Abstract
Η παρούσα εφεύρεση σχετίζεται με υποκατεστημένες ενώσεις ετεροκυκλικών παραγώγων, συνθέσεις περιλαμβάνοντας τις εν λόγω ενώσεις, και τη χρήση των εν λόγω ενώσεων και συνθέσεων για επιγενετική ρύθμιση μέσω αναστολής της μεσολαβούμενης από βρωμοεπικράτειες αναγνώρισης των περιοχών ακετυλλυσίνης των πρωτεϊνών, όπως είναι οι ιστόνες.
