Claims (15)
- Aufwickelvorrichtung zum Aufwickeln eines kontinuierlich zulaufenden Fadens (1) mit einer angetriebenen Hülse (13), auf welcher der Faden (1) innerhalb eines Spulbereiches zu einer Kreuzspule gewickelt wird, mit einem Spulenhalter (26), welcher die Hülse (13) zwischen zwei drehbar gelagerten Spanntellern (2, 3) mit jeweils einem in die Hülse (13) eingreifenden Zentrieransatz (8) hält, wobei zumindest einer der Spannteller (2) einen Fangschlitz (4) mit in Drehrichtung weisender Fangnase (5) aufweist und ein Klemmschlitz (14) zum Klemmen des Fadens (1) vorhanden ist, wobei der in eine Absaugeinrichtung (37) einlaufende Faden (1) zum Fangen mittels eines beweglichen Fadenführers (18, 21) zum Fangschlitz (4) des einen Spanntellers (2) führbar ist und wobei der Faden (1) nach dem Klemmen mittels einer Schneideeinrichtung (45) durchtrennt wird,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß der Fadenführer (18, 21), der Spannteller (2) mit Fangschlitz (4) und die Absaugeinrichtung (37) beim Fangen des Fadens (1) derart zueinander anordenbar sind, daß der Faden (1) die zur Hülse (13) gewandte Stirnkante (6) des Spanntellers (2) in Drehrichtung des Spanntellers (2) schräg überläuft,daß die Fangnase (5) in der zur Hülse gewandten Stirnkante (6) des Spanntellers (2) angeordnet ist und eine die Fangnase (5) und den Fangschlitz (4) hinterschneidende Aussparung (7) mit einer am Rand des Spanntellers (2) ausgebildeten Führungskante (9) vorhanden ist, unddaß die Führungskante (9) sich entgegen der Drehrichtung bis zu einer Einlaufebene erstreckt, welche von dem Klemmschlitz (14) durchdrungen ist, so daß der im Fangschlitz (4) gefangene Faden (1) bei weiterer Drehung des Spanntellers (2) an der inneren Stirnfläche (15) des Spanntellers (2) entlang in den Klemmschlitz (14) geführt wird. - Aufwickelvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
der Fadenführer (18, 21) im wesentlichen parallel zur Rotationsachse der Hülse (13) bewegbar ist, wobei der Fadenführer (18, 21), der Spannteller (2) und die Absaugeinrichtung (37) in Fadenlaufrichtung hintereinander angeordnet sind. - Aufwickelvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die Führungskante (9) entgegen der Drehrichtung im wesentlichen schraubenlinienförmig zum Hülsenrand (17) hin ausgebildet ist und daß der Klemmschlitz (14) durch eine im Zentrieransatz (8) des Spanntellers (2) eingebrachte Ausnehmung (12) und dem Hülsenrand (17) gebildet ist. - Aufwickelvorrichtung nach Anspruch 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die Ausnehmung (12) im Zentrieransatz (8) eine radial gerichtete steile Klemmflanke (16) aufweist, die sich entgegen der Drehrichtung im wesentlichen schraubenlineinförmig am Zentrieransatz (8) von einem größeren Zentriedurchmesser zu einem kleineren Zentrierdurchmesser hin bis unter den Hülsenrand (17) der Hülse (13) erstreckt, so daß der zwischen der Klemmflanke (16) und dem Hülsenrand (17) gebildete Klemmschlitz (14) in Drehrichtung eine zunehmende Breite aufweist. - Aufwickelvorrichtung nach Anspruch 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die Ausnehmung (12) durch eine im Axialschnitt L-förmige Eindrehung gebildet ist, welche sich über einem Teilkreis mit dem kleineren Zentrierdurchmesser erstreckt. - Aufwickelvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die Ausnehmung (12) sich über einen Winkelbereich von 60° bis 120° am Zentrieransatz (8) erstreckt, wobei sich die Aussparung (7) in der Stirnkante (6) und die Ausnehmeung (12) in dem Zentrieransatz (8) überlappen. - Aufwickelvorrichtung nach einem der vorgenannten Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
der Fangschlitz (4) am Spannteller (2) in Drehrichtung vor dem Klemmschlitz (14) axial von der Hülsenmitte weg versetzt zur Einlaufebene angeordnet ist. - Aufwickelvorrichtung nach einem der vorgenannten Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die Schneideinrichtung (45) derart zwischen der Absaugeinrichtung (37) und dem Spannteller (2) angeordnet ist, daß der gefangene Faden (1) bei Drehung des Spanntellers (2) durch die Fangnase (5) in die Schneideinrichtung (45) einführbar ist. - Aufwickelvorrichtung nach Anspruch 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die Schneideinrichtung (45) eine Einlaufkante (47) und ein am Ende der Einlaufkante (47) angeordnete Messerklinge (46) aufweist und daß in der Einlaufkante (47) kurz vor der Messerklinge (46) eine Stufe (48) ausgebildet ist. - Aufwickelvorrichtung nach einem der vorgenannten Ansprüche
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
ein Sensor (32) vorgesehen ist, welcher die Lage des Fangschlitzes (4) in dem Spannteller (2) sensiert und welcher mit einer die Bewegung des Fadenführers (8, 21) steuernden Steuereinrichtung (27) verbunden ist. - Aufwickelvorrichtung nach Anspruch 10,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
der Sensor (32) ein Impulsgeber ist, welcher die Lage des Fangschlitzes (4) pro Umdrehung des Spanntellers (2) durch einen Impuls der Steuereinrichtung (27) signalisiert und daß die Steuereinrichtung (27) eine Auswerteeinheit aufweist, welche aus der Anzahl der Impulse pro Zeiteinheit die Drehzahl der Hülse bestimmt. - Aufwickelvorrichtung nach einem der vorgenannten Ansprüche
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
der Fadenführer als ein Changierfadenführer (21) einer Changiereinrichtung (22) ausgeführt ist, welcher Changierfadenführer (21) den Faden (1) außerhalb und innerhalb des Spulbereiches in Längsrichtung parallel zur Hülse (13) führt und daß der Changierfadenführer (21) durch einen in seiner Geschwindigkeit veränderlichen Antrieb (36) richtungsunabhängig antreibbar ist. - Verfahren zum Anlegen eines kontinuierlich zulaufenden Fadens (1) an eine angetriebene Hülse (13), welche zwischen zwei drehbar gelagerten Spannteller (2,3) eines Spulenhalter (26) gehalten wird und auf welcher der Faden nach dem Anlegen zu einer Kreuzspule gewickelt wird, bei welchem zumindest einer der Spannteller (2) in einer zur Hülse gewandten Stirnkante (6) einen Fangschlitz (4) mit in Drehrichtung weisender Fangnase (5) und einen Klemmschlitz (14) zum Klemmen des Fadens aufweist, bei welchem der in einer Absaugeinrichtung (37) einlaufende Faden zum Fangen mittels eines beweglichen Fadenführer (18) an die Stirukante (6) des Spanntellers (2) geführt wird und bei welchem der Faden nach dem Klemmen mittels einer Schneideeinrichtung (38) durchtrennt wird,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
der Faden (1) durch den Fadenführer (18) und der Absaugeinrichtung (37) zum Fangen derart an die Stirnkante (6) des Spanntellers (2) geführt wird, daß der Faden (1) und der Spannteller (2) sich gleichgerichtet bewegen,
daß bei Drehung des Spanntellers (2) der Faden (1) nach dem Fangen in dem durch Umschlingung an der Fangnase (5) gebildeten Teilsstück zwischen dem Fadenführer (18) und der Fangnase (5) in dem Klemmschlitz (14) geklemmt wird und daß bei Drehung des Spanntellers (2) der Faden (1) nach dem Klemmen in dem durch Umschlingung an der Fangnase (5) gebildeten Teilstück zwischen der Absaugeinrichtung (37) und der Fangnase (5) mittels einer unbeweglichen Schneideinrichtung (38) durchtrennt wird. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 13,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
der Fadenführer (18) zur Führung des Fadens (1) im Fadenlauf vor der Absaugeinrichtung (37) im wesentlichen parallel zu der Rotationsachse der Hülse (13) bewegt wird, wobei der Fadenlauf zwischen dem Fadenführer (18) und der Absaugeinrichtung (37) die Rotationsachse der Hülse (13) kreuzt. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 13 oder 14,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
der Faden (1) nach dem Fangen in dem Teilstück zwischen dem Fadenführer (18) und der Fangnase (5) entlang einer am Rand des Spanntellers (2) angebrachten Führungskante (9) in eine Einlaufebene geführt wird und in den Klemmschlitz (14) einläuft und daß der Faden (1) in dem Klemmschlitz (14) zwischen dem Rand der Hülse (13) und einem Zentrieransatz (8) des Spanntellers (2) geklemmt wird.
