Abstract
一种带结构,具有增强层和至少一层表面层,结合进一层拉伸强度至少2800kn/m宽的充纱罗织物。
Description
至今,加固嵌物和缓冲材料采用的是普通的带状织物和部份轻至中磅纱罗织物。常用于带的织物包括平纹组织、罗纹组织和四经破断纹(破斜纹)组织,其经纱遮盖系数约75%。这些织物,在提供所需强度和稳定性的同时,避免了橡胶的渗透,因而,限制了具高遮盖系数效力的机械粘接。在实际应用中机械粘接的缺少能导致分层,因为其中的化学粘接不能抵御剪切应力。当普通织物被用作加固材料,剪切应力能导致表面层沿带的嵌入织物和帘子织物/化合物的接触面开裂。这种开裂也将导致加固部份的剥离和断裂。在加固织物中,常常将嵌入物中织物突起部份切断以分散剪切应力,但突起部份仍能引起剥离。
纱罗织物作为一种常用织物不受剪切应力的影响,但它的有织造上的限制。纱罗质地简单不能做成重磅结构。现有技术中纱罗棕片最多仅能作为中等重量织物(约15盎司/码2)。即使质地上能允许更重的,但捻矩作用需要不仅能填满纬纱的空间,以稳定织物或提供足够强度。最可能得到的纱罗织物低于10盎司/码2。仅少量的产品被制成10-20盎司/码2的范围中。
其余的高于20盎司/码2的经纱相对纬纱轻许多的纱罗被撕破断裂。单独使用撕破断裂以帮助阻止纵向裂开的蔓延。
根据本发明的实践,能提供一种带结构,它具有增强层和至少一层表面层,在其之中结合一层充纱罗织物,所述织物具有至少2800kn/m宽的拉伸强度。优选的充纱罗织物具有小于70%的遮盖系数。

图7是沿图6中7-7线的加固区域的纵向截面图,给出了各层的情形,其中,采用了嵌镶加固纱线的充纱罗织物。
如图1所示的用于立体纱罗10的拉伸强度受到纬纱14之间被加捻的经纱12A、12B的纱线尺寸的限制。另外,所需的被用来制造此类织物的机器是很复杂的。
如图2和图3所示的充纱罗织物可在普通织机上制造。如图2所见的充纱罗表现了一种普通的4×4结构16,其中经线18A、B、C和D以任何普通的花纹与纬纱20A、B、C和D交织。
图3说明了充纱罗22具有3×3的结构。织物结构可以做成在二个方向等强度的,或者做成或者经纱或者纬纱强度更高一些的。如果需要经纱和纬纱的数量可以改变,可制成组织稀松但稳定的织物。适宜的纤维,如聚酯,尼龙,玻璃,金属,碳以及多硫化合物纤维可被用来制造充纱罗织物。纤维可以是单丝,复丝或短纤维形式。用于充纱罗的纱线可以由单股或多股纱(混合的)组成,而且它们可是不同尺寸的、加捻的或着色的。一种或多种纱线结构可以任何搭配方式被用于充纱罗织物中。
在此并未试图将用于本发明的充纱罗织物替代常规的增强层,但可用于如图4A,4B和5的头道梳棉机上,其中,常规增强层是面层28之间的钢丝26和织物层30。图4A说明的是带24在硫化前的结构,与此同时,图4B说明了具有同样结构的带32硫化后的情形。
图5说明的是带34,其中,充纱罗织物在组合之前结合进面层28中。
图6说明了被制成加固织物的带端,其中,各增强层沿如图7的另一端的互补增强层的共轭基线切开,其中充纱罗织物层被嵌入加强区域36的上面和下面以提供附加的强力以及避免加强织物开裂。

Claims (4)
1.在一带结构中,具有增强层和至少一层表面层,其改进在于在上述带中结合进一层拉伸强度至少2800kn/m宽的充纱罗织物。
2.权利要求1所述的带,其中,上述充纱罗层结合在上述表面层中。
3.权利要求1所述的带,其中,上述充纱罗织物结合在上述增强层和上述至少一层表面层之间。
4.权利要求1所述的带,其中上述充纱罗织物有小于70%的遮盖系数。
