- la portion du piston 11 destinée à faire étanchéité est constituée d'un joint torique 27 qui peut être rapporté sur le piston 11, ou obtenu par bi-injection ou surmoulage.
- selon ce mode de réalisation, le récipient intérieur comporte un tube plongeur 35 dont une extrémité est située au voisinage du fond du second récipient 30. L'autre extrémité du tube plongeur 35 est en communication avec la portion inférieure 13 du corps de valve 6. Le compartiment 40 formé à l'extérieur du récipient 30 ne comporte pas de tube plongeur.
- en position de fermeture, le piston 11 est en engagement avec la surface interne du joint 7 du corps de valve 6 via une couronne annulaire 28, renforçant ainsi l'étanchéité à la fermeture.

- la portion du piston 11 destinée à faire étanchéité est constituée d'une lèvre annulaire 29 formée par une pièce rapportée ou surmoulée sur la partie inférieure du gicleur.
Claims (25)
- Dispositif (1) comprenant un premier récipient (2) et un second récipient, (30) disposé à l'intérieur du premier, lesdits premier et second récipients délimitant un premier compartiment (40) contenant un premier produit sous pression, et un second compartiment (41) contenant, de manière isolée du premier, un second produit sous pression, le dispositif (1) comprenant une valve de distribution (5) comportant un passage de sortie (20) apte, en réponse à une commande d'actionnement, à être mis en communication sélective avec le premier et/ou le second produit, sans que ces derniers ne puissent être mis en contact l'un avec l'autre à l'intérieur de l'un ou l'autre desdits premier et second compartiments, une valve à ouverture unidirectionnelle (32) étant disposée entre les deux compartiments.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1 caractérisé en ce que la valve à ouverture unidirectionnelle (32) est prévue sur le second récipient (30).
- Dispositif (1) selon la revendication 1 ou 2 caractérisé en ce que la valve à ouverture unidirectionnelle (32) s'ouvre vers l'intérieur du second compartiment (41).
- Dispositif (1) selon la revendication 3 caractérisé en ce que le premier récipient (2) comprend un orifice équipé de moyens de fermeture (25), notamment sous forme d'un bouchon en élastomère, pour la pressurisation du premier compartiment (40) et du second compartiment (41) via la dite valve à ouverture unidirectionnelle (32).
- Dispositif (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4 caractérisé en ce que la valve à ouverture unidirectionnelle (32) comprend un clapet en matériau élastiquement déformable, notamment en élastomère thermoplastique ou réticulé.
- Dispositif (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5 caractérisé en ce que la valve de distribution (5) est agencée de manière à permettre la mise en communication simultanée ou quasi simultanée du passage de sortie (20) avec les premier et second compartiments (40, 41).
- Dispositif (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications qui précèdent caractérisé en ce que la valve de distribution (5) est reliée à un premier tube plongeur (26) dont une extrémité libre est disposée sensiblement au fond du premier récipient (2).
- Dispositif (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications qui précèdent caractérisé en ce que la valve de distribution (5) est reliée à un second tube plongeur (35) dont une extrémité libre est disposée sensiblement au fond du second récipient (30).
- Dispositif (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 8 caractérisé en ce que la valve (5) comprend un élément d'ouverture/fermeture (10) apte, en réponse à une commande d'actionnement, à passer d'une première position dans laquelle le passage de sortie (20) est isolé de manière étanche des premier et second compartiments (40, 41), à une seconde position dans laquelle le passage de sortie (20) est, de manière simultanée ou successive, mis en communication avec lesdits premier et second compartiments (40, 41).
- Dispositif (1) selon la revendication 9 caractérisé en ce que l'élément d'ouverture/fermeture (10) comprend un piston (11) apte à coulisser axialement à l'intérieur d'un corps de valve (6), ledit piston (11) séparant une première portion axiale (12) du corps de valve d'une seconde (13) qui, dans la première position de élément d'ouverture/fermeture (10), sont isolées de manière étanche l'une de l'autre.
- Dispositif (1) selon la revendication 10 caractérisé en ce que le piston (11) est solidaire d'une tige de valve (19) dont une partie émerge en dehors du corps de valve, ladite tige de valve étant traversée par ledit passage de sortie (20).
- Dispositif (1) selon la revendication 10 ou 11 caractérisé en ce que dans la première position de l'élément d'ouverture/fermeture (10), un élément d'étanchéité (14, 27, 29) du piston (11), notamment une lèvre ou un joint, obture de manière étanche au moins un orifice (15) traversant une paroi latérale (16) du corps de valve (6) et débouchant dans le premier compartiment (40), ledit élément d'étanchéité assurant en outre l'isolation étanche entre lesdites première et seconde portions axiales (12, 13) du corps de valve (6).
- Dispositif (1) selon la revendication 12 caractérisé en ce que dans la seconde position de l'élément d'ouverture/fermeture (10), ledit orifice (15) traversant la paroi latérale (16) est dégagé de manière à assurer la communication entre la première portion axiale (12) du corps de valve et le premier compartiment (40), la seconde portion axiale (13) du corps de valve, en communication avec le second compartiment (41), étant en communication avec la première portion axiale (12) du corps de valve (6).
- Dispositif (1) selon la revendication 13 caractérisé en ce que la communication entre les première et seconde portions axiales (12, 13) du corps de valve (6), lorsque l'élément d'ouverture/fermeture (10) est dans la seconde position, est assurée via au moins une rainure axiale (17) ménagée dans une paroi interne du corps de valve (6), et en regard de laquelle se trouve ledit élément d'étanchéité (14, 27, 29) lorsque l'élément d'ouverture/fermeture (10) est dans la seconde position.
- Dispositif (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications qui précèdent caractérisé en ce que la commande d'actionnement est appliquée via un organe de diffusion (50) couplé à la valve de distribution (5), et comportant au moins un orifice (51) pour la distribution, séparée ou en mélange, desdits premier et second produits.
- Dispositif (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes caractérisé en ce que le premier récipient (2) et le second récipient (30) sont réalisés en métal, notamment en fer blanc ou en aluminium, ou en matériau thermoplastique, notamment en chlorure de polyvinyle (PVC), en Polyéthylène Téréphtalate (PET) ou en un mélange Polyéthylène Téréphtalate (PET)/Polyéthylène Napthalate (PEN).
- Dispositif (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications qui précèdent caractérisé en ce que la valve de distribution (5) est montée sur le premier récipient (2), notamment par sertissage ou dudgeonnage.
- Dispositif (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes caractérisé en ce que le second récipient (30) est rendu solidaire de la valve de distribution (5), notamment par collage, soudure, encliquetage ou sertissage.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications qui précèdent caractérisé en ce que :i) le premier compartiment (40) est délimité par les premier (2) et second (30) récipients ;ii) le second compartiment (41) est délimité par le second récipient (30);iii) la valve à ouverture unidirectionnelle (32) s'ouvre en direction du second compartiment (41) ; etiv) la surface libre du premier produit est à distance non nulle de la valve à ouverture unidirectionnelle (32).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 19 caractérisé en ce que le premier compartiment (40) entoure le second récipient (30) sur au moins une partie de sa hauteur.
- Procédé pour conditionner de manière séparée deux produits, à distribuer en mélange ou de façon séparée, ledit procédé consistant à :a) disposer un premier produit à l'intérieur d'un premier compartiment (40) et un second produit, de manière isolée du premier, à l'intérieur d'un second compartiment (41), lesdits premier et second compartiments étant délimités par un premier récipient (2) et par un second récipient (30) disposé à l'intérieur du premier, le dispositif étant équipé d'une valve de distribution (5) comportant un passage de sortie (20) apte, en réponse à une commande d'actionnement, à être mis en communication sélective avec le premier et/ou le second produit, sans que ces derniers ne puissent être mis en contact l'un avec l'autre à l'intérieur de l'un ou l'autre desdits premier et second compartiments ;b) pressuriser lesdits premier et second compartiments (40, 41) via l'un d'entre eux, ces derniers étant séparés par une valve à ouverture unidirectionnelle (32).
- Procédé selon la revendication 21 caractérisé en ce que le passage de sortie (20) est mis en communication de manière simultanée ou quasi-simultanée avec les premier et second produits de manière à les distribuer de façon mélangée.
- Procédé selon la revendication 22 caractérisé en ce que le premier produit est un colorant et le second produit un oxydant, le mélange étant un produit de coloration capillaire.
- Procédé selon la revendication 21 caractérisé en ce que le passage de sortie (20) est mis en communication avec le premier produit (respectivement avec le second) puis, après distribution de tout ou partie du premier produit (respectivement du second), est mis en communication avec le second produit (respectivement avec le premier).
- Procédé selon la revendication 24 caractérisé en ce que l'un des produits est un réducteur de permanente, l'autre étant un fixateur, le réducteur de permanente étant à distribuer avant le fixateur.
