- Figur 1
- ein Diagramm, das den Verlauf der Fügekraft über dem Fügeweg zum einen nach dem bekannten Stand der Technik, zum anderen beispielhaft für ein Ausführungsbeispiel gemäß der vorliegenden Erfindung, wobei einerseits die Kraft am Fügepunkt und andererseits die Kraft in der Unterkonstruktion, z. B. Rahmen dargestellt ist,

Claims (16)
- Verfahren zum mechanischen Fügen von aufeinanderliegenden Blechen, Profilen oder Mehrblechverbindungen, wobei Fügewerkzeugteile mit Kraftmitteln auf die Fügeteile zu bewegt werden und durch die Kraftwirkung des Fügewerkzeugs eine Fügeverbindung zwischen den Fügeteilen hergestellt wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die benötigte Fügekraft durch mehrere kurzfristig aufeinanderfolgende Stöße eines Teils des Fügewerkzeuges (54) oder von diesem Werkzeugteil in einer Erregerfrequenz pulsierend in die herzustellende Fügeverbindung eingebracht wird, wobei das andere gegenüberliegende Fügewerkzeugteil (52) elastisch nachgiebig gelagert ist und die Eigenfrequenz des gegenüberliegenden Fügewerkzeugteils (52) allein oder zusammen mit den Fügeteilen (50) niedriger ist als die Erregerfrequenz.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verfahren von einer elektronischen Steuer- oder Regelungsvorrichtung (70) über geeignete Sensoren (74) überwacht wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Steuer- oder Regelungsvorrichtung (70) durch Ausgabe von Stellbefehlen an eine Aktorik (76 a, b) den Fügevorgang steuert oder regelt.
- Vorrichtung zum mechanischen Fügen von aufeinanderliegenden Blechen, Profilen oder Mehrblechverbindungen, bestehend aus einem Rahmen, darin angeordnetem Fügewerkzeug und Kraftmitteln zum Bewegen mindestens eines der Fügewerkzeugteile, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Vorrichtung einen Schlagmechanismus (58) aufweist, der zur Herstellung einer mechanischen Fügeverbindung kurzzeitig mehrere aufeinanderfolgende Stöße oder eine pulsierende Kraft auf eines der Fügewerkzeugteile (54) aufbringen kann, wobei das andere gegenüberliegende Fügewerkzeugteil (52) elastisch nachgiebig gelagert ist und die Erregerfrequenz, mit der das Fügewerkzeugteil (54) erregt wird, so einstellbar ist, dass sie höher ist. als die Eigenfrequenz des gegenüberliegenden Fügewerkzeugteils (52), allein oder zusammen mit den Fügeteilen (50).
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass auch der Schlagmechanismus (58) gegenüber dem Rahmen (102) schwingungsisoliert ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die elastisch gelagerten Fügewerkzeugteile (52, 54) schwingungsgedämpft sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche 4 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass beide Fügewerkzeugteile (52, 54) im Gleichtakt eine Stoß- oder pulsierende Kraft aufeinander ausüben.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche 4 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Fügewerkzeugteile (52, 54) jeweils in einem Führungsgehäuse (150, 152) gelagert sind, die mit Magnetspulen (154) ausgestattet sind, durch die die gegenüberliegenden Führungsgehäuse (150, 152) anziehbar sind und die Fügeteile (50) zwischen sich halten.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Elastizität und Dämpfung der elastischen Lagerung (66, 68, 68a) veränderbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Zustellbewegung eines Fügewerkzeugteils (54) mit der Bewegung eines Niederhalters (56) und/oder Abstreifers über ein Koppelmittel synchronisiert ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Fügevorgang von einer elektronischen Steuer- oder Regelungsvorrichtung (70) überwacht ist, indem Sensoren (74) fügeprozeßrelevante Daten ermitteln.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die elektronische Steuer- oder Regelungsvorrichtung (70) über eine Aktorik (76 a, b) und Sensorik (74) die Eigenfrequenz des gegenüberliegenden Fügewerkzeugteils (52) ermittelt und die Frequenz, mit der das andere Fügewerkzeugteil (54) erregt wird, in Abhängigkeit von der ermittelten Eigenfrequenz durch die Ansteuerung einer Aktorik (76 a, b) verändert.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 11 oder 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die elektronische Steuer- oder Regelvorrichtung (70) über eine Aktorik (76 b) die Dämpfungscharakteristik der elastischen Lagerung (66, 68) verändert.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 11 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die elektronische Steuer- oder Regelvorrichtung (70) die Erregerfrequenz oder die Dämpfungscharakteristik aus Daten ableitet, die diese direkt gespeichert oder im Zugriff hat.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sowohl die Stoßstärke als auch die Stoßanzahl, die Stoßgeschwindigkeit, der Stoßweg oder die Dauer der Stöße des Schlagmechanismus (58) variabel einstellbar sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in der Vorrichtung Fügehilfsteile wie Stanzmuttern, Stanzbolzen oder Stanznieten mit oder ohne Vorlochung verarbeitbar sind.
