Der Führungsträger ist in und entgegen das Laufblech so bewegbar, daß bei Anwendung eines Zugmittels ohne Spieße das Zugmittel selbst oder bei Anwendung eines Zugmittels mit Spießen die Spieße durch einen Längsschlitz im Laufblech hindurch in eine Position oberhalb der Gleitfläche des Laufbleches, d. h. in den Laufpfad der Papierbahnen bzw. des Stranges bringbar angeordnet sind;

Hierdurch kann gesteuert werden, daß sich der Teil der Zugmittel 33; 34; 124, der Spieße 35 aufweist, nach dem Ende des Einziehvorganges, d. h. also während der Produktion nicht im Bereich des Längsfalztrichters 18 befindet.
Außerdem kann durch die Sensorabfrage beim Einziehvorgang von Papierbahnen 08; 09 gesteuert werden, daß mehrere endlose Zugmittel 33; 34; 124 pro Längsfalztrichter 18 bezüglich des spießfreien Bereiches so zueinander versetzt gefahren werden, daß stets ein, z. B. das linke oder rechte Zugmittel 33; 34; 124 mit den einzuziehenden Papierbahnen oder dem Strang in formschlüssigem Eingriff steht.
Vereinigungswalze 03/Andrückwalze 04 ergriffen werden und in den Erfassungsbereich der nachgeschalteten, angetriebenen Paarung Andrückrolle 59, 60/Zugrädern 37; 38 gelangen.
Heißsiegeleinrichtung 187 bewegt wird. Dort läuft der vorauslaufende Schenkel der heißversiegelbaren Fadenklammer 186 gegen eine Schräge der heißen Heißsiegeleinrichtung an und der erste Schenkel wird entgegen der Bahnlaufrichtung umgebogen. Ihm folgt der nachlaufende Schenkel der Fadenklammer 186, der ebenfalls entgegen der Laufrichtung so umgebogen wird, daß er auf der obersten Papierbahn zu liegen kommt. Durch diesen Vorgang, der in beliebigen Abständen wiederholt werden kann, werden die Papierbahnen miteinander zu einem "verblockten Strang 140" verblockt.
Vorzugsweise wird auch bei Verwendung eines endlichen Zugmittels, z. B. einer Rollenkette 87 oder Zahnriemens, die Länge der Zugmittel fast genauso lang sein (z. B. 5 cm kürzer), wie die Länge des geschlossenen, endlosen-Laufpfades, d. h. des Arbeitspfades 110 (Fig. 22) bzw. des Arbeitpfades 110 plus dem Speicherpfad 115 (Fig. 24). Hierdurch wird erreicht, daß trotz eines endlichen Zugmittels, wenn es gewollt ist, immer aus dem Trichtereinlaufblech 21 herausragende Spieße vorhanden sind und die dem Längsfalztrichter 18 zugeführten Papierbahnen bzw. der Strang 140 fortlaufend auf Spieße 35 aufgespießt werden können. Ist nun der Einziehvorgang beendet, so wird dafür Sorge getragen, daß keinerlei Spieße 35 mehr in dem Teil des Arbeitspfades 110 sind, der den Bewegungspfad der Papierbahnen bzw. des Stranges 140 entlang des Trichtereinlaufbleches 21 ausmacht. Um dieses zu erreichen, wird z. B. das endliche Zugmittel 33; 34; 124 mit seinen Spießen 35 gänzlich oder teilweise aus dem Arbeitspfad 110, in dem sich das Zugmittel während des Einziehvorganges bewegt, ausgeschleust und einem Speicherpfad 115 zugeführt (Fig. 22).
Entlang des Teilpfades 240 - der bei entsprechender Weichenstellung ein vorlaufender Teil des Speicherpfades 115 ist - sind eine Mehrzahl von Zugmittelantrieben 85 vorgesehen (Fig. 22, Fig. 23).
Die Andrück-Einrichtung 173 sollte in kurzem Abstand vom Austritts-Ort 174 vorgesehen sein, ab dem die Spieße 35 jeweils auf ihrem Weg in maximal möglicher "Aufspießlänge" aus dem Längsschlitz 98; 99 herausragen. Die Andrückrollen 59; 60 drücken die ankommenden Papierbahnen bzw. den Strang 140 soweit in die Spieße 35 bis sie den Teil 68 auf ihnen überwunden haben, der verhindert, daß die "aufgespießten" Papierbahnen bzw. der Strang 140 sich leicht von den Spießen 35 abhebt.
Das Zugmittel 33; 34; 124 hat in diesem Fall vorzugsweise eine stumpfe oder strukturierte den Papierbahnen bzw. Strang 140 zugewandte Transportfläche 176. Es kann endlich oder endlos sein und aus z. B. einem Zahnriemen, Band oder Keilriemen bestehen.
Die Transportfläche 176 soll einen möglichst hohen Reibwert gegen Papier aufweisen.
Zum Antrieb der Zugmittel 33; 34; 124 sind am Führungsschienenträger 225 mindestens ein, jedoch vorzugsweise eine Mehrzahl von Zugmittelantrieben 85 vorgesehen (Fig. 23, unterer Teil), deren Antriebsräder 37; 38; 210 jeweils gleichzeitig das Gegenlager bilden für die gegen das Zugmittel 33; 34; 124 an- und abstellbar angeordnete(n) Andrückeinrichtung(en) 173 (Fig. 2; Fig. 23, oberer Teil).

Claims (31)
- Verfahren zum Einziehen mindestens einer Papierbahn (05; 06; 07; 137, 138; 139; 141; 142) über einen Längsfalztrichter (18) einer Rollenrotationsdruckmaschine mit folgenden Schritten:mehrere Papierbahnen (05; 06; 07; 137, 138; 139; 141; 142) werden vor dem Längsfalztrichter (18) formschlüssig, stoffschlüssig oder reibschlüssig bzgl. einer Produktionsrichtung (B) miteinander verbunden und an einem gemeinsamen, mit einer Einrichtung zum Festhalten der Papierbahnen (05; 06; 07; 137, 138; 139; 141; 142) versehenen Einzugsmittel (33; 34; 87; 124) befestigt, wobei die Papierbahnen (05; 06; 07; 137, 138; 139; 141; 142) ausschließlich während des Einziehvorganges von Anfängen der Papierbahnen (05; 06; 07; 137, 138; 139; 141; 142) miteinander verbunden sind und während der Produktion nicht miteinander verbunden sind;die Anfänge der Papierbahnen (05; 06; 07; 137, 138; 139; 141; 142) werden mittels des gemeinsamen Einzugsmittels (33; 34; 87; 124) über den Längsfalztrichter (18) geführt.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mehrere einzuziehende Anfänge von Papierbahnen (05; 06; 07; 137, 138; 139; 141; 142) miteinander oder einzuziehende Anfänge von Papierbahnen (05; 06; 07; 137, 138; 139; 141; 142) und bereits eingezogene Papierbahnen (05; 06; 07; 137, 138; 139; 141; 142) miteinander zu einem Strang (140) verbunden werden, daß der so gebildete Strang (140) anschließend dem Längsfalztrichter (18) zugeführt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zum stoffschlüssigen Verbinden ein Kleber- oder Leimauftrag verwendet wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das stoffschlüssige Verbinden durch das sog. Pergamentieren erfolgt.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein oder mehrere einzuziehende Papierbahn-Anfänge alleine oder zusammen mit einer oder mehreren bereits eingezogenen Papierbahnen (05; 06; 07; 137, 138; 139; 141; 142) sich jeweils berührend aufeinanderliegend gemeinsam während des Einziehvorganges durch ein Gleichspannungs-Hochspannungsfeld bewegt werden und jeweils im Inneren eine elektrische Ladungsverschiebung erfahren und schließlich aufeinanderhaften und einen verblockten Strang (140) bilden.
- Vorrichtung zum Einziehen mindestens einer Papierbahn (05; 06; 07; 137, 138; 139; 141; 142) über einen Längsfalztrichter (18) einer Rollenrotationsdruckmaschine, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Vorrichtung vor dem Längsfalztrichter (18) mehrere Papierbahnen (05; 06; 07; 137, 138; 139; 141; 142) miteinander verbindend angeordnet ist und ein gemeinsames, mit einer Einrichtung zum Festhalten der Papierbahnen (05; 06; 07; 137, 138; 139; 141; 142) versehenes Einzugsmittel (33; 34; 87; 124) die verbundenen Papierbahnen (05; 06; 07; 137, 138; 139; 141; 142) über den Längsfalztrichter (18) führend angeordnet ist, wobei die Papierbahnen (05; 06; 07; 137, 138; 139; 141; 142) ausschließlich während des Einziehvorganges von Anfängen der Papierbahnen (05; 06; 07; 137, 138; 139; 141; 142) miteinander verbunden sind und während der Produktion nicht miteinander verbunden sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zum stoffschlüssigen Verbinden (Verblocken) von mehreren aufeinanderliegenden Papierbahnen (07; 06; 05; 137; 138; 139; 141; 142) eine Klebstoff- oder Leimauftrageinrichtung (188 bis 194; 196; 197) vorgesehen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Klebstoff- oder Leimauftrageinrichtung (188 bis 194; 196; 197) einen Quer- oderLängsleimauftrag erzeugt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zum stoffschlüssigen Verbinden (Verblocken) von mehreren aufeinanderliegenden Papierbahnen (07; 06; 05; 137; 138; 139; 141; 142) eine Rändelungseinrichtung (160) vorgesehen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zum formschlüssigen Verbinden (Verblocken) von mehreren aufeinanderliegenden Papierbahnen (07; 06; 05; 137; 138; 139; 141; 142) zu einem Strang (140) eine Hefteinrichtung (206; 198; 178) vorgesehen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Hefteinrichtung eine Zungenhefteinrichtung (206) ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Hefteinrichtung eine Klammerhefteinrichtung (198) ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Hefteinrichtung eine Fadensiegeleinrichtung (178) ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in Papierbahnlaufrichtung gesehen vor oder im Bereich der zwischen zwei Trichterflanken (22; 23) einer Längsfalzeinrichtung (18; 22; 23; 24; 26; 32) aufgespannten Ebene sich quer zur Papierbahn- bzw. Stranglaufrichtung erstreckende, zueinander beabstandete, positive Ladeelektrode (145) und negative Ladeelektrode (150) vorgesehen sind, daß zwischen beiden Ladeelektroden (145; 150) ein Bewegungspfad der Papierbahnen (05; 06; 07; 137; 138; 139; 142) vorgesehen ist, daß positive (145) und negative Ladeelektrode (150) mit einer Gleichspannungs-Hochspannungsquelle (149; 151; 152) verbunden sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mindestens eine der Ladeelektroden (145; 150) in Maschinengestellen (113; 114) rotierbar angeordnet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Ladeelektroden (145; 150) elektrisch isoliert gegen sie aufnehmende Maschinengestelle (113; 114) angeordnet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Längsfalzeinrichtung (18) eine Einführungswalze (16) vorgeschaltet ist, daß die Einführungswalze (16) rotierbar um und elektrisch isoliert gegen die Maschinengestelle (113; 114) angeordnet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Längsfalztrichter (22; 23; 24) elektrisch isoliert gegen die ihn aufnehmenden Maschinengestelle (117; 118) angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwei gegen die Maschinengestelle (31; 32) elektrisch isolierte Trichterfalzwalzen (26; 27) vorgesehen sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Falzvorrichtung (18; 26; 27) mindestens zwei Trichterflanken (22; 23) und sie schalenförmig umgreifende Papierumlenkeinrichtung (165; 155; 61; 62) aufweist, daß die Papierumlenkeinrichtung (165; 155; 61; 62) elektrisch isoliert gegen ein Maschinengestell und den Längsfalztrichter (18, 41; 22; 23) angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 20, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Längsfalztrichter (18; 41; 22; 23) und eine Papierumlenkeinrichtung (165; 155; 61; 62) an unterschiedliche Polaritäten (⊖, ⊕) einer Gleichstrom-Hochspannungsquelle (149) angeschlossen sind.
- Vorrichtung nach den Anspruch 21, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Längsfalztrichter (18) eine Trichternase (24) aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach den Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Falzvorrichtung (18; 26; 27) zwei rotierbar angeordnete Trichterfalzwalzen (26; 27) aufweist, daß die Trichterfalzwalzen (26; 27) elektrisch isoliert gegen das Maschinengestell gelagert sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Falzvorrichtung (18; 26; 27) mindestens zwei Trichterflanken (22; 23) und sie schalenförmig umgreifende Papierumlenkeinrichtung (165; 155; 61; 62) aufweist, daß die Papierumlenkeinrichtung (165; 155; 61; 62) gänzlich oder Teile von ihr mit einem oder mehreren Vibratoren oder Klopfer (277) verbunden sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 24, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß niederfrequente oder höherfrequente Vibratoren oder Klopfer (277) vorgesehen sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 24, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Papierumlenkeinrichtung (165; 155; 61; 62) oder Teile von ihr über Schwingelemente (276) an einem Maschinengestell (118) befestigt sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 24, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß Elektro-Anfangsvibratoren oder Druckluft-Turbovibratoren oder Druckluft-Kugelvibratoren oder Druckluft-Rollenvibratoren oder Druckluft-Turbinenvibratoren oder Unwucht-Vibratoren mit pneumatischem oder hydraulischem oder elektrischem Motorantrieb oder Druckluft-Kolben-Vibratoren oder Druckluft-Intervall-Klöpfer vorgesehen sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Falzvorrichtung (18; 26; 27) zwei einen spitzen Winkel einschließende Trichterflanken, mit entlang Führungen (80; 88; 89; 94; 96) bewegbaren, flexiblen Einzugsmitteln (33; 34; 124) und zwei drehbare Trichterfalzwalzen (26; 27) aufweist, daß das Einzugsmittel (33; 34; 124) mit einer Einrichtung (35) zum Festhalten von Papierbahnanfängen, Papierbahnen (05; 06; 07; 137; 138; 139; 141; 142), Anfängen von Papierbahnsträngen (140) bzw. Strängen (140) selbst versehen ist, daß ein Bewegungspfad des Einzugsmittels (33; 34; 124) zwischen Trichterfalzwalzen (26; 27) vorgesehen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 28, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Trichterfalzwalzen (26; 27) in wahlweisen Abstand zueinander bringbar angeordnet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 28, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß entlang des vorgesehenen Bewegungspfades ein spätestens im Einlaufzwickel der beiden Trichterfalzwalzen (26; 27) endender erster Teil einer schienenartigen Führung (80; 88; 89) vorgesehen ist, daß ein frühestens im Auslaufzwickel der beiden Trichterfalzwalzen (26; 27) beginnender zweiter Teil einer schienenartigen Führung (80; 88; 89) vorgesehen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 28, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zumindest ein auf die Trichtereinlaufwalze (26; 27) gerichtetes Ende des ersten Teils der schienenartigen Führung (80; 88; 89) in und aus dem vorgesehenen Bewegungspfad bewegbar angeordnet ist.
