The oil-control and anti-dandruff shampoo comprises the following components in percentage by weight:
4% of zinc gluconate, 3% of zinc PCA, 7% of turmeric root water, 30.7% of ceramide, 0.5% of lactic acid, 0.5% of sodium lactate, 1% of glycine, 5% of alkyl glycoside, 5% of sodium lauroyl sarcosinate, 5% of arginine PCA 4%, 4% of methyl propylene glycol, 0.8% of pseudoalteromonas fermentation product extract, 0.4% of zinc pyrithione, 0.4% of piroctone olamine salt, 0.08% of ED TA-disodium, 0.4% of propyl p-hydroxybenzoate, 0.5% of hydroxypropyl guar hydroxypropyl trimethyl ammonium chloride, 1% of sodium stearoyl lactylate, 3% of C8-C14 alkyl glucoside, 0.5% of essence and the balance of water.
The preparation method of the turmeric root water comprises the following steps: uniformly mixing turmeric root powder with 80% ethanol water solution according to a material-liquid ratio of 1g to 40ml, carrying out flash extraction for 230s under the voltage of 80V by using a flash extraction method to obtain an extracting solution, and centrifuging the extracting solution to obtain a supernatant, namely turmeric root water.
Example 4
The oil-control and anti-dandruff shampoo comprises the following components in percentage by weight:
4% of zinc gluconate, 4% of zinc PCA, 6% of turmeric root water, 30.8% of ceramide, 0.3% of glycine, 0.4% of glutamic acid, 0.5% of proline, 1% of isoleucine, 8% of sodium lauroyl sarcosinate, 3.5% of arginine PCA, 7% of methyl propylene glycol, 0.7% of pseudoalteromonas fermentation product extract, 0.3% of zinc pyrithione, 0.4% of piroctone olamine, 0.07% of EDTA-disodium, 0.3% of methyl hydroxybenzoate, 0.3% of propyl p-hydroxybenzoate, 0.3% of hydroxypropyl guar hydroxypropyl trimethyl ammonium chloride, 1% of sodium stearoyl lactylate, 4% of C8-C14 alkyl glucoside, 0.4% of essence and the balance of water.
The preparation method of the turmeric root water comprises the following steps: uniformly mixing turmeric root powder with 75% by volume of ethanol aqueous solution according to a material-liquid ratio of 1g to 60ml, carrying out flash extraction for 200s under the voltage of 60V by using a flash extraction method to obtain an extracting solution, and centrifuging the extracting solution to obtain a supernatant, namely turmeric root water.
Comparative example 1
The difference from example 3 is that in comparative example 1, turmeric root water was not added.
Comparative example 2
The difference from example 3 is that no extract of the fermentation product of pseudoalteromonas was added in comparative example 2.
Comparative example 3
The difference from example 3 is that the surfactant added in comparative example 3 is not an amino acid surfactant.
Comparative example 4
The difference from example 3 is that no complex amino acid was added in comparative example 4.
The shampoo of examples 1-4 and comparative examples 1-4 has the test evaluation of the effects of removing dandruff, relieving itching and controlling oil:
the shampoo of examples 1 to 4 of the present application was compared with the shampoo of comparative examples 1 to 4 and a commercial anti-dandruff shampoo (as comparative example 5) and a shampoo containing chemical anti-dandruff ingredients (as comparative example 6) of a certain brand which was claimed to have anti-dandruff, oil-controlling and anti-itching effects, and the consumer tests were conducted to evaluate the efficacy of the shampoo in terms of anti-dandruff, anti-itching and oil-controlling effects.
Using the object: 300 volunteers with more dandruff, itching and oily head are selected, and the age is 25-45 years, and 150 persons are selected for men and women.
Groups were randomized into 10 groups of 30 people each (half the proportion of men and women).
The using method comprises the following steps: the shampoo is used once a day and continuously used for one month, and is used for comparing the symptoms of more dandruff, easy itching of the head and easy oil production of the scalp before and after use. The results of the comparison are shown in Table 1 below.

As can be seen from Table 1, the shampoos of examples 1-4 of the present application have significantly better anti-dandruff, anti-itch, and oil control effects than the shampoos of comparative examples 1-6.
In vitro determination of bacteriostatic efficacy
In order to examine the anti-dandruff effect of the shampoos of examples 1-4 of the present application, the in vitro anti-bacterial efficacy was determined in comparison with the shampoos of comparative examples 1-6. And (3) detecting the bacteriostatic effect by adopting a bacteriostatic ring method: the culture medium is an agar culture medium, and the strain is malassezia furfur standard strain (malassezia is called as malassezia furfur, which is a common true flora and mainly exists on human scalp, and sebum secreted by the scalp is used as a nutrient. The bacteriostatic results are shown in table 2 below.

The larger the inhibition zone is, the better the inhibition effect of the product is. As can be seen, the bacteriostatic effect of the shampoo in the examples 1 to 4 is obviously better than that of the shampoo in the comparative examples 1 to 6, so that the shampoo can inhibit malassezia and has a better anti-dandruff effect.
The shampoos of examples 1-4 and comparative examples 1-4 were tested for foaming property, washing and degreasing ability, and hair softness, and the results are shown in table 3:

As seen from Table 3, examples 1 to 4 have good foaming properties, better wet-rinsing and dry-combing properties of hair, do not excessively degrease and cause dryness, low deposition, mildness and no irritation to hair, improve scalp environment, and effectively control scalp oil secretion and dandruff generation, thereby achieving better oil control and dandruff removal effects, compared with comparative examples 1 to 6.
The features of the embodiments and embodiments described above may be combined with each other without conflict.
Finally, it should be noted that the above embodiments are only used for illustrating the technical solutions of the present invention, and not for limiting the protection scope of the present invention, although the present invention is described in detail with reference to the preferred embodiments, it should be understood by those skilled in the art that modifications or equivalent substitutions can be made on the technical solutions of the present invention without departing from the spirit and scope of the technical solutions of the present invention.
Claims (10)
2. the oil-controlling and dandruff-removing shampoo composition according to claim 1, wherein the refined ginger juice is turmeric root water, and the turmeric root water is prepared by the following steps: uniformly mixing turmeric root powder with 70-90% by volume of ethanol water according to the material-liquid ratio of 1g to 20ml-1g to 70ml, carrying out flash extraction for 150-270 s under the voltage of 30-110V by using a flash extraction method to obtain an extracting solution, and centrifuging the extracting solution to obtain a supernatant, namely the turmeric root water.
3. The oil-controlling and dandruff-removing shampoo composition according to claim 1, wherein the complex amino acids are at least three of serine, alanine, aspartic acid, glutamic acid, proline, isoleucine, arginine, leucine, lactic acid, sodium lactate, and glycine.
4. The oil-controlling and dandruff-removing shampoo composition according to claim 1, wherein the amino acid surfactant is at least one of cocamidopropyl betaine, alkyl glycoside, sodium lauroyl sarcosinate, and sodium lauroyl glutamate.
5. The oil-controlling and dandruff-removing shampoo composition according to claim 1, wherein the amino acid humectant is a mixture of arginine PCA and methyl propylene glycol, and the mass ratio of the arginine PCA to the methyl propylene glycol is 1: (1-3).
6. The oil-controlling and dandruff-removing shampoo composition according to claim 1, wherein the biofermentation component is a pseudoalteromonas ferment product extract.
7. The oil-control and anti-dandruff shampoo composition according to claim 1, characterized in that the anti-dandruff agent is a mixture of zinc pyrithione and piroctone olamine salt, and the mass ratio of the zinc pyrithione to the piroctone olamine salt is 1 (1-2).

The oil and dandruff control shampoo composition according to claim 1, wherein the chelating agent is EDTA-disodium, the preservative is at least one of methylparaben, propylparaben, dimethyloldimethylhydantoin, the cationic conditioning agent is hydroxypropyl guar hydroxypropyltrimonium chloride, and the thickening suspending agent is at least one of sorbitan triisostearate, sodium stearoyl lactylate, and C8-C14 alkyl glucoside.
9. The oil-controlling and dandruff-removing shampoo composition according to claim 8, wherein the thickening and suspending agent is a mixture of sodium stearoyl lactylate and C8-C14 alkyl glucoside, and the mass ratio of the sodium stearoyl lactylate to the C8-C14 alkyl glucoside is 1: (3-5).
10. The oil-control and dandruff-removing shampoo composition according to claim 1, further comprising an essence, wherein the mass percentage of the essence is less than or equal to 1%.
