings 37, but they are arranged in mirror image to the latter. The products welded in the blister film protrude from the product openings 37, wherein the pushing out takes place through the film at the discharge openings 36.
  • side walls are on the blank 31 each have an outer wall 32, 32 'an inner wall 33, 33', a connecting web 34, 34 'and an adhesive tab 35, 35' are arranged.
