Claims (4)
- Bloc de rinçage (10) comportant un raccord (11, 12, 13) susceptible d'être relié au robinet de fermeture d'une bouteille de gaz de procédé qui comporte un perçage de prélèvement (16) pénétrant dans le raccord (11, 12, 13) et une conduite de gaz de rinçage (23, 24) reliée au perçage de prélèvement, cette conduite pouvant être reliée à une alimentation de gaz de rinçage (31) par l'intermédiaire d'un raccord de gaz de rinçage (21), bloc (10) caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte une sortie de gaz de rinçage (27) reliée au perçage de prélèvement (16), cette sortie étant ouverte ou fermée par un robinet d'arrêt (26) prévu dans le bloc de rinçage (10), le perçage de prélèvement (16) étant relié par un robinet d'arrêt (19) prévu dans le bloc de rinçage (10) à une sortie de gaz de procédé (20) et en ce que la conduite de gaz (23, 24) est reliée au raccord de gaz de rinçage (21) par un robinet d'arrêt (22) prévu dans le bloc de rinçage (10).
- Bloc de rinçage selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la sortie de gaz de rinçage (27) est reliée par une conduite (35, 37) à une bouteille de réception de gaz de rinçage (34) qui reçoit le gaz ayant servi au rinçage.
- Bloc de rinçage selon la revendication 2, caractérisé par un clapet anti-retour (33) prévu dans la conduite (35, 37) entre la sortie de gaz de rinçage (27) et la bouteille de réception de gaz de rinçage (34), et un robinet (30) équipe la bouteille de réception de gaz de rinçage (34).
- Dispositif pour des gaz de procédé comportant :- un bloc de rinçage (10) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3,- une bouteille de gaz de procédé (18) reliée à proximité de son robinet d'arrêt au raccord (11, 12, 13) du bloc de rinçage (10),- une bouteille de gaz de rinçage (31) qui est reliée au raccord de gaz de rinçage (21) du bloc de rinçage (10),- une bouteille de réception de gaz de rinçage (34) qui est reliée à la sortie du gaz de rinçage (27) du bloc de rinçage (10),- et un robinet (32) relié à la sortie de gaz de procédé (20) du bloc de rinçage (10).
