The shampoo prepared from the raw materials has excellent effects on removing dandruff and controlling oil, is high in safety, cannot generate stimulation and sensitization, and is good in public experience.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of daily chemicals, and particularly relates to an anti-dandruff oil-control shampoo and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Dandruff is the exfoliative keratinocytes of the scalp. Normally, the keratinocyte is little and slow to fall off and can not be obviously seen, but under certain stimulation, a large amount of immature keratinocyte is generated, and cakes fall off; the scalp oil is greasy phenomenon caused by the damaged ecological balance of scalp and unbalanced scalp oil secretion. The existing shampoo is often milky and highly viscous emulsion, is difficult to clean or has the problems of skin irritation, sensitization, toxicity or poor persistence and the like.
Chinese patent CN106236659A discloses an anti-dandruff oil-control shampoo, which is prepared by conventionally mixing the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 21 percent of sodium laureth sulfate, 3.2 percent of extract of the root of lightyellow sophora root, 3.5 percent of extract of cacumen biotae, 2.2 percent of extract of ginger, 2 percent of cocoamide, 0.8 percent of ethylene glycol distearate, 0.6 percent of cetyl stearyl alcohol, 4.5 percent of cocamidopropyl betaine, 0.5 percent of guar hydroxypropyltrimonium chloride, 100.2 percent of polyquaternium, 0.05 percent of sodium hyaluronate, 0.1 percent of citric acid, 0.25 percent of sodium citrate, 0.35 percent of bipyridinethione, 1.2 percent of dimethiconol, 61.5 percent of vitamin B, 0.2 percent of carbomer, 0.5 percent of panthenol, 0.1 percent of methylisothiazolinone, 0.5 percent of essence, 0.1 percent of EDTA-2NA and the balance of water, and by selecting proper raw materials to form a formula, the shampoo has good effects of removing dandruff and controlling oil, good skin-friendly ability and strong penetrability, is a mild cleaning product and can better clean the shampoo and the scalp, but the shampoo of the invention can generate certain irritation to organisms, thereby affecting the sensory experience.
Chinese patent CN109568219A discloses a biological anti-dandruff antipruritic compound and application thereof, wherein the biological anti-dandruff antipruritic compound comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 2-4% of sweet wormwood herb extract, 2-4% of pseudo-ginseng root extract, 2-3% of divaricate saposhnikovia root extract, 2-3% of argy wormwood leaf extract, 2-3% of common cnidium fruit extract, 1-3% of tetrandra root extract, 1-3% of kushen root extract, 0.6% of phenoxyethanol and the balance of water. The compound agent can be used as functional raw material for preparing shampoo, hair conditioner and gel water, is rich in multiple natural compound plant polyphenols, and has effects of regulating hormone level and sebum metabolism, resisting inflammation, killing bacteria, removing dandruff and relieving itching. However, the composition of each substance in the complexing agent in the invention cannot bring better experience to the public in the aspects of smell sense and vision.
Chinese patent CN110063921A discloses a ginger nourishing shampoo and a preparation method thereof, wherein the ginger nourishing shampoo comprises the following raw materials: the shampoo is warm and low in stimulation, so that stimulation to the scalp is reduced while the scalp is cleaned, and fresh ginger extract can promote scalp blood circulation. However, the invention mainly takes ginger extract as a functional raw material, and the anti-dandruff oil control function of the invention is relatively weak.
According to the problems of poor safety, poor anti-dandruff oil control capability, complex preparation method and the like in the prior art, an anti-dandruff oil control shampoo and a preparation method thereof are sought, so that the preparation method is simple and convenient, the anti-dandruff and oil control effects of the prepared shampoo are stronger, and meanwhile, the shampoo is higher in safety, does not generate irritation and sensitization, and is better in public experience.

The test method comprises the following steps: the guinea pigs were divided into 12 groups, each group had 8 animals, the backs of the guinea pigs were shaved (the shaving area was 3 × 3cm), after 24 hours, the hair removal regions were smeared with the shampoos of examples 1 to 5 or comparative examples 1 to 7, after 30 minutes, the shampoos were washed with warm water, the skin of the guinea pigs were observed for erythema or edema 1 hour and 24 hours after washing the shampoos, the stimulation intensity was judged according to the score of the score criteria and the intensity criteria, and the relevant judgment criteria are shown in table 1. The skin allergy was observed, and after 24 hours, the skin allergy was observed again (symptoms such as uneasiness, nasal obstruction, sneezing, dyspnea, hair erection, incontinence of urine and stool, spastic jump, and death) and the observed results were summarized in Table 2.
TABLE 1 criteria
TABLE 2
Note: the data in the table are mean values.
As can be seen from table 2, the shampoos of examples 1 to 5 and comparative examples 3 to 6 were non-irritating and sensitizing to guinea pigs, the guinea pigs of comparative example 1 exhibited moderate irritation characteristics, and at the same time, slight restlessness, sneezing or hair-lifting, and the guinea pigs of comparative example 2 and comparative example 7 exhibited slight irritation, but no allergy occurred.
Second, the oil control effect test
220 volunteers with more scurf and oily hair were selected and aged 15-60 years, and the volunteers were randomly divided into 11 groups of 20 persons each, and the shampoos of examples 1-5 and comparative examples 2-7 were used, respectively, to perform hair washing once a day in the morning, and the oily condition of hair was observed in the morning the next day after one week of continuous hair washing, and the evaluation criteria of the effects are shown in Table 3, and the number of persons was counted in Table 4. At the same time, the volunteers were investigated for their sensory experience with respect to smell, sight and feel of the shampoo, and the scores were counted in table 4.
TABLE 3 evaluation criteria for Effect
Effect | Standard of merit |
Show effect | The hair has no greasy, dandruff, dryness, and greasy feeling |
Is effective | The hair oiliness is improved compared with that before the test, the greasy feeling is not obvious, and the dandruff is less |
Invalidation | The hair oiliness and dandruff are not changed any more than before the test |
TABLE 4
Note: the scores in the table are all average scores.
As can be seen from table 4, the shampoo in examples 1 to 5 has good anti-dandruff and oil-control effects, the total effective rate is more than 90%, and the experience sensory score is more than 9%, wherein the shampoo in example 3 has the best effect, the effective rate of anti-dandruff and oil-control is 100%, and the experience sensory score is 9.7%.
